After sqrewing me over for over 5 months and I have 3 emails from them promesing full refund and even them writing that they ow me 260 $, they manage to send me an email saying that they are sorry for my troubles, but they will only give me half a refund..   After demanding full refund, they duck their head in the sand and wont reply..   At least they are consistant. BBB.org have now tried 3 times to connact them.. NO REPLY to them ether..

2/26/2011 10:46:58 AM Thanks for the tip, but I'm not able to cancell the payment.     I have even reported TruSnow a an american consumer right group ( BBB.org) and they also not not get any respons.   Doug, Donald and Mario have all promised to fix this, but nothing happend. Have been promised feedback 10 times, discounts etc.. but nothing happens and I end up having to contact them again.
2/14/2011 2:21:53 PM I have tried to phone them 5 times, same answer. We will fix this, I will speak to my boss,we have an issue with our bank.. Sorry for the inconvinence, but we will get this resolved right away.. They also say that they will get right back to me. Then 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything.
2/7/2011 11:33:58 AM Hi I still have not recieved my refund from TruSnow I have been in touch with Doug, Donald and Mario, after first trying to help they have just started not responding to emails. here is my story:     I ordered on the 15.okt from Sierrasnowboards,  before the change to TruSnow After a week I was told that my order was delayed since my merchandise had already been sent to Minnesota, but that it would be sent as soon as it arrived. I waited patiently for 2-3 weeks before I contacted customer support, and was told my stuff would be sent "today or "tomorrow. this never happened. During November I was in contact with several staff on your online chat forum, which told me that I would get compensated for my troubles and get a got discount, I was also promissed trackingnr and feedback that I never recieved. I therefore started taking screenshots of my conversations with the staff, since I knew I was just beeing jerked around. If you want I can provide this.   Finally late november I got a trackingnr and that my order had been shipped, and I thought that my problems were over, after 3 days it said "out for delivery", but my package was in San Fransico, and I live in Norway. It had been sent to some random person. I therefore contacted cusotmersupport, which said they would redirect it to my address. I continued to check the trackingnr and to my surprise it ended up in Minnesota again. I then called again and got the message that i would not get my order because of a Burton pants which were now on the restricted list, eventhough it was not on the list when I ordered. By this time I was told that my option was a refund, which I accepted. I got 2 emails from TruSnow on the 02 and 03 of december confirming this. I had then been in contact with Doug and Donald at TruSnow 15. dec I had not gotten any money so I contacted Donald, who said you had paid, but that he would check with the bank and give me some feedback. Again heard nothing. Have send him 2 or 3 emails later, but he has stopped responding. I then started to contact Doug, which gave me the same story and has not gotten back to me.   After several phonecalls I talked to Mario on monday, explained the whole situation again, and he told me that you had tried to refund but there was a problem with the bank. I was promissed a solution and feedback on tuesday, and as usuall I heard nothing. I then called in again today and was told that my option was to speak with you.   I need someone to fix this issue, because nobody seems to get this done. I never get feedback, and when I follow up a broken promise, they just stick their heads in the sand.   Its now almost 4 months since I ordered, the season is almost gone, and I still have no gear. I have been lied several times and I'm feed up. All staff members I talk to are trying to push this problem onto somebody else.
12/1/2010 3:27:15 PM Just a warning for you guys trying to ship internationally   Here is my story:   I have ordered 11 weeks ago, since day one I was told that my package "would be send out ringt away", "we're working on your order". "Sorry for your delay you will be compensated for it".   Finally I got a trackingnr, since I live in Europe, I started getting worried when my packaged got sent to San Fransisco. I then called the customer support, and they told me that it would be delivered in S.F, which I said was the wrond address. They then told me that they would fix this and send it to the right address. This did of course not happend. I then had to call again, and I then got the message that I would not get the package because of the order containing Burton pants.. Eventhough my order was BEFORE any brand restrictions.   I then asked to get a full refund, was told that I would not a refund before the stuff was returned...( not my fault it was send to the wrond address). Finally 2 weeks later I get a mail that I will get a refund, BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING..   How is this possible???`   I have been extremely porly treated and as a finall insult, I even don't get all my money back. Trusnow still ows me $48 for shipping..     I have screenshots of staff lying through their teeths on online chatts, promesing refunds, discounts and that my stuff will be send out right away.   Don't trust them.   Till I get my money, I will use  all my time and effort bad mouthing trusnow.

11/23/2010 3:50:04 PM Hi   No I did not give them the wrong address, "my package"  is send to a total stranger in S.F.   I bought my stuff from Sierra, and after waiting and geeting jerked around for almost 2 months, I now get the message that since my order included some Burton pants it will not get shipped at all...   And I will not get a refund until the package is returned.. HOPELESS!!   Anybody know any consumer rights groups which one call contact in the U.S, regarding these matters?   I got all the sheenshots from staff telling me that the package will be send today, email confimation will be send today, sorry you will be compensated for the delay etc..etc..   Be parnaiod and screenshot anything these people tell you..   As I always said, I only want my stuff or a full refund, nothing more...

11/12/2010 10:40:31 AM Hi   I have been waiting 1 month for my stuff, written 3 emails and talked with tons of staff online. Still my order is not shipped.. and they don't reply emails. On the chat i get the message "you order will be processed withinn 24 hours", and as usuall nothing happens..   BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
11/9/2010 9:00:10 AM Hello   I am writing this post because of problems with my order. On 15.okt i purchased a snowboard jacket and pants on your website.  But it is still not sent..   Have talked with 3 separat people on the live internett chat (staff) about my order, both confirmed the zip code change and said it would be sent out right away..  The last time was friday the 29.okt. I also asked for a email confirmation that it was send. I waited a couple of more days for the confirmation, but recieved nothing.   Than again on the 3.11. I contacted the staff through internett chat( Mario), and got the message that: "my order has your full attention", and that the order has been left behind in the transition to truesnow. I then say that I have got the same message twice, and asked it he could sent me an email confirmation. After that the staff does not reply and after 30 min an expert user comes in and tells me that you guys are aware that there are problem with some orderes.   I'm very surprised on how I have been treated as a customer, and why it's so hard go give me a honest respons. Is this how you usually treat customers? and what do you do with customers that have been treated this way? It's been almost four weeks and It's not even sent. I hoping to get my gear before the snow comes...   I have now written to you guys 3 times on email ( NO response) 3 times om internett chat, with the same message that you would send it right away. Still nothing is sent, but the money was deducked from my card right away.   I'm considering reporting you guys for fraud, it somebody don't contact me quick..
