||HEy, so I just moved to Salt Lake City for graduate school at the University of Utah and am trying to decide where to get a pass.. The two student passes that are in my budget for pass and travel (plus not as many road closings as Cottonwood Canyons) are Park City and the Canyons. I'm kind of an intermediate rider and looking to get into park stuff, so something with good miniparks to learn on would be awesome. Heard the canyons new park is one large park so I'm not sure about that since there will be a lot of people of all difference skill levels in it.. I would appreciate any input!

||So I just moved up to Salt Lake City and was weighing my options for this coming season's pass.. I was wondering if Park City or the Canyons had any decent beginner terrain parks to learn on? I would like to start learning some freestyle stuff without going too huge first. I've heard the cottonwood canyon resorts usually get more/better snow but it's also a pain to get there with the small 2-lane highway and avalanche blasting.. Any suggestions?

||Has anyone ever gone to Sipapu for mid-March riding? A group of us from Oklahoma state were thinking about going out there for a few days over our spring break. I just wanted to get anyone's opinion so we didn't get out there and there be no decent snow..

||Hey, I'm looking at getting a park board. What boards would you recommend? So far I've looked at 2010 Burton dominant and the k2 parkstar. I like the ICS but the parkstar sounds like a better board. Any thoughts or other ideas? Also what size?? For the parkstar I'm looking at 152 or 154. I'm 6' tall, 165lbs ish, and size 10 boots.

||I'll be moving to SLC soon and really want to start learning freestyle snowboarding. The snowboard club at U of U offers discounted season passes to the canyons, brighton, and snowbird. Which do you think would be best for first year beginner park riding?

||I'm looking at buying a Burton board for park. I am a beginner at park but know how to ride. I want Burton because I really like the ICS and EST binding setup.. Anyone have any suggestions for boards that could be good for a beginner freestyler? I would like something pretty flexible so I could learn some butters and flatground stuff as well. Also, what size would you recommend? I've ridden a 154 Custom Flying V and liked it pretty well. I"m 6' and about 160lb with size 10 boots.

||I'm finishing up my application to university of utah. They have a ski and snowboard club there which gives some nice discounts on season passes. They offer one to Brighton, Park City, Snowbird, and the Canyons. Which one would be good for learning park riding and being able to really progress and advance as well as some casual freeriding? Also, do any of these have night skiing?

||Does anyone have any tips on good ways to get started in the park? I'm taking a trip in January. We're going to be staying in Denver, so a good beginner park near Denver would be a big help. Any ideas on tricks to try first or other ways to prepare?

||Hey, I'm an undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering. I plan on getting my Ph.D. and want to do so somewhere with resorts. So far, I have in mind, the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT. Does anyone have any other suggestions??

||I'm looking at getting some of last year's Burton pants. The cargo and TWC Tranmission to be more specific. Does anyone know if they have the waist zipper to match with my jacket?

||Hey, I was thinking about getting some Von Zipper Feenoms I saw that come with a bonus lens. I would get them with a fire chrome lens for day and use their clearish-blue lens for night.. I was just wondering how much of a pain it will be to keep switching back and forth. Would it be worth it to just get two pairs of goggles, one with day lenses and one with night lenses?
