2/27/2011 1:20:36 PM So, I've been thinking about getting a GoPro, as theyre only about $210 on amazon for the full HD. I am planning on getting an extra battery, but for memory what should I get? They say on the site that you can record for 4hours and 21minutes on a 32gb card for 720p at 60fps. This seems great but the 32gb card that they recommend costs $65. Would it be easier to just buy two 16gb cards for about $50 total, and switch the cards out after about 2 hours?

1/30/2011 11:19:22 AM So, I'm looking at getting some new gear that will probably cost $400-550 for the board and another $150-250 or so for bindings. I'm looking to get this for next season, so I have some time to save up, and my parents will probably buy me the bindings as a birthday present. What I want to know though is how much my board/binding setup will sell for and how much you think my skis/bindings will sell for, as I'm done with skiing now. Board: 2009 Burton Twin (157cm): minor scratches, no core shots or anything. Will be freshly waxed. Retail: $400 2009 Burton custom bindings (Large): Some scuffs on the highback where they meet the part that they rest on, other than that amazing condition. Retail: $180 Skis: 2009 Salomon Lords (168 cm): Perfect bases, minor scratches on top sheet. Retail was over $900, I believe $925, only been used about 40-50 times since '08 2009 Salomon Z12 Ti ski Bindings: look great, don't think you can damage ski bindings but even if you can, these are not damaged. Retail ~$150-200. If I was going to continue skiing, I would love to keep the skis because they are the best skis I've ever used, but I simply do not want to continue skiing. Both will be sold as packages, just wondering how much I can ask for them.

1/23/2011 9:12:57 AM So I've decided I want to get the GNU Park Pickle because I've tried it and loved it, but I don't want to pay $540 with tax for a snowboard. Anyone know any good ways to get a great deal on the board, possibly a great deal on bindings as well?
1/18/2011 3:34:58 PM A few days ago I tried my friends GNU park pickle out for a run, and realized what I was missing out on. I was used to my 2009 Burton Twin in a 157 which is super stiff, I can barely do a butter on it. When I tried out his 159W pickle, it was so easy to do ollies and butters, even though his board was longer and wider. I decided I need to get a new board. The boards I've looked at are a Lib Tech Skate Banana, a GNU Park Pickle, and a Sierra Stunt. I would be looking for a size 153-156. I will take any recommendations for boards as well. I do about 50% groomers, 35% park and 15% powder / off piste. I would also like the price range to be below $500 which is why I am looking at the sierra stunt, for it's price.
