Returns & Exchanges Policy & Procedure

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item simply return it using the return process detailed below and place a new order online or over the phone for the item you want.

$5 RETURNS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. We offer $5 return shipping on all non-oversized items we sell. Oversized items are charged a $20 fee for return shipping (oversized items include: snowboards)

To make a return simply follow the instruction on the return label that came in your package. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully so your return can be processed without delay. If you've miss-placed your return label please contact us at sales@trusnow.com and we will email a new label right away.

Once your package is received at our warehouse it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your card. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Please use the mailing address provided on the back of your packing slip to return any item(s) that are in new condition to us. Be sure to include your order number. Once your package is received at our warehouse it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your card. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card.
