10/19/2010 7:28:17 PM I am selling my brand new(never used) Sierra Crew Limited Edition Release, with the Walcock on the top sheet and Beagle on the Base. This is the same board as the Burton Custom. This board has regular camber. Still has price tag. Here is a link to reviews and pics of my board. $130 shipped.snowboard.com/Sierra-Crew-Snowboards.asp
10/7/2010 2:59:07 PM Like new 152 Sierrascope.     I used 10-12 days on Michigan groomers. Board is in great shape.    Base and edges are perfect.    Top sheet is perfect. There are just a few nics from those rude skiers while waiting for lift. I can provide detailed pics if requested. I just have to scrape off the summer storage wax that has been on since March. Board is mint and lots of fun, you won't be disappointed.  $175 shipped(those are just fingerprint smudges in pics)
1/30/2010 3:43:38 PM I am a beginning park rider with intermediate skills on the groomers. My new sierrascope arrived today! There are so many opinions on how or what to de-tune. I don't know if I should bevel edge, or de-tune between bindings and leave contact points sharp. I just need some good advice. I plan on riding 50/50 for now, park(mainly boxes, rails, small jumps)and groomers. If I bevel I would take it in to the shop but if I need to just de-tune certain areas I would like to do myself. *I ride on icy groomers a lot in Michigan so I still need edge.  Even on your guy's website in the review of the horrorscope he was tearing it up and he made it a point to show the camera his sharp edges. I would love some feedback from the Sierra staff, I'm sure you have enough experience with fk design, and it is a sierra board.
1/26/2010 5:36:33 PM I thought my mind was made up and I was seconds away from ordering contacts for my sierrascope fk 152 but I wanted to try and get a little more info. I prob. ride 50/50 park(mainly boxes, rails)and the rest on groomers. When the contacts are described as loose skateboard trucks I got a little nervous. Will it seem crazy loose on the black diamond groomers in the mid-west.(are black diamonds are probably like your guy's green runs) I know the contacts have the 19% of contact and thats what makes it feel loose but thats what also makes it able to use board to its fullest capability The forces seem to have some sort of advantage on reverse camber as well but not tech. same as contact. With me being new to the park scene will the forces be flexible enough for me. I am not into big air and the boxes are becoming addictive so the contacts seem like the right fit, but I don't know if I need the stiffness of the force to be more versitile. Or should I just get the contacts and shut-up, quit thinking to much and just hit the resort.  Could a staff member please help? You guys are great.
1/26/2010 3:55:52 PM I just bought my sierrascope fk 152 today!!!  I want to order the contacts. Will the M/L fit my size 10 boot. Union claims it fits 6-10 but I know some boots run big. I could not fit into M burton freestyles but I am currently in M customs, because of the adjustabillity . It looks like the unions have the same kind of adjustments.   I have some burton invaders(for now). The contacts L/XL is 9.5 to 13. I would rather have the mediums as long as they will fit my size 10. Could a staff member or someone with experience please help, I want to order bindings tonight.
1/25/2010 3:56:18 PM I am a returning rider from 20 years ago that can shred my burton clash, and am now hitting boxes and rails and lovin' it. Being from Michigan the park is great because the hills are small. I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a Sierrascope fk. I want to run union contacts. I am typically on groomers, boxes, rails, and attempting small jumps. I love my 155, if I was to get an indoor fk I would probably get a 154. I am 155-160lbs 5,10" Would the 156 be to big to learn how to press on and would the 152 be to small to go down steep groomers. I know the difference is small but this is a big purchase and I want to get it right. Could someone with experience give me some advice. I know the advice is subjective and either board would be fine.
12/10/2009 9:24:14 AM my burton clash 155 seems to narrow for my size 10 boot. they stick over the edge more than an inch. I'm only 155 lbs 5'9" and brand new to the sport. Should I go with the 158 the width on the 158 is 252(250 on the 155). Will that make a difference. Will the 158 be to big. I need some expert advice. Is it normal for boots to stick out over edge? If so how much?
12/9/2009 2:43:05 PM I bought a 155 burton clash being brand new to snowboarding,5,9", and only 150 lbs. The board seems perfect but once put together my size 10  boots had a little overhang. The waist width is 250, and the 158 board seemed to long. Will this little bit of overhang come in to play at all? I have no experience but I want to make sure I have right board.
12/3/2009 11:57:16 AM I am brand new to snowboarding. I will be riding in Michigan. What is a good beginner boot, that is under or around $150?  I have a clash with medium freestyle bindings and wear a size 10. Could anyone give me some advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
