8/13/2012 9:30:25 AM Hey bro, dont be too eager to get to the gym. To be honest ur body type is ur body type and it is best to really just let it be. Be happy with what u got. Working out at ur age at weight really isnt going to make a huge difference because ur a hardgainer. I was too and it took 3 years of work to see the progress i wanted, but i was too eager to put on weight i worked out too hard and too inexperienced and i now have shoulder issues along side 30% of all bodybuilders or gym rats.  Its harder than ule expect, and ule have to be patient. U wont be 150 pounds in a year  and pushing 205. That said if u really want to start now, get someone to train you, because the chance u injure something at ur age and weight is probably 90%. And not a buddy, or an idiot teacher. Someone who knows how to work perfect form. most people pretend to know more than they do. My last tip is lift light and lift with perfect form, dont let the ego get in the way. There is always going to be people lifting more and it wont help u gain weight any faster by lifting more, u will lack results and most likely have shoulder issues. Im telling everything from experience, ive done the same shit and shtooked up in each way ive said. I was like every other skinny teen who wanted to get bigger. There is nothing wrong with repping 70 pounds, its about how ur body feels. Message me if u have ne questions about anything, i know my fair share of stuff
8/13/2012 9:10:55 AM I havent been here for a while. Update   atm im around 140-145 pounds at 4-5% body fat. Not a monster at all, but ive gotten pretty shredded i think, and my pecks bounce when going down the stairs which is a good sign. I think im about an A cup. I Dont weigh much but im not a big dude. Im 5,8"   Im Bench Pressing my body weight 20-25 times depending on the day with good form now apposed to 10-12 reps, 6 months ago. I really saw the best results with every single body part, when i dropped weight and squeezed every single rep and used the mind-muscle connection thing. Pretty much adjusting the way u lift the weight to make it the hardest throughout the entire rep.  Once i realized it wasnt about doing the reps, but about making every rep as difficult as possible and feeling every rep in the  area desired from the first to 10th....my results exploded. Just wanted to share what really worked for me. Dont give ur muscle a break at any point throughout the first to 10th rep. pain up, pain down, and squeezing the muscle. This guy explains it pretty well and has really good tips on form. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1KNEigwI1U Been working out every day hard for the last 4 months since i injured my shoulder and ive gained back 15 pounds i lost....  im feeling really good. Its nice to see progress again.  and GL to everyone
1/9/2012 12:31:26 PM Still no snow on the ground in Toronto area. And its like 5 derees C out for the next week. The hut at the terrain park is 4 feet off the ground lol... shows our Terrain Park at the local hill isnt gonna be open any time soon.
12/30/2011 9:34:16 AM Got an advanced body builder MP supplements stack     and im definetely seeing the difference, i think im over the plateau and gaining now
12/15/2011 6:36:31 PM You don't NEED suppiments to gain weight, more calories in than out=weight gain, training while gaining weight means you will build muscle instead of put on weight, cycles or loading of creatine and other per-workout stuff is also not neseserry, creatine comes naturally from meat, it is also best for repairing muscle than anything else, and it is not impossible to blast through a plataue with out supplements, it's just takes more work, If you use these things and find they work then great, if it means your in the gym and seeing the results for yourself, awesome, I just think its unfair to tell people they NEED suppiments to become huge because they don't. Get an e-book called brain over brawn, definatly worth a read. This I understand haha
I get what ur saying bro, ya u dont NEED supplements to get huge. And i dont really want to be huge, just jacked. Girls dont even like when u look like a brick. Im just a hard gainer, I burn through calories like a fiend. And i dont wanna gain weight as much as muscle. Eating calories, carbs carbs carbs helps u put on weight, but not muscle... I just want to put on as much pure muscle as possible. Football season is over, im just looking to keep gaining muscle. So yes calories can get me larger, but they wont really help with muscle. I have like a 3% body fat. Being a hard gainer, really the only way to get bigger at the pace i wish... with pure muscle is through supplements, because i already work out like a freak but my results are slowing. Protein is necessary to gain good muscle tho. Without enough protein a tough workout can harm your muscles. Supplements arent Needed, but will definitely help get me where i want to go since i work out so hard protein can only do so much with my body type. And thanks bro i might give that a read
