10/24/2009 12:53:43 PM This one goes out to the ladies mostly but as you know I'm in the works of a little "project" as we'll call it. We're in the research and marketing stages right now and will be moving forward shortly. Anyways to get right to the point, what types of content is lacking in the market to you the average rider? We want ideas that you will want to be a part of and actually be able to contribute to...not just an article on a pro who we all know kills it. This is going to be a highly interactive site that is for the entry level novice all the way to the skilled business professional. We're going to be having a lot of original content featuring user submitted works. Any and all ideas would be appreciated. We know that the women's market is underdeveloped and that all the content that is it out there is pretty much BS. kmorrison2009-10-24 12:57:29
10/12/2009 7:52:52 PM So I'm only about half way through my download and have watched it up to my current kilobyte and honestly I have to say that it's one of the best, if not the, best flick of the year that I've seen. I'd highly recommend you spend the $7 and get it too. Note: I have not yet seen Shine On or Cool Story (which I think could be potential contenders). Download re-directs from: http://snowboarding.transworld.net/features/nice-try-on-i-tunes-today-trailer-sneak-peak/
10/8/2009 8:10:10 PM Hey guys, with the season right around the bend I feel as though it'd be a good time to post some info on a group that I help to organize in NYC. NYSG(New Your Snowboarding Group) is a meetup group with 1600+ members from in and around the NY area. We plan trips, spread info about snow related events, throw happy hours, and much more. If you're interested you should check it out over at: http://www.meetup.com/nysnowboarding/ Cheers!
10/6/2009 4:25:31 PM Hey guys I've posted this before but now I really need to get rid of it. Forum Symbol 154 from 2009 with Union Cadet DLX in size L/XL. I've ridden the board once and it has a TINY ding on the one sidewall that does not effect performance whatsoever. Looking to get $250 shipped or $275 shipped w/ bindings. It's freshly waxed and ready to ride for the upcoming season. Willing to negotiate!
10/6/2009 12:31:34 PM Okay so a bit of an odd question but I feel like there's a few people on here that could offer a bit of insight on the question. Currently I have a 152 Stairmaster for park and a 154 Forum Symbol for pow/backcountry(not a huge size difference I know, but I wanted to keep it on the smaller end). Anyways I have the chance to pick up one of the Ultrafear's and am considering. My question is, how do you think a 155 would handle in the backcountry/off the groomers? I know that the FK would help a bunch as it'd make the board naturally float and if I set it back a bit I think it'd be alright...what's your guys take?
9/22/2009 4:47:05 AM Hey Guys I just had a quick favor to ask of you all. I know that many of you have been involved in the industry for some time and as a result have seen the progression of the sport to what it is currently. I'm working on a side project of my own and will be needing to contract photographers and writers (bloggers included) from the action sports industry all over the US for jobs. If you have any favorites that you'd like to mention please feel free to provide me with their names and website/contact information. I need the information ASAP so the sooner the better. Thank you so much in advance!
9/18/2009 6:11:19 AM Hey all...I'm in need of some cash...shitty situation happened to me and well yeah...some things just have to go and I almost don't care how much. Forum Symbol 154 - ridden a good two times...one tiny knick in the sidewall...fresh waxing...rides like an angel. Union Cadet DLX Bindings - Size L/XL - Ridden a handful of days...show a little wear but have a TON of life left in them.
8/19/2009 9:33:54 AM Cheetos are nice too!
7/23/2009 9:10:51 AM So i know that I made a post about lenses not too long about but my serious question now is where do you guys buy from? I've seen a handful of spots online offering the product I want but don't know how reliable they are. For example, has anyone ever used shadesaver?
7/23/2009 6:01:53 AM It is the Devil and stupid!!!
7/21/2009 8:19:52 AM So I had a chance to go to the 32 release party last week and check out all of the new boots/outerwear and I can say that I am quite impressed....there's some nice modifications and color ways coming out this season. My only question was does anyone know the tech specs on their jacket line? The House recently put out some of the products in their store but with little info as far as tech goes. I'm kinda hyped on the look of the Shiloh but if it's not insulated I don't know how practical it'd be for winter riding.
7/21/2009 5:17:32 AM So I now have 2-3 pairs of goggs and I realized that they all pretty much have the same lenses. I'm going to sell off one of the pairs to get a new lens for my EG2's especially since they came scratched (thanks a lot Active). Anyways what would you guys recommend? I was either thinking a Yellow Chrome or Rose Chrome lens. Suggestions?
7/19/2009 4:02:48 PM Hey guys I want to paint my new pair of Eg1s' but I don't know what type of paints to use and the process I should use for preparing them. Any recommendations? Has anyone had experience with doing this? Thanks in advance.
7/13/2009 5:39:14 PM Electric EG1s White w/ Orange Chrome - Lightly Used Tiny Scratches...nothing effects view...comes with box and bag. 686 Smarty Original Cargo - Gunmetal - Size Small - Worn Twice - No damage or anything...pretty much new minus tags (SOLD) Forum Symbol 154 w/ Union Cadet Bindings Size L/XL - Board has been ridden twice; a few tiny little dings. Bindings have been ridden a handful of times. Some cosmetic wear but work as good as new. Mission Six Pants - Size Small - Ridden Once - Tan Foursquare Arroyo Jacket - Mint Green - Medium - Light use. Only wear is on one of the velro straps along the zipper. Aside from a little dirt brand new. Make some offers people...
5/13/2009 3:47:23 PM Do any of you guys on here use Tumblr's? I know it's more of an artsy fartsy blog but they're kinda fun. If you have a few minutes check out my blog...talks about a lot of cool stuff...seriously. http://wdieb.tumblr.com/
