The Burton Custom Snowboard just keeps getting better. No other board in history has had more influence on the progression of modern-day freestyle than the Burton Custom snowboard. With Mads Jonsson, Heikki Sorsa, and Mason Aguirre at the controls, freestyle’s future has never been brighter. As the shred crew continues to explore the outer limits of what’s considered possible on a snowboard, the design crew continues to explore the outer limits of what’s possible for the Burton Custom snowboard. Lead the twin revolution. Home-wrecker by nature, demolisher by force, the Burton Gtwin snowboard stands in a category of its own when it comes to progressive freestyle riding. Anne-Flore Marxer and Natasza Zurek refused to settle for anything less when they helped design this Burton Gtwin from scratch. Thrashing the park, stepping to street rails and stomping big backcountry jumps”just another day of shredding for the Burton GTwin snowboard.
Rewrite the laws of shredology. Jeremy Jones doesn’t let laws like physics, gravity, or city ordinances get in his way. The ultimate set of tools for the all-around freestyle specialist, the Jeremy Jones snowboard series gives him the power to step to any feature. His NEW 159 is a little wider, a bit stiffer, and more stable for those faster run-outs and bigger cliffs and kickers. The NEW Infinite Channel system offers unlimited stance options so Jeremy Jones can easily switch it up in seconds. Forum Women’s Craft Snowboard is the ultimate pipe/park destroyer crafted just for the ladies. The Forum Craft snowboard made its successful debut last season, and it is back again and better than ever with a new length and revamped true twin freestyle shape. It is geared toward female riders who prefer heated pipe and park sessions over leisurely cruiser runs, and it features artsy sublimated top graphics over a faux wood inlay, with a screened die-cut base. Rome Women’s Vinyl Snowboard is one of the greatest things about snowboard design and that the flex and shape that pro riders want for the constant progression off jumps and on rails is the same flex and shape that works great for riders who just get out ten days a year to surf the hill. A winner of numerous magazine tests, the Rome Vinyl snowboard lays down the subtle feel and control that Marie-France wants for filming video parts, and the smooth flow from one turn to the next that everyday riders want for having fun. Ride Fleetwood Snowboard is designed for Big Feet, Big Pop, on a Small Budget. Classic Ride pop and performance boosted with Carbon strips await Riders whose feet are bigger than their budget. I am all about the ladies getting out on snowboards and having fun. I was so stoked to hear about Burton’s Women’s retreat at Steven’s Pass that I jumped at the opportunity to get involved. Lucky for me, I was able to join up with the Burton crew as a weekend helper.
The event was a weekend of snowboarding, eating, drinking, and bowling with some of the Burton female employees and other women looking for a good time with snow. Girls throughout the US were invited and we even had ladies from Vermont and L.A. join all us Pacific North Westerners.

Professional riders these days seem to be knocking the veterans off the podium at the youngest of ages. Just to name a few, rippers like Mikkel Bang, Matt Ladley and Kevin Pearce are gaining superstar status by winning every contest known to man. I know it can be frustrating to see a kid throwing switch backside 7’s followed by cab 9’s in the park while you’re still working on dialing in your mute frontside 3’s, but what can I say, the progression of the sport has evolved so much over the years it’s likely that you will be left in the “little guys” shadow. Rather than being jealous of the youngsters, we happily give them props and appreciate that they are taking the sport to new horizons. TruSnow is offering brands like Burton, Foursquare, Bonfire, Roxy and Ride to get your little ones out there enjoying the sport we all are passionate about; snowboarding. In sight of celebrating the groms, please take a look at our great deals for this years youth snowboards, youth snowboard bindings, youth snowboard boots and youth outerwear.
