10/23/2010 8:43:11 AM You should of placed that order a few days ago. I would of liked to see the totals on his order with the pricing from Sierra, and now with pricing from trusnow. He is probably spending at least 30% more
I doubt the majority of the items he was purchasing were even stocked by Sierra a few days ago, they hardly had anything except Rome and Union.  Now trusnow has everything (almost).  Quit being such a naysayer.
10/22/2010 12:44:05 PM WOW am I glad I already bought my Horrorscope, good lord look at the pricing on CAPiTA now At these prices I'm going to become more friendly with my local shops!
10/22/2010 6:10:31 AM Boots are one of the things I buy locally, for the same reasons everyone else said on the last 2 pages.
10/21/2010 1:11:31 PM ^ up there where Doug posted, under what they will be selling is a Burton symbol.
10/21/2010 6:51:49 AM I swear, why can't people just read.  I found out EVERYTHING that is going on by reading the threads, not popping in, reading one page and than posting stupid questions. It's just ridiculous.  And to tkrugs question, the colab boards are still coming out. They do not have any Sierra brandings on them, just CAPiTA.
10/20/2010 8:22:34 PM This guy is in his 40's just kickin' it old school. Some bad ass shizz right here. AXLEPEGwhat he does with a bike is incredible, out of this world shizz. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNS7mfu2Hpo
10/20/2010 8:11:28 PM Yea that movie is great. The classic bmx movie that blew the lid off of freestyle is RAD. It is a cheesy movie but there is some incredible freestyle stuff in there. I could never afford a GT Performer when I was a kid, so thats one of the reasons I'm in to it now. But I love bikes and working on them. They are more complicated than people think. I have 2 Kona's as well, Mountain bike and road bike.  Also this is before big marketing so all the bike companies were in the movie. GT,Dyno, Redline, Haro, Mongoose Here are my two favorite clips from RAD, now remember it was the mid 80's no making fun.In the first clip just make it past the first 40 seconds and you will see true freestyle.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgU3pXK2Ls0http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyW9864AXVk&feature=related
10/20/2010 7:46:05 PM ^I am in to restoring and collecting GT performers from 85-88.  Check out bmxmuseum.com.   This is a huge, big money hobby. There are guys that have 40-50 bikes. I have 7 right now. Because all the guys that rode these bikes now have the money to spend on them because we're all 30-45 years old. I am doing a all white 86 Pro Performer with all black components. Check out some pics. Just the seat alone goes for $100 the brakes about $140. The wheels are very rare, a set just sold for $175 yesterday. That black mallet stem is rare and very nice. All this stuff is original from the 80's The pink 86 Pro Performer is rare cuz pink bikes were usually painted over. That one is in excellent condition.  1986 is really the last year that brings big money. This is when Gary Turner still owned GT not Pacific Cycles.
10/20/2010 7:23:17 PM SOLD.
10/20/2010 6:27:18 PM 2010 Burton Custom V-roc 156 W/ '10 Cartels EST 2011 CAPiTA Horrorscope 153 W/ '10 Union Contacts ( I probably won't get off of Horrorscope all year. If I ever make it out of Michigan for some real snowboarding than I have the Custom. Possibly Snowshoe in WV this year)
10/20/2010 5:56:27 AM ^ I was going to use as wallart. See pic, it would look great in my spare room with green walls. But in the pic you can see another passion of mine,  I'm currently restoring a White 86 GT Pro Performer(not pictured). I am  going to use the money to help me get the frame and forks re-painted. Anyone interested PM me and I will get back with you ASAP, thanks. That pink one is worth $700-$900Those 3 are all OG(original) not restored at all.
10/19/2010 9:23:11 PM I have to many boards. I hopefully will be breaking even on the board. Sierra gave me a good deal so I will pass it on. I just got a new board from them today, so I have a box
10/19/2010 7:28:17 PM I am selling my brand new(never used) Sierra Crew Limited Edition Release, with the Walcock on the top sheet and Beagle on the Base. This is the same board as the Burton Custom. This board has regular camber. Still has price tag. Here is a link to reviews and pics of my board. $130 shipped.snowboard.com/Sierra-Crew-Snowboards.asp
10/14/2010 5:51:14 PM   Nova is cool but discraft is made here in Michigan and they are equal to nova. and the buzz is #1 roc what.....
Nova???.. U mean Innova.. U need to get your shizz straight. I Play in the Open division, sponsored by Phenix Disc Sports. I would like to support Discraft, since I am from MI too.. but there drivers suck compared to Innova.  They R squirrely.. not consistent in there flight.. the buzz is a poor excuse for a Roc.. same w/ the challenger.. cheap excuse for a Big Bead Avair. More World Championships won w/ Innova than any other discs.  And my good friends, 2008 & 2009 World Champions Dave Feldberg and Avery Jenkins throw Innova... not to mention the greatest disc golfer of all time Ken Climo. Dave stayed and practiced the courses with me for 2 weeks before the 2008 World Championships..here's the result http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMKYSQwuXkE
People are so funny. U tell me to get my shizzz straight with a wink. You single me out, quote me, and start saying how innova drivers and putters are so good. If you would of read right above that, I said I use nova drivers and putters, discraft mid-range. I also said these are just my opinions. It's just hilarious how u pop in try to call me out and play know-it-all, in an attempt to put yourself over. Kudos on the name dropping. I have been playing disc golf longer than box stomper has been alive.  I play for fun and to be outdoors. Not for competition. Just a couple of my NOVA items. But hey I need to get my shizzzz straight
