3/25/2011 4:44:13 AM I have had many boots in my life and flow boots are one of the best. Still TruSnow carries just a few flow boots. TruSnow is my favorite snowboard store but having more flow boots variaty would be great. Any experience with flow boots. My experience is the best
3/25/2011 4:32:04 AM I have always wondered what is the best way to prepare for a new season. No matter what I do, after the first day of snowboard my legs sore. This year I rode my road bike 10 miles/day (in average) but my legs were still sore after the first day. Any advice?
3/25/2011 4:28:44 AM I have heard that squaw valley is over rated, what do you think
3/24/2011 3:02:40 PM thanks to everybody, I think I will pass on Aspen and try Breck and Keystone
3/22/2011 10:00:06 AM I recently went to heavenly there are plenty of expensive places to stay. But there are also some cheap inss that are decent enough for me. I want ot go to aspen but I have heard it is horribly expensive. Do you know of any cheap hotel hostals or inns in the area that are close to the slopes or a shuttle stop. Any advice is welcomed
3/22/2011 9:52:37 AM If you stay close to the gondola, you do not even need a shuttle the gondola (upscale lift) takes you from downtown south lake tahoe directly to the slopes non stop. Real good, and no extra cost if you buy the lift
3/22/2011 9:51:18 AM I forgot to say that there is plenty of cheap places to stay in south lake tahoe and the shuttle to the slopes takes only 5-10 minutes. so do not book the expensive stuff online, call the inns (pioneer inn, americana village) I forgot the names of the others by I stayd in pioneer and is real cheap. NO the best hotel but good enough for sleeping.
3/22/2011 9:36:52 AM Thanks for the advice. I will go for a weekend next april and will probably try kirkwood
3/21/2011 10:15:25 AM I recently went to China, nice country very impressed. The bad news is the food is great, why bad news, because I put on 10 pound. I have been trying to get rid of the extra pound, so far I have lost 6 but I am stuck. I am eating little meals and I am doing lots of sports, I do not know what I am doing wrong, but I cannot lose the 4 extra pound I still have. Any advice???
3/21/2011 10:12:28 AM I have always snowboarded in Chile (my home country). But this year I took 5 days off and went to Lake Tahoe. I had some friends working in Heavenly, therefore I got 50% off the lift. The landscape is awesome, and the slopes are great. I do not do part, but the grooms are fantastic. I did not have the chance to see other ski centers because I did not rent a car. Which other centers do you reccomend in the area?
9/7/2010 7:32:53 AM And also I hope the give aways are still alive
9/7/2010 7:32:29 AM It has been a few weeks with confusing activity on the giveaways. No update on winners. Give aways not on time. What is going on? Anyone knows, are they still doing the giveaway in a regular basis? I Hope to hear some information back
7/6/2010 8:05:42 PM If you recommend detuning, please let me know exactly what part of a rocker snowboard edge you would detune
7/6/2010 8:04:29 PM Hi I just got a Sierra Reverse Crew I want to know if I need to detune it. Given that it is a rocker I do not think that detuning will reduce the chances of catching an edge buy I may be wrong any advice will be appreciated.
6/22/2010 4:50:17 PM Wolf Creek sounds good. What activities can you do other than snowboarding (my wife does not snowboard)
