12/26/2012 11:06:50 PM Lets hope that happens then xD!!!!! I was pretty lucky in feb a big white, it hadn't snowed much all season until literally the day I got the and then it snowed nearly everyday I was there!! Haha Hopefully the same logic applies!!!!
12/26/2012 8:07:51 PM You guys are probably ways more advanced and way more picky about snow too XD I live in Western Australia so any snow is good snow. Except the crap we get over east haha that's just pretend snow apparently!!
12/26/2012 6:58:25 PM I wanted to go to nesiko but couldn't get in, left it too late and couldn't get any decent accommodation, it's been 12 months scince I've riden so any snow will be good snow!!!!
12/26/2012 6:06:14 PM I'm heading to Furano in Feb, I really can't wait, I have never been to Japan before!! Going to furano for 2 weeks and spending 2 weeks in Tokyo! Got a new board and bindings for the trip only 36 days to go!!!!!
2/11/2012 7:54:33 PM
Where did this jermey Lin guy come from
Such a good finish in that game, Im in AUS the only way i can watch NBA is on the net and i kept cutting out in the final minutes, So much suspense, had a little bit on money on the Knicks paying $3, Pretty happy!!
2/5/2012 11:26:22 PM How's this for motivation, I've stoped training because in 7 days I'll be neck deep in Canadian powder!!!!!! No diet no training plently of fun!! So screw it all I'm on me holidays Hahahahaha (when I'm returned i will be training hard so I can enter an Olympic comp, but for now I'm going to get pissed for the first time in 10+ months!!!)
2/2/2012 12:36:11 PM Could be your shoulder flexibility, snatching involves quite a bit with the o/head squat, i find i difficult for that same reason, Do shoulder dislocations and rotator cuff movements every day, also weightlifting shoes (depending on how serious you are) help with the o/head squat, ALOT i resisted buying them for awhile and after constant ridicule from my oly coach i got a pair coming, if you dont believe me put a 2.5kg plate under each heel and try an o/head squat, see if it helps
2/1/2012 3:26:07 PM
Ive been using this workout for sometime, and it's by far my favorite. http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/the-go-to-workout Its a 4 day split routine that lasts for 6 weeks. Each day shouldn't take more than 1 hour to complete and you can throw some cardio in there on whatever day you feel like. The Diet: I snack throughout the day instead of having 2 or 3 huge meals. So ill bring a few granola bars, bananas and apples with me to eat on. This way, when lunch and dinner roll around, your not starving and wont pig out. You'll just want to eat something small since youve been eating all day. Also, i dont eat any carbs after 5pm. Like pasta, bread, potatoes. All that stuff gets stored as fat as the day progresses, so i make sure it eat my carbs in breakfast and lunch and leave it at that. Dieting isnt hard, you just gotta rearrange what you eat and spread it across the day. Half of the battle of fitness is actually taking the effort to go to the gym.
Thats not half bad, its better than alot of the stuff that gets posted on here haha, IMO its got alot of stuff that could be cut out without loss of gains to make it more simple, how ever, its full of compound lifts and seems solid enough, only thing i dont agree with is it doesnt tell you to squat, HEAVY, EVERYDAY!!!!!!!! (@chips2853 also olympic coaching is going really well!!!! been a few times now, joined up, loving lifting with proper bumper plates and lifting platforms, Cleans and snatches coming along really well, im am now the Newest member of the Midland Pythons hahahah)
1/31/2012 4:35:41 PM
Imo crossfit's not worth it. If you're going to spend that much get a certified personal trainer at a gym to tell you what to do. As long as they're a good trainer that will be much more beneficial to you. Not to even start the discussion of how crossfit can potentially injure you if you join a poorly run one.
I agree, a simple barbell training program will give you more gains, its easier to do, and you dont need to pay someone to coach you, easier, better and cheaper, what more do you want!!
1/29/2012 4:28:15 AM Running on Grass? Dirt? Gravel? Tarmac? do you have a pre-existing condition? have you seen proper shoe fitters about using inserts for flat feet/ankle roll? are you existing shoes designated running shoes? or are they just a pair of el-cheapo sneakers? A proper athlete store should be able to help with most common feet issues, they can advise you what shoes you need for different variables, i used to get wicked shin splints when running long distance, was told i needed inserts (coz my feet roll in) Bingo, Problem solved instantly, nothing worse than running in pain!
1/27/2012 4:13:25 PM Id aldready been to the gym, Doing 90kg front squats etc. didnt expect to train was just expcting like a meet and greet, 2 old italian dudes running a tiny little weightlifting room, training hard as, he was like, right grab you gear and get into it. teaching me sligthly diffent motions for deadlifts and rows to help with the differnt pull stages, also showed me why weightlifting shoes are good, (mine are on order) and with a heel it makes an o/head squat so much better, its so pumping doing power cleans when some old italian dude yelling at some young kid, whos trying to jerk 80kg, "STRONG, TIGHT, PUSH, STOP WINDGEING
1/27/2012 3:11:28 PM Had my first proper coached olympic lifting session yesterday, was pretty darn awesome!!!!
1/25/2012 6:14:24 PM Nice, Sorry but im one eyed when someone sez motorcycle i think dirt bike :D
1/25/2012 3:33:07 PM Yeh its based on the workout that gerard butler did to get in shape for 300, hence the name........ i dont think its good for longevity, i mean look at gerard butler now haha, its to extreme to keep at it, you would be better off with a simple strength program if you want to look good, ive linked plenty of them have a look you will like it!
