11/26/2012 5:21:50 PM Hey guys & gals, I've been snowboarding for many years but I thought I'd try skiing again...  Could I get a few suggestions on some "budget" skis I won't cry about if I wreck on rocks, etc while I goof off attempting to relearn how to ski? I wear a 11 mens boot ( average... i wear 10-11 depending on brand) by RIDE board boots are 11's I'm 150lbs and 5' 7"  Seeing as a bunch of stuff is on sale I thought I'd ask for some help spending some money :o
11/18/2012 5:04:04 PM Hey guys, I'm wanting to meet up with a friend in Denver who lives in Florida. I have a snowboard/ board bag, etc.  ... can I take it as checked luggage?  I'd be flying United I'm thinking. Neither of us are from there so how do you suggest we get to the mountain, hotel, etc. when we get there.   Rent a car?  Is there a shuttle?  etc. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks! P.S.  The trip will be sometime in December
10/1/2010 3:38:03 PM I recently cashed in some of my points ( 9500 points )  for a $100 paypal voucher from my Mastercard.    The catch is you have to use all $100 on one transaction or they get the remaining unused money back! >_< I haven't had time to purchase anything past a PlayStation 2 so.... I thought I would use the $100 towards buying an Xbox 360.   After researching a bit I realized they came out with a new model of Xbox 360...   The "model S" Xbox 360 seems to be similar to the old 360 but supposedly the Red Ring of Death is fixed along with a few other things...?     Any input is appreciated.   p.s.  I already have... *counts*  three snowboards ( complete ) and an extra pair of bindings ( Co2's ... brand new   ... if someone is interested..... size Large ....^_^ )
6/5/2010 7:25:44 PM I recently decided to go check out the control panel and I noticed you guys updated it to show points, etc. It shows I lost 3 points / was marked as a bad product review...?     Kinda pissed because I've attempted to make decent reviews on all the stuff I purchase.   Is there a way to dispute it?  / See what product review got flagged as spam?  I could care less about the points, I'm just pissed that it got flagged as spam.
4/30/2010 5:13:02 PM I'm currently working on my sound system in my 88' Caprice Classic. I may be using an Audiobahn 2 channel amp to power my Infinitity components when I throw in a new set of 4 x 6 speakers in my front deck again. My plan: New 250AMP Alternator New 4 x 6 speakers Attempt to power three amps: Infinity Reference 475a - 4 channel to the front and rear deck full range speakers ( Class AB )(70 Amp fuse rating ) AudioBahn A275HC - 2 channel to power infinity components (Unknown Class) ( 50 Amp rating ) HiFonics 2 channel amp to power the two 12" subs ( Class AB )( 100 Amp rating ) A grand total of 220 Amps... I'm looking into purchasing an extra battery also. I'm not sure what kinda selenoid I would use as a battery isolator .... :? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Eventually I would like to replace the HiFonics amp with a Sundown 2500D. - I'm currently looking at a battery before I upgrade my alternator. As far as a solenoid battery isolator: SGP32 Singer 200Amp isn't high enough seeing as I will be putting in a 250 amp alt...? Also, could a person use this solenoid? Or this one?  Two separate car audio dealers told me two different opinions on the battery isolator.  One thinks I don't need one and one does. Any thoughts, suggestions, comments, etc. are welcome. thanks, Mark
4/21/2010 8:36:18 PM I was wondering if anyone here on the forums has had, currently has, or knows of anyone with carpal tunnel. What treatments were you given? Did they work? etc. thanks, mark
4/21/2010 12:40:30 AM I was looked at a website for a resort that was closed for the reason and was wondering.... would it be possible to go snowboarding there anyway....  all of this being ... "hypothetical seeing as it would be trespassing...?"

4/11/2010 10:46:15 PM So ladies and gentlemen.   How do you manage to get here?   :) I have it bookmarked in Firefox so i just type S and the bookmark comes up instantly and i press enter :P gotta love Firefox's bookmark organization / search
4/9/2010 7:26:13 PM Today I attempted to make a review of some Union Contacts and I got to this page... When I try to click the down arrows to actually select the year, etc.  there is nothing there.
4/5/2010 2:48:07 AM What have the recent sales Sierra has been having done to you??? :)
3/30/2010 10:27:11 PM I'm buying a snowboard for my girlfriend since Sierra has such sweet deals lately. She's 5 foot and about 115 lbs   or   5' 1" and ... 120 some? I'm not sure .  I'm guessing the first one though. I saw this: http://www.sierrasnowboard.com/Burton-LTR-L-Snowboards.aspwww.sierrasnowboard.com/Burton-LTR-L-Snowboards.asp She rented it last time we went to Red Lodge, MT and she seemed to think it was alright.  It was her second time so I'm not sure what to think.  The rental bindings were HEAVY / beef cakes ^ ^ Any feedback ?  Suggestions?      A lot of the womens boards I've been looking at are a bit long...?  I'm not sure what she could get away with so to speak.
3/27/2010 2:32:32 PM So every year the local ski resort has a "12 hours of BWP [bottineau winter park] It's a fund raiser and just an overall kool idea.   I'm headed there as soon as I finish packing. :P http://www.skibwp.com/Events.htm
3/18/2010 8:30:48 PM I wasn't able to pull up a proper forum that I has "sufficient privileges " to post in. so... here are the bugs I found today: Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a0409' Unterminated string constant /profilepage_pmmsg.asp, line 377 strAuthorAvatar = "<%=images_url --------------------------------^This keeps coming up when I try to open PMs today for some reason >_<  earlier today they worked but now they don't for some reason. Bug 2 &3  I get the top error when trying to update my signature. I get the lower error when I try to edit / update any of my fields ( like Occupation, etc. )
3/18/2010 4:11:38 PM Google recently gave me 15 more invitations to google wave. Let me know if you want me to send one your way.  First come first serve. :D PM me with your email or else just post here, doesn't matter to me.
