12/15/2012 6:15:37 AM My buddy just got a pair in the mail. He had a pair of Zoom forces from like 2 yrs ago and didnt use them that much and they were shredded. For grins he sent some picks to Nike and sure $hit they sent him a brand new pair of ites. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. He said they are comfortable as hell and have some different settings for stiffness. Im not really sure what thats about but yea. He is impressed so far
12/14/2012 7:43:08 AM 3.16 in milwaukee wi. hell if it can stay like this until after the new year when we drive out to colo. we are going to save some serious cash
12/14/2012 7:38:50 AM A 160cm is a lot of board in my eyes for a beginner esspecially if they advance and want to start learning other skills. I am a big promoter of reverse camber boards for beginners because that is what I learned on. check out K2 WWW or Parkstar, DC PBJ, Burton Whammy bar or Dominant. Im not a fan of the blunts at all they are $hit boards in my eyes. Sizing I think youre spot on with the 156, anything 155-157 will work on a wide board
12/14/2012 7:25:46 AM You would really compare the RC to a Burton Custom Flying V... I know it was originally a Burton product but I think a custom is a bit higher end than a RC
12/13/2012 2:22:04 PM Definitely a tough call only because you are overseas. If you were in the states I would say hellllllll nah. 1k for a board sounds super steep.I would just look for a new board
12/13/2012 2:14:18 PM I had it happen to me. Same kind of deal it was only like 5 bucks so I didnt lose sleep over it but I get where you are coming from. I would have atleast liked a response
12/8/2012 11:17:13 AM What is you experience level. In my opinion if you are looking for something like that I would get some kind of rocker board and make it a little small than the size says. I dont know what your sizing stats are but TruSnow has/had a burton whammy bar on sale for like 170. it was only a 153cm. I bought one because I love jibbing even though im 5'9 185 which is a little big for that size board. the deal was too good to pass up
12/5/2012 9:24:20 AM as everyone said you are getting the short end of the stick with snow. A girl I know, her brother builds the parks at breck and said they only have 5 runs open. copper is pretty legit if they have stuff open. If youre on a budget dillon has a walmart there where we bought all are food. cheaper than paying a 300% mark up on everything in the villages. I pray it snows for you
12/3/2012 5:07:52 PM I am always the most random person. I never know what i want until i see it and im like BAM!!! I want this. My gf hates me for it haha
12/3/2012 7:57:02 AM The house actually owns TruSnow They bought them out last yr. Sometimes the return address on your packages will actually say "The House " on them. As for variety ... minus Neversummer..what are you looking for. TruSnow has way more stuff and better deals than dogfunk, REI, and most other sites I have seen. I have only seen one way better deal than TruSnow could offer and that was last summer on REI for a Custom Flying V for $287. other than that Im not sure what other variety you are looking for...
12/3/2012 7:48:31 AM I know what your saying. I have a trip scheduled for Jan and Im getting worried. I how things turn around for both our sakes
12/3/2012 7:46:56 AM Im a park rat rails, jumps, boxes all make for a day of fun. Though hitting the powder from time to time is a blast as well
11/27/2012 2:30:21 PM Holy geez.. how do you move
11/26/2012 1:16:05 PM Yes sir they do have the cartels but only in sizes 6-8 which doesnt exactly work for me lol. I did look at the malavitas but they retail for 330 or 380. I really wasnt looking to shell to much out of pocket. thanks for the idea though
11/26/2012 12:29:10 PM No digging really needed to be done if just read whats available to you. Before you all go and get pissy about me complaining about 50 bucks I called and got it straightened out. It is 250 on the retail price. What I was seeing was 200 was on a none marked but 2013 model burton xbase. I wasnt supposed to be able to apply my coupon and the reason I was complaining was because the older models only had the missions and customs in my size neither of which I really care for. So in conclusion. Im just gonna get the missions and put my cartel straps on it.
