8/25/2014 6:10:02 PM I haven't had the chance to ride on of these yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about their boards. I need an all mt. this year and it's between a thrive Renegade and a Marhar Maze. Marhar is out of MI and makes all their boards right there in Grand Rapids. http://marharsnowboards.com/mens_maze.html
2/1/2014 6:19:42 PM finally got my backyard park dialed in and of course it starts raining, I love Michigan.
12/20/2013 7:53:59 AM Finally get my backyard park right, now it's 38 and rain for the next 3 days. Crap, total crap.
9/7/2013 8:47:01 AM So much to do today, but feelings lazy. This dog isn't helping me get moving any quicker.
9/6/2013 5:27:39 PM I've been using some cheap skullcandy buds for the past few seasons, I like them so far. Only draw back is having to pull one out on the lift to hear my friends. I still love the old sony dj style headphones I used to use. Lots of bass and easy to pull aside.
8/28/2013 3:49:16 PM I used some campdry for clothes last season to bring life back into my old Columbia pants. Worked pretty good or I just spent less time on my ass, not sure which it was.
8/28/2013 3:46:27 PM @Muse25- a raw diet is supposed to be the best all around. My wife has been throwing the idea around for a while now. I'm mostly vegan (aside from eggs about once a week and fish from time to time), giving up dairy helped me lose weight (I was drinking 1/2 to a full gallon of chocolate milk a day). This past month I've lost 20lbs. by cutting my calories to 1800 or less and light exercise (75 push ups, 200 cross overs, 200 pelvic tilts, and 100 bridges), if I keep it up I'll be back down to under 200lbs. by the start of the season. I haven't been under 200 in about 10+ years.
7/19/2013 2:31:37 PM It's official, I'm totally over summer. Sick of this 90+ degree crap w/ humidity and of course a t-storm almost daily to make sure my grass is knee deep. It's plain shit. I'm ready to start making snow again damn it!!!
6/3/2013 3:30:03 AM Man, I used to ride (until an accident totaled my bike, and I just never got a new one). I was an alert rider. Bikers ask the car goers to "Look twice, save a life". I gotta say don't be an ass like a few of the riders I've seen lately. No signal, weaving in and out of traffic. Be aware and let other people know what you're doing. Some of these guys I've seen lately must have a death wish.
5/28/2013 8:45:43 PM Wow, I could only handle about 20 minutes of this. I'm done with meat for good.   http://earthlings.com/?page_id=32
5/25/2013 8:02:19 PM ^I am not happy about it. The Wings looked terrible or maybe it was just that the Blackocks were on fire tonight. Really wanted to Wings to wrap it up tonight.
5/25/2013 6:58:05 AM ^I'm supposed to head down there Monday with my grandfather. I guess he's going out on the field with some other vets and he asked me to go. Problem is- I know nothing about baseball. I liked playing it when I was a kid, but watching it is soooo boring (for me, I know there's tons of people that love it).
5/25/2013 6:53:54 AM ^get him a dryer box and a box of crayons and tell him you gave him the gift of imagination I faced the same problem a couple weekends ago when my little cousin turned 7. I don't know what the hell to get a 7 year old girl. I decided to get nothing this time since my aunt and uncle have spoiled her more than she needs. As far as your nephew, do they still make those blow up punching bags? The ones that have some sand in the bottom. If you could find a TMNT one he'd probably love beating it up until it pops.
5/24/2013 3:11:50 PM " Honestly, isn't that about all you can do? If you start telling him how his mom's a biznich and all, it will just spread resentment and hate around... and that's no way to get a strong relationship built back up. I feel that the olive branch method will work eventually. May not be tomorrow, but at least you have done what you can do." Yeah, I've kept it very civil on my end. And I've never spoke an ill word of her to my son. Despite the fact that I truly dislike her I want him to love and respect her. Oh well. I am happy though because I found out today that I will be able to see him graduate. I knew his mom wasn't going to give me my tix so I took matters into my own hands.
5/23/2013 1:00:08 PM I hate not being able to use the quote option on here, time to reinstall windows. anyhow, "@Snowj720 Big bummer on your son, I'm sure he will turn around someday. Just keep on trying. Maybe show him your backyard park." He's been back there, he lost interest in snowboarding the winter before, seem to lose interest in skateboarding shortly after. Which was a bummer because it was one way we could connect well. My hope is one day he'll realize all the crap his mom was feeding his head was all just rubbish. Until then I keep sending him texts and keeping my hand extended.
