4/24/2013 7:57:18 AM Sweet End Of The Season Treat From The Burton Store In Vail!!! Gotta Love The End Of Season Clearance Sales!!!
4/22/2013 6:49:36 AM All of the riders were fully equipped with ALL of the avalanche safety gear.... and still lost their lives. Mother nature is stronger & tougher than any tech that man can invent.
4/19/2013 2:56:51 PM Limited terrain, big crowds and tracked snow is better than not riding at all.
Hell Yes!!!! My girlfriend and i had plans to stay the weekend in Vail just to hangout, lounge around in the pool at the resort, have a few drinks & such. Now, Bonus!!! Vail re-opens! Can't wait to get in a few more turns.
4/15/2013 10:33:19 AM Here is the e-mail address to the PR department at Alta: Public Relations: connie@alta.com Have some fun and let them know what idiots they really are!!!
4/7/2013 10:36:53 AM Bummer! Thats right, no more Keystone this year.... the season is running short on us.
4/7/2013 10:00:41 AM I really don't know how to respond to that without sounding like a jerk but wp/mj has a lot to offer and calling it less than a real mtn would suggest ignorance.  Fact is abasin is a great mtn. But so is wp. If you plan to spend more than a day, abasin doesn't make the most sense. If the snow is great you'll have fun at either place.  But to be honest I'd avoid abasin just due to the crowds you will likely see.  Wp has had more snow and better conditions most of the season.
WP has the longest flattest runs & lengthy cat walks. What they consider a blue run is a glorified green at any other resort. I understand run grading is subjective to each individual resort but the WP side is not very fun for snowboarding. Granted a good time can be had anywhere but WP is not much fun to ride unless you stay on the Mary Jane side of the mountain. Ride Keystone For Some Real Fun!!!
4/7/2013 8:38:15 AM Go To A-Basin!!! Even during peak season A-Basin is infinitely better than Winter Park. ...any bump here in Colorado is better than Winter Park. It is the flattest mountain in Colorado! Mary Jane (sister mountain to winter park) is good but over all you money & time are spent better at a real mountain in Colorado. Head To Summit County!!!
4/7/2013 8:08:56 AM Hell No The Season Is Not Done Here In Colorado! A foot (or more) of snow is predicted for this Tuesday! Granted it is spring riding & not always ideal conditions but it's always great to get out and ride. I'll ride this late season mashed potatoes with a smile on my face!
3/18/2013 7:10:49 AM The parking lots that you pay for at Keystone get you just about mountain side. You are basically at the base of River Run. All in all it’s not that long of a walk to & from the free parking so I don’t know the advantage of parking in the pay lots unless you have a ton of gear to unload and drag with you.
3/17/2013 7:55:55 PM Stop Having So Much Fun!!!!!! LOL!!!
3/17/2013 8:22:28 AM Some of us 'less young' folks can still get out there and shred. i'm 51 & have been riding for 14 - 15 years. I can still ride as hard as i want too & my body / legs are holding up great. There is hope for all of you little whipper snappers to be riding for decades & decades to come!!!
3/17/2013 7:25:59 AM How often does it snow in Los Angeles?
3/17/2013 7:23:25 AM Why do you live so far away from the mountain?
