4/19/2013 12:37:45 PM The most direct route would be to contact TruSnow via phone or email: 1.866.956.5969 help@TruSnow.com As has been suggested, if you are taking the skis to a shop to get mounted, they will likely have the hardware you need, so not that big a deal. Marker also has a contact form on their site that allows you to lookup local dealers and/or contact Marker directly.  Generally speaking, the forums aren't heavily frequented by staff anymore so the first two contact options are going to get you a much quicker reply than posting here.
4/16/2013 6:28:41 AM Dang, multiple smaller attacks would just be terrible. Makes me not want to do anything anymore. So scary! My prayers are for those affect by this. [/QUOTE] It's frankly nothing new. Look at the bombings of the 60's and 70's. Sadly these types of acts have been around for decades, and I'm sure will continue to be.
4/13/2013 8:32:14 AM I doubt you'll have much luck. You realize the for sale thread was over 4 years old, right?
4/12/2013 6:34:55 AM If there were no points system here, would you make those posts? If this were any other snowboarding forum on the web, would you make the same posts? Based on your "get on and get off" comment I think the answer is obvious.  The points system is about a) promoting the retail business (rewarding purchases, rewarding quality reviews which help consumers select product) and b) developing a community (hopefully in turn driving business to the retail side). 5 word posts do nothing to promote community. They don't drive dialogue or keep people engaged. If all you're doing is throwing words up to check off a box for your points, you really aren't helping things, and honestly you're hurting things. You are part of the problem.  I can tell you the experts have had a number of discussions with George about how to improve the site, both on the retail and community side, and points and the lack of quality posts is definitely a hot topic. A solution isn't decided on yet, but I can tell you our hope is to kill as much of the BS posts like the ones in this thread as we can.
4/11/2013 7:28:04 PM PM'd you.  Not that I'm looking for another board, but damn you for being so small. Those are some great decks.
4/11/2013 5:19:44 PM Go gentle on them Spenser... (tho I'm sure there's plenty I haven't seen.)
4/11/2013 2:06:45 PM Hero 3 is White, Silver, or Black?
4/11/2013 9:09:00 AM I personally felt V-Rocker worked better on softer boards than on stiffer ones. I loved the Hero when I had it, but I rode a pretty damn short one for my size. For an all mountain charger, I don't think it works as well as camber or hybrids ( or even flat variants). Not to say that it can't do that (*cough*it'sallpreference*cough*) but I don't think that people who ride that way generally prefer that looseness. My preference is certainly for C-R-C Hybrids (NS, Gnu/Lib) for the best of both worlds, but I wouldn't say that's how everyone will lean.

4/8/2013 12:48:02 PM Awesome posts, Bry. Looks like a hell of a trip. I'd love to have a snowboarding wife I could convince to take anniversary trips like this with. We always seem to end up drinking cocktails on the beach in some tropical paradise instead. (Not that those vacations are *bad* mind you)
4/8/2013 12:10:22 PM HAhahahahahaha. Of course you would be first to comment on that.
4/8/2013 7:11:50 AM I had a few minutes:
4/5/2013 12:34:53 PM Where was the edge transplant taken from?
4/4/2013 11:10:39 AM The image uploader isn't really functional. just host on another site (photobucket/picasa/etc) and use the img tags to embed them.
4/4/2013 10:52:02 AM Same here, this decision doesn't affect me either.  But shutting down LucasArts is gonna be a bigger loss for Disney isn't it?  [/QUOTE] Financially? Not really. It could have made them some money, but it also has the potential to lose them a bunch. Basically what they are doing is financial risk mitigation. Sell the game license to someone else so they take all the risk on whether the game is successful or not.
