9/3/2012 6:35:28 AM That ratio makes absolutely no sense. Almost like going to walmart, seeing a TV for $100 off, then trying to buy an ipod nano for $50 and saying it isn't fair because the TV was $100 off... 35(sale price on jersey)/50("retail")=.70 or 70% so....70 x 35("retail" on gloves)= 24.5 The lowest price you could expect is about $25... or you could be decent and just meet in the middle of his asking price and a sale price and offer 30 bucks.
8/7/2012 5:35:04 PM Geartrade.com, Seller: Backcountry  That guy, who obviously works for backcountry, uses those two tables. Use your own pictures, especially if you're buying for cheap and selling for steep. Just saying. Tables in links pics. http://www.geartrade.com/item/256670/riot-snowboard-wide-one-color-159cm-good EDIT: Haha, my brother left his account logged in when he left. oopss! Well, this should be coming from me, cravensss
7/28/2012 12:20:58 PM In that case, just add your NS username to the original post and you're set. Though the karma system over there is a little wack, (imo!) guys over here usually give you decent credit for it. However, the feeling is not so mutual over there  lol.
7/27/2012 2:47:43 PM I've used the crab grabs. One on the heelside tail and one on toeside nose. Grab both with your back hand. Makes for a sick tweaked rocket air if you're regular.
7/27/2012 2:42:37 PM If you won it, sell it cheap. The karma payout is better than cash, trust me.
7/26/2012 6:22:27 PM Too bad I dumped snowboarding. The deals on these outerwears are wackkkk! Want new era oakley, however. Pm me.
7/8/2012 6:57:15 PM Well, that's it folks, the last pair of bindings were just shipped out on friday.  I just discovered wakeboarding (First day at a cable park and am doing rodeos and raleys) and I think in my off time, i'll do that to keep my sanity. Thanks for the years of support to all of you guys! Espescially the ones who's videos and advice helped me progress in snowboarding! (Alka, if you read this, the only reason I had the balls to do a backflip back in the day is because of your video!) Stay Fresh TruSnow! ---ConDom, out---
6/10/2012 9:56:31 PM Well, I honestly don't need the money right now, and it seems right to pass it on to someone who doesn't have the resources I did. Alka, I respect you for your ripping skills. It defines you and I hope it never changes for the sake of the good old days. Just closed one item with a local kid I used to rip on for his style. The lucky item is none other than the Rome bindings! Got 14 new messages to go through! I don't recall specifying, but I am willing to pay shipping to the contiguous 48 states. More descisions will be made within a few days
6/9/2012 8:31:40 AM ALL ITEMS ARE GONE!Well, I never thought this would happen, or even fathomed the slightest possibility of having to quit snowboarding, but now I must move on. I received a letter in the mail yesterday which stated my acceptance once more to the University of Texas and reminded me of my orientaion coming in a few weeks, but attached to the letter was a personal message from the track and feild assistant coach who cordially invited me to stay another two days prior to orientation to train with the team. Following a physical, drug test, and fitness exam, I will be admitted to join the team for my Freshman year on a scholarship which grants me $15,000 a year(basically everything I need after other scholarships and cash-in-hand). So, what does this have to do with TruSnow Classifieds you ask? In order to be fully involved in the team, I must give up all of my favorite past-times such as snowboarding, freebording, and skating. It won't be easy, but one way to do this is to begin returning my karma to others. In my possesion are the following: Sticks:2010 Capita Indoor Survival fk size 152 2011 Capita Ultrafear fk size 147 Binders: 2011 Burton Missions size large2011 Rome 390 Boss'ssss'(spell check?) size l/xl2012 Union(of capita) Ultrafears size l/xl Feet thingy's:2012 Burton Invaders size 102011 Burton Motos size 9.52009 Rome Bodega size 11 I will be keeping one setup, in case of snow emergency, but the rest is up for grabs. If you are in dire need of gears, and honestly can't shove a few bucks towards a nice setup, PM me the following: Your Name Your Rider style/skill level Your local mountain nameA brief description of what you ride now and why you need a new plank, binders, or snowshoes. And finally, for my amusement, answer the following question: "What is a nickname you've been given and why is it so?" For all you lazy folk,SPARK NOTES!:I quit snowboarding, you want free shit, pm me with the above-mentioned questions and get free shit.
5/6/2012 6:57:57 PM I wish I still had the moneys like I did in high school. Here's a tip: save all of your money from now on and maybe you will have a little to actually ride as much as you do now. I used to own 5 decks at once and ride everyday. Can't wait to ride my 21 ultrafear for the next 4 years through my masters program...
4/22/2012 2:15:29 PM I, personally, admire your audacity. I'm a two planker at heart, but love snowboarding just the same. Some people don't appreciate that the art of skiing can be just as beautiful or even more so if given a legitimate chance. The only possible issue I can see here, as mentioned earlier, is that the season is over for most of the TS members.
4/16/2012 6:56:33 PM That's the 5th request for the same damn thing... just update the OP... I know you have plenty of time on your hands... also, my 7 year old sister knows how to use Photobucket... how does that make you feel? Email me pictures of the decks and i'll post them for you. PM me for pete's sake
4/16/2012 1:54:31 PM This was back when you offered him much less... now you're just a lowballer. Pm the dude and haggle in private. That's the easiest way to be a lowballer and get away with it. Let him know a price, then he'll sit on it until he becomes desperate and sells it to you... and if he gets the 130 he wanted, who cares? You don't don't have that much cash on hand anyways. B/S/T 101.
4/15/2012 6:29:15 PM [\AssholeMode] Hahahahaha What, so you can flip it a month from now in worse condition so you can afford to buy a jacket?[/AssholeMode]  If it's not gone in a few weeks... I can find a buyer for that price fo sho.  EDIT: My codes need a little help:(
4/15/2012 10:28:08 AM Or when you know every liftie and you work at your resort... but yeah the jacket definately helps identify you through your goggles and whatnot
