12/12/2012 6:14:11 PM I'm still hoping to win the Bluebird ^^,  And I kinda wished they give out the Sierra Team and V-Spot instead of 2 Stunts a week. But yeah, they're definitely trying to clear them out.  I mean Reverse Crew and Blue Bird at 65% off plus member's discount is pretty crazy.
12/4/2012 7:01:52 PM A Foursquare size S pants can be used as a sleeping bag/blanket for two people or a couple.
11/14/2012 10:15:22 PM Hehe, talking about me?  I'm still around, lurking ^^, But to answer your question sleeepili, it is clear automotive lacquer that will work best for ya.  I didn't exactly used automotive lacquer with my boards but Behr clear lacquer instead.  The whole process is a little bit troublesome and time consuming, due to drying time, fumes and all that, but basically you paint your design, then apply lacquer, wet sand it with fine grit sandpaper, apply lacquer, wet sand, rinse and repeat a few times, then finally buff it with a compound. Talking about that, I was supposed to do more this summer but I got too lazy, and life happened.  But I would love for the day when I get enough motivation to start a step by step video or something.
10/16/2012 9:28:02 PM I won a Reverse Crew recently, but seeing as I already had one, I will need to sell this.  I chose 155 because I think it's should be the most popular size, but don't quote me on that.  Asking $200 for this one. I also need to get rid of a Technine Team Kennedy 147.  Asking $170 for this one. Both includes F/S in the US only, maybe extra for AL and HI, I don't know.  I will be keeping the bag for the RC for my other snowboards though.  If you're interested, PM me.
9/25/2012 6:28:39 PM Thanks everyone for their insights.  I've been too busy to go to a local shop to try them on, and it's getting too late since everybody else snatched all the colors that I wanted, so I just went ahead and pulled the plug on the Feenom for the extra lenses.  Hope I don't regret it ^^,
9/20/2012 6:41:29 PM I just recently reached the free goggles mark and I've narrowed down to some choices that I wanna get.  They are: 1) Electric EG2 2) Vonzipper Feenom 3) Vonzipper Fishbowl 4) Anon Comrade 5) Spy Platoon What I'm looking for is the highest field of vision, fog proof, and fit.  Which of these would be the best bang for the buck from you guys experiences?  And are there others that you'd like to recommend?  Any suggestions/feedback will be appreciated.
4/18/2012 12:55:53 AM I bought a Bonfire Timberline Jacket http://www.amazon.com/Bonfire-Timberline-Jacket-Fire-B-Large/dp/B004Q7EF6S/ref=sr_1_8?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1334735947&sr=1-8 although I would've preferred the DC Spectrum 12 or the Rip Curl The Answer Mountainwear had they had them my size http://www.amazon.com/DC-Mens-Spectrum-Jacket-X-Large/dp/B0056N2G9E/ref=sr_1_2?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1334735947&sr=1-2 http://www.amazon.com/Rip-Curl-Answer-Mountainwear-Mazarine/dp/B004W6JWY8/ref=sr_1_9?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1334735947&sr=1-9
2/2/2012 1:47:28 PM Yo gepet0, I think I just fell in love. The park mittens they got are pretty sexy too.http://www.candygrind.com/parkmitt.htm
1/31/2012 12:58:35 PM Thanks gepet, but those are too plain looking ^^, I already got two pairs of mittens that I'm comfortable with. I'm just looking for something different. For others who question this, I'm not looking for just wool mittens, but maybe something similar with a layer of waterproof shell underneath. That's why I'm trying to identify them just in case there's something like that out in the market already.
1/30/2012 5:38:16 PM That's what I was afraid of, although I was hoping there was some kind of mittens similar to that but that are waterproof, much like the jeans snowboarding pants that are out now.  Or some similar technology.
1/30/2012 5:21:56 PM Hey all, I'm sure everyone has seen the harassment by ski patrol at Snowbasin video, but I am not here to discuss the controversial side of it. Instead I am trying to identify the sweet mittens that the guy is rocking. Ever since switching from gloves to mittens, I can honestly say that I'll probably never go back to gloves. Any help on identifying them or suggestions of something similar would be appreciated. http://vimeo.com/34277693 I don't even know if those are waterproof or are they just regular mittens, though I'd prefer them to be waterproof since I still fall often =)
1/24/2012 10:47:21 PM Is that you Kyle?  Just saw it on Crystal Mountain's FB page. Nice interview. http://www.king5.com/new-day-northwest/Splitboarding-a-unique-sport-that-combines-snowboarding-and-skiing-137986583.html
1/14/2012 2:49:52 AM no can do! "a happy wife is a happy life" except it's not a wife.. yet... but the saying still applies. LOL[/QUOTE] All I'm saying is, she better put out =P
1/14/2012 2:46:13 AM I would also argue that besides the aforementioned technology, brand factors into it as well. Like every commercial product, you buy it for the brand and everything associated with it, like reliability, support, bragging rights, etc...
1/2/2012 5:09:24 PM When I was in animation school, we used Final Cut Pro and After Effects. That was back in 2006. Don't know what the mainstream ones now though.
