Depending on different versions of the Bible, some translate the "of" to "belong to" or "follow". Basically, Paul is saying the believers' focus was on the leader, when their focus should be on Christ. If we have to chose worship leaders, then we're focusing on the leader, and not on Christ. And, I don't believe how a worship leaders makes us feel matters. What really matters if they speak the Truth according to the Bible.
Any worship leader that does not tell the congregation that they should be worshiping on Saturday is not speaking the Truth from the Bible because the Bible never said to stop worshiping on the Sabbath and to start worshiping on Sunday. There goes more than 90% of your worship leaders...
