2/1/2012 8:39:13 AM Does anyones knee pop when doing squats? It doesnt hurt, but sounds awful, it does it throughout the whole routine. I'm nervous about going to the doctor b/c i dont wanna hear that i'll need surgery, and i dont want it to screw up my future snowboarding adventures.
2/1/2012 8:30:35 AM Ive been using this workout for sometime, and it's by far my favorite.  http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/the-go-to-workout Its a 4 day split routine that lasts for 6 weeks. Each day shouldn't take more than 1 hour to complete and you can throw some cardio in there on whatever day you feel like.  The  Diet:I snack throughout the day instead of having 2 or 3 huge meals. So ill bring a few granola bars, bananas and apples with me to eat on. This way, when lunch and dinner roll around, your not starving and wont pig out. You'll just want to eat something small since youve been eating all day. Also, i dont eat any carbs after 5pm. Like pasta, bread, potatoes. All that stuff gets stored as fat as the day progresses, so i make sure it eat my carbs in breakfast and lunch and leave it at that. Dieting isnt hard, you just gotta rearrange what you eat and spread it across the day.  Half of the battle of fitness is actually taking the effort to go to the gym.
1/30/2012 9:06:45 AM Shaun White's pants may be funny looking, but there's gotta be something to him getting higher air than anyone else in the pipe. I bet having skinny pants reduces drag and gives him more speed which equals more air. To have a bum ankle and score 100.00 in the pipe, he deserves mad props.
1/30/2012 8:34:07 AM Oh yeah, almost forgot. ALWAYS call the resort your staying at to confirm your reservation before you made the trek out there. Once, i got all the way out there and they couldnt find my reservation, it was buried underneath a bunch of paperwork, i almost had a heart attack after spending $1000 down payment and 8 hours of traveling.
1/30/2012 8:27:59 AM Ive used this website before to book vacations  http://www.toursdesport.com/. They were really nice when i was setting up my trip. I will definitely use them again in the future.
1/27/2012 11:25:41 PM yeah it takes great photos. but the mad props go to the photographer, each of your shots are near perfectly framed. Wish i had an eye for some of that stuff like you do. I got the new nikon aw100, so i'll post some pics from it next time i head out.
1/27/2012 11:10:24 PM spenser, what camera were you using to take those photos?  Here's one of the best pics i took at Steamboat CO.
1/27/2012 10:56:53 PM appreciate the response fellas, im kinda fond on the 686 smarty's. We'll see how they go.
1/27/2012 9:05:52 AM What kind of pants do you guys ride with? I'm wanting to get a set that's not too baggy and keeps the water out, since I ride mostly the East Coast. I'm getting hung up in all the brands and different versions of pants. Any suggestions?
12/28/2011 8:33:10 PM I have the 16gb as well. make sure it supports HD video. It's gotta be fast enough to get the video saved and still record more. This is my card i bought.  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EDTL52/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details

12/28/2011 8:00:30 PM Yeah from a business stand point it's politically incorrect. When i worked part time at Starbucks a few years back we had a store meeting before the Holiday about what we were expected "not" to say. We had to say Happy Holidays if the customer didnt say Merry Christmas to us first. And i'm not sure if the Chinese would get offended or not. Never thought about that! I dont see why, especially if their in America. I mean if i visited China, they wouldnt start speaking English just because i came to town. So why should we have to say Happy Holidays just because the person i'm speaking to may not believe in Christ? We can't please everyone, so i just said Merry Christmas anyways, and if they didnt like it, they can get their coffee somewhere else.
12/28/2011 7:48:36 PM Whats your favorite place on the East? I've been to Sugar but was wondering how Cataloochee or any of the others are?
12/28/2011 7:32:58 PM The South East snow pack is usually pretty slack, but this year is even worse, Were have 70 degree highs from West Virginia southwards last couple weeks. I wonder if winter ever come.