12/12/2011 3:55:02 PM Not really, unfortunately. The tubs of protein powder and most of those supplements are a waste of money and potentially harmful. Creatine works for most people but you can buy that at Walmart. For unbiased information on protein, diet, and training, go to www.bodyrecomposition.com
Its not biased on bodybuilding.com lol.  Its the biggest weight training website, store, etc on the planet with the widest range of products... The stuff u get at Walmart is absolute crap lol, if u really knew what ur getting ude know brotha. The stuff at Walmart is unsafe, unhealthy, untested shit in a tub with cool graphics on it bro. It's quality isnt even comparable. And as for the creatine u get at walmart. Ude be lucky if its even decent monohydrate micronized, and if it even is monohydrate micronized the quality is shit in order to keep it at a Walmart price.  And ya the supplements do help alot if you are trying to really build muscle or body-build, u just gotta take it in moderation, know what your getting, and NEVER! "load" anything even if ur cycling. Its impossible to get past this plateau without good quality stuff.  Ide rather take some supplements that pretty much every professional athlete takes.... than stick a needle of synthetic testosterone in my butt like most bodybuilders or HUGE people u see at the gym. Plus it was 55% off what is already the best prices...
12/6/2011 8:32:50 AM ordered 360 dollars worth of supplementshttp://www.bodybuilding.com/store/musclepharm/get-swole-stack.html got it for 166 with 2 day shipping and got a free shaker bottle that u can mix water and ur protein whenever u choose... Its got two compartments and u just twist for the protein to go in, its perfect. Bodybuilding.com is an amazing site I just got the MP(MusclePharm) advanced muscle stack, should be in soon. Planning on getting huge... Im at a plateau because ive been working out without even protein the last 2 months... which is rly bad i know... considering i work out hard as u can imagine(i never had time to buy some more). So when i go from not even using protein, to like 6 different(not illegal or unhealthy) supplements my gains should explode.
11/20/2011 11:39:18 AM First speeding ticket today.  FUcking sucks!
11/4/2011 5:07:57 PM SHoulder Ultrasound in.  Tore my shoulder(well Supraspinatus), but it is a linear tear, and may or may not heal. Good and bad news. It may never heal, and i may never be able to work shoulders properly. But i can work out the rest of my body, and it shouldnt get worse. I just have to physio, and lift  20% of my regular weight for shoulders for a few months, but can work non-shoulders 100%.I thought i would have to be out for months. But i just worked chest yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks, I WENT HARD! i was so pumped to be back! AND DAMN IM SORE! When i jog up the stairs, it shtooking hurts from them moving up and down, haha I Guess its a good sign im getting some nice PECKS haha! I have to hold my tits while walking up the stairs
11/2/2011 11:42:48 AM  Heli rides are expensive as shit.  Cats are not nearly as expensive.  Helis can be over 5k for one day of riding, which was why I didn't try it in BC.  Also, not all backcountry terrain is soft snow.  You get icy, windblown, bulletproof snow often, and sometimes you will crash on a jump and there may be some rocks underneath the surface.
Tru that but ide love to do it still,  Cats too would be awsome
11/2/2011 11:27:10 AM Ya man i dream of heli boarding, But around here ur pretty much boarding on hill-made snow, every day. It would be nice to go off a jump, and not worry as much about landing perfectly. Some snow to cushion ur fall would be nice, be able to try some new flips and stuff.
11/2/2011 11:12:55 AM Park/Street We dont get pow around here :(
11/2/2011 10:41:22 AM doing it through  yahoo the money was pooled before we started
11/1/2011 6:11:10 PM Planning really makes a difference, also saving picks for breakout players, and not always getting the next ranked rb, wr, qb etc in the draft And i drafted so only 1 key player is off on a bye week, and i have 1 sub for every bye week. For example, i will never have to pick up a guy open except kickers, because i have players like Anquan Boldin, Ahmad Bradshaw, Cam Newton, and more on the bench all with unqiue bye weeks for other players that position.  600 bucks here i come, tyvm that is all.
