7/13/2012 8:39:53 PM Wasn't that wave ridiculously large, like 500'? *edit:1740' !!!!!!!!! Charlie don't surf!
2/22/2011 4:14:19 PM blue sky by the Allman brothers, age: Old (42), actually the whole album is awesome to ride to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEC5s3nzVzo&feature=related
2/22/2011 3:54:11 PM I'm a traditional binding guy, but was an advocate of step-ins when they came out(although i never owned a set). the k2 clicker was horrible and so was the burton system(forget what they called it, SI?) but the Switch system with high back bindings was solid, and was self clearing so you didn't have problems with snow and ice like the other systems, big problem with these systems, all of them, when you don't have a binding, you need a stiff boot, and soft boots is one of the things that makes snowboarding so popular. Getting good boots is the problem with these systems. but, hey, you find an old switch system, with high-backs, and a pair of boots that fit, nothing is quicker. good luck with that though.
2/22/2011 3:09:39 PM the only Islamic country with nuclear weapons is Pakistan...
2/22/2011 2:57:45 PM If you watch Glenn "lonesome road" Beck, doomsday for America is just around the corner! Get ready to get off your couch! It could be the U.N., the Islamic caliphate, or the World Communist(led by our President), The New World Order is coming, get your riot gear on!
2/22/2011 2:42:27 PM Just want to send best wishes to our fellow kiwi riders. Hope you and your families are well and safe. Good luck, and know that our community has you in our thoughts and our condolences for your losses. Take care, we hope for a swift recovery of your wonderful communities and country.
2/19/2011 5:13:36 PM Deeper, or the old TB films from standard...classics with lots of backcountry.

2/19/2011 4:58:28 PM ever think of using the search function?
2/19/2011 4:48:35 PM cows and chickens, although raised in horrible conditions for the most part, are RAISED, that's the difference between "domesticated" farm animals and whales. this is what you call a "false equivalency"(like comparing this to the efforts of the anti-abortion movement). the japanese are grossly over-fishing across the globe, not just whales and dolphins, but tuna, sharks, cod and even krill! the japanese whaling fleet shouldn't face stink bombs from annoying environmentalist, but direct naval assault from nations that have signed the anti-whaling treaty. KABOOM! their actions are a disgusting affront to mankind. "who are we to tell the japanese what to eat and what not to eat"???? we're humans, and if we(you) have any humanity, we should do everything in our power to end this wholesale rape of our seas!
2/19/2011 4:07:49 PM ^^^^is the lift line roped off or something piranha
2/18/2011 2:33:36 PM YAY! now all we have to do is get the Japanese to stop the dolphin slaughter!
2/17/2011 6:18:02 AM real men ride the "largest" boards they can get on...but, seriously, although ridiculously small, ride what you like, especially for park. I took out my wife's 150, and had a blast, until it started to delam(I'm 6'4" 200lbs)...and that is the question, wear and tear, riding "under-sized" boards can lead to some issues with durability. but hey, how long do we keep boards now-a-days anyways...
2/17/2011 6:08:32 AM if anything, i would like a smaller smart phone. something that fits nicely in a pocket,(I heard a rumor that apple was coming out with a "reduced" version), and has to be bomb proof. I am going today to make the decision on what phone to go with.
