11/30/2010 9:04:58 AM I am planning a trip to snowshoe for late Jan. I heard that there was a deal at kroger if you bought 4 cases of coke then you got a buy one get one free lift ticket deal at snowshoe. Is this legit? Does anyone know of any other lift ticket deals for snowshoe?
11/29/2010 11:23:51 AM So I read that costco was selling discounted lift tickets but am only finding older links to stuff posted a couple years ago. Does anyone know if this is still going on? Or does anyone know of any new deals for discounted lift tickets to snowshoe? Thanks.

11/20/2010 11:52:03 AM Is there any way to get Rome 390 bindings could get on a burton board that has a channel. I was told my burton retro disc's wont work with the 390s.
11/9/2010 8:55:28 AM I recently requested diecuts and stickers from several of the major snowboard company's. I received a couple of packages with various goodies. Rome was head and shoulders above the other responding companies in what they sent me, response time, and overall pleasantness to work with. That being said I wanted the Bindings that I planned to purchase this season to be Rome bindings. It seems like the 390s are a solid buy. However, Sierra is only carrying the L/XL's. I where a 8.5 boot and think a Medium would be more appropriate. Any word on when or if TS might be getting Medium 390s (pref acid)?
11/5/2010 8:15:23 AM My buddies and I are probably only going to be able to make it to the snowboard-land once this season, saving for houses and other stuff of a similar nature :-(. So we decided to make one big adventure trip this season to scratch the itch. We are currently in Maryland but are willing to do considerable driving to get somewhere besides Liberty Mountain, PA. Only having one season under the belt (all of which has been spent on PA groomers we are looking to the NorthEast to offer something a bit better. I was looking for thoughts and observation from more experienced snowboarders on what we should do and where we should go to make what could possibly be our one trip out for the season the best possible.
5/4/2010 9:58:09 AM StarCraft Release date July 27, 2010. Blizzard makes the best games and I expect this to be no different. The first one is still fun. Totally pumped. Instant purchase!
3/22/2010 8:01:41 AM Okay changed the title of this topic.  There are plenty of wakeboarding folks on here so lets try to keep this to one thread.  With points for posts coming back multiple threads are getting out of control.  Bruizza The snows gone and someone suggested that wakeboarding would be a good summer alternative to snowboarding. I know very little about the sport. I was hoping someone could tell me about a site like sierra but for wakeboarding or just tell me some general information about boards/bindings (what's a good brand, things like that)

3/9/2010 11:40:59 AM Contemplating getting sick and taking off tomorrow *cough* to go to liberty. It's been warm for a bit now. Wondering if it would be worth the 2 hours in the car. Snow Report from someone that doesn't work there (or is honest about it) would be greatly appreciated.
2/16/2010 12:31:10 PM Being on the East coast we have tons of snow right now, which isn't normal for us, but my friends and I have been making jumps and have a 7 foot 4x4 for a jib. The jib is wood and you can't do anything other than 50-50 it or you'll catch an edge and eat it. We started talking about making a box, build up our back yard terrain park (lol). I was wondering what other people have done/used to make similar things. Please post ideas, suggestions, what you have done, building tutorials, etc... Thanks!
1/19/2010 8:36:27 AM I got the standard 9-5 Monday-Friday :-/ It's rare when I get to head to the mountain on a weekday, when the mountain is empty. What day seems to be less crowded? Saturday or Sunday, or are they both equally packed? Is there a better time to get to the mountain? It's a 2 hour drive to the mountain, would like to make the most out of my time there. Help a noobie out.
1/2/2010 5:53:33 PM So I'm taking the Girlfriend boarding tomorrow. I'm setting her board up now. at 4'11'' 100lbs how wide should her stance be? She's riding a 09 Burton Feather  144cm with Burton Citizen bindings.
12/10/2009 12:35:38 PM Since leaving school I have be much less active. I'm trying to continue to participate in enough outdoor and physical activities to remain healthy. One activity that I have found that I enjoy very much is snowboarding. However, every time I go snowboarding I end up really hurting my hip flexors (or what I believe is my hip flexors, outside of groin but inside of ITband). They become sore and fatigued. This leads to a snowboarding session that lasts just over an hour. Everyone else that I go with (all having similar workout regiments and snowboard experience) can go for 5-6+ hours. For the past 2 months i have stretched my hip flexors for 20 minutes a day by sitting in a chair and crossing one leg onto the other (sitting up right, outside right ankle goes on the top of the left thigh and vise versa). This stretch hurts the area, and I have seen some increase in flexibility but the area still gets sore and fatigue at an alarming rate. Has anyone else known anyone that has had similar alignments? If so what did they do to fix the problem? Please advise.
