How to Place an Order

To place an order on TruSnow.com simply browse to the product page of the product you want to buy, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, and when the shopping cart page appears with your item listed click the "Check Out" button. If you are not signed in you will be prompted to do so (if you have not created an account before click the "Create New Account" button and follow the instructions).
Once you arrive at the "Shipping and Billing" page check and confirm that the shipping address is correct and that the billing address is the address for the credit card you are using. After you have confirmed the addresses click the "Continue" button. (If at any time you need to go back and change any info click the "Back" button.)
On the "Shipping Method" page you can enter any available discount code. Simply enter the code in the box and click "Redeem Coupon" button. The page will reload and display your order with the discount applied. Next select your shipping method and the credit card type you are paying with and click the "Continue" button.
On the "Payment" page double check and make sure your order total is correct and then enter you credit card information. Once everything is entered correctly click the "Place Order" button. (Once you have clicked "Place Order" do not click anything else or refresh the page until you see the order confirmation screen).
After your order has processed (it usually takes a couple seconds) you will be taken to the order confirmation page that will display your order number.
