John Bunyan's The Pilgrim's Progress is the same way. And, of course, so is scripture. Isn't the Screwtape Letters about some correspondence between Satan and a demon? I have a copy of it that I started reading about 12 years ago or so, but never finished. I thought it was interesting, kind of clever, but for some reason got away from it. I see and hear Lewis' name come up a lot in theological and apologetics articles and vids. He is highly respected, apparently. That quote was actually pulled from an article by Alister McGrath on Christian apologetics I was reading.
