||Second that, get some magnetraction...awesome. You won't really notice how great it is till you get to the bottom of a slope and your mate says how much he hated the icy patches...and you say 'what icy patches :).

||Wow. I think if I had read this thread before ordering for the first time I never would have bothered. TruSnow really need to think about employing another staff member, as this kind of publicity is no doubt costing them sales...

||Lovin the store bought nog, but never had home-mad. Going to give it a crack on the manana though as have friends coming over for christmas. anyone have a personal recipe they recommend. I'm all up for googling, but its always nice to try something that comes recommended, ya know?

||Yeah, just get a retractable lock.. Does the job. No-ones going to go fooling around with a lock on a racked board outside the apres ski place. They'll just steal the next one.

||Yeah pretty poor really.Theyy sound quite overwhelmed by the workload though. Maybe another employee or two required.

|| Nah, they asked me which I'd prefer...then sent it to wrong one.

||Both out of country.

||So they ended up delivering it to my billing address rather than delivery address.

||Any ideas how to fix it properly...anyone try this before?

||So here's a thought. Back protection is expensive and a bit PITA to take on and off. Plus, you look like a bit of a loser when you take off your jacket and look like a stormtrooper in the apres ski. Still, a fully functioning spinal cord is a fine thing. So, why not pick up one of those insert pads that go into motorcycling jackets and velcro it to the inside of a bit of clothing - snug softshell or similar. The inserts go for half the price or less, or the same thing, and would then be coming off and going on with your jacket / mid layer. No extra crap to put on. Sure the fit is going to be a little less snug, but if you attach it to a tightish layer, something like this could be a nice solutioon no???

||Order now shipped. Must say, customer service wasn't great...except for a chick named Keisha...both times I spoke to her,something useful happened!

||Well, I called up, think they had forgotten about the whole thing. They put through the debit check over the phone. Took a couple of days to show on my account, and I have now (hopefully) got past the processing stage..

||Yes, thanks I have viewed that page. But I'm just a little confused by the process, and it seems to be quite slow (almost a week since I ordered now), still 'processing order'. I'll give it another day then call again I guess...

||Hi, have been informed that a recent TruSnow order (placed Friday night) needs some extra verification. I've called up on Monday, and they indicated (on the phone) that a payment would be made to my account first to verify my international account is legit. Following that, I've received no payment, and than an email arrived saying my order is being processed. How does this international verification thing work, should I receive an email, should I keep looking out in my account? Anyone have experience of this? I would phone to ask, but has taken 10 min to get through previously...?
