|| Have to agree with flat camber...any women I teach seem to love it as it is a little more forgiving than camber, but without the sloppy, out-of-control rocker feeling. Still holds enough edge for bombing crusty runs too. Great experiences with a Ride Canvas. It's not as soft as many of the other recommendations here, but everyone likes different things.

||Still can't figure out what a big mountain park board is...

|| Yes and yes.
What is there to dry out?

|| it gets pretty damn cold when you're night riding get wind chills set you off to -20CPretty kool looking helmet tho haha not willing to shell out $250 for it, also looks like your googles will fog. Linked ithttp://www.ruroc.com/rg-1-helmets/15-rg.html
Come to the prairies where the wind chill usually puts you into -40C. Neat helmets, been around for quite a while but I've been thinking about using one for extra warmth when kiteboarding.

||Jeez you guys...Thanksgiving was like a month ago...
|10/18/2012 7:52:07 AM
|| That's only a two week difference. Opening weekend is usually around December 7 at my local hill.

|| Don't bother. Some companies have machines that run a board through a simulated break-in period (which has more to do with quality control than breaking-in a board being an actual thing). Best way to break in a board would be to get on the hill and enjoy it. To be perfectly honest, if you find the board too stiff right now, you bought the wrong board.

||I wish live events had a mute button. Snowboarding good, terrible music and thousands of people buzzing on energy drinks not so much.

|| Do you want to halve the linear dimensions or halve the area?

||Why is my internet speed so pathetic?

|| http://lmgtfy.com/?q=sass+trips Guess what the first result is? Context makes all the difference; I know you're trying to be clever and funny, but if that's all you're bringing to the table you should probably just drop it.

||Watched it the other day...drift landing was excellent but I didn't find this one as good as the others. Still fun to watch, but it just didn't have that special something to draw me in.

||Try demoing a board somewhere. I can talk all day about this or that but it won't mean a darn thing until you use one. You could also try building one, there's tons of DIY ideas online. Let's you try the concept before dropping the cash, and many people find a homemade job good enough.

|| And how are you going to do this? There are already reputable online vendors for used equipment. High-end gear makes little to no difference to a beginner snowboarder. Given that most people buy the board that looks "coolest", is the same brand that their friends ride, or is the cheapest, it seems that you are trying to fill a niche that doesn't exist. Entry level snowboarders are more likely to buy a used board from a friend, or at least locally since a better deal is possible without the additional overhead of shipping and a middleman.

||Clicking on a suspicious link is not a "chat virus." The biggest cause of viruses spreading is generally ignorance on the part of the user. Someone could post the exact same link form the chat window here...it doesn't magically become a "forum virus."
