Link expands on the story as well as mentioning a few other "bad trips" the police have responded to in the past week. Apparently there's some crazy acid (or something else being sold as acid) going around in Arcata.

1/9/2010 6:40:16 PM	ABC News Link "FERNDALE, Calif (AP) -- A 6.5 magnitude earthquake has struck off the Northern California coast, about 27 miles southwest of Eureka. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake hit around 4:27 Saturday afternoon. Officials say they heard the quake caused some power outtages, but there were no immediate reports of injury or damage. USGS geophysicist Richard Buckmaster says the quake was felt as far south as Capitola, and as far north as Tiller, Ore." Hope everyone is alright out there!
12/22/2009 12:52:14 PM	So I've been lurking about since I found this place a few months ago and ordered a bunch of stuff. New deck for me (Forum Superstar 148), some pants, hoodies, shirts, beanies, etc. for myself and my boyfriend and our friends. I really didn't want to join in on the message board fun because, well... it's addictive. However, today is the day I jump in and get social. My name is LeighAnne and I'm 24. I live in Flint, MI. It's really not as bad as the stories you've heard and hey, the bars are super cheap. My boyfriend and I usually ride at the local garbage dumps... but we usually make it up north for 4 or 5 weekends of decent shredding. Anybody who lives in the mitten and wants to ride with us, hit me up and we can make plans. We're always looking for others to ride and party with us. If you live above the bridge, please give me some cheap lodging ideas cause I'm dying to make it up there for a week or so to hit up Bohemia, Indianhead, Powderhorn and the others. Anyway, here we are: When we're not snowboarding we're playing with these two mutts: Mary Jane on your left, Samson on the right. Looking forward to hanging out here and making some friends!
