8/27/2013 10:58:34 PM Hey Trusnow! Got an interesting board here today that I'm looking to sell. You won't find this on any store shelves... that's for sure. Brand new (never even had bindings mounted) 2012/13 Lib Tech Skate Banana 156... and here's the interesting part... it's a Rockstar promo board! I figure there's no need to go into how great the Skate Banana is at this point, everyone knows how awesome these decks are... and if you don't then here's your opportunity to find out! Only looking to sell this board, no trades as I've already got an overflowing quiver. I've sold a ton of boards in the past here and have had nothing but happy buyers, I'll dig up some old threads if necessary to provide any potential buyers with some piece of mind. I only accept payment via paypal. Asking 300 shipped to your door for this rare pokemon. Regular skate bananas are going for right around that, and they are a dime a dozen. Plus as an added bonus this board just received a nice hot wax job by yours truly. For this price you will have a sweet deck that no one else on the hill will be rockin!
9/13/2011 11:26:06 PM Hey guys, I've been kind of out of the loop on what's hot in snowboard tech this season so I figured I'd get some input from people that know their stuff! I'm 5'7 185.I only want to have 1 board this season.I ride at Stevens Pass in the PNW. That means everything from deep pow days to icy park days.I love jibbing and dropping cliffs.Looking for reverse camber or some sort of hybrid. Boards I've ridden and what I thought:2011 K2 Turbo Dream 156 - Pretty much perfect, was the only board I rode last season and couldn't find a single thing wrong with it2011 Burton Whammy Bar 153 - Cooooool board for park stuff, unfortunately never tried it in pow so I can't comment on that. Loved the spoon tech and the reverse camber shape on it though, really good for rails. Impossible to catch an edge!2011 Capita Ultrafear 155 - More freestyle oriented than all-mountain freestyle. But I've got much love for Capita...2011 Capita Green Machine Regular Camber 152 - Really fun board. Light, responsive, snappy yet soft due to extremely soft flex.2010 Capita Scaremaster 152- Too stiff for park Looking for something along the lines of the Turbo Dream... possibly with some type of concave edges? An All-Mountain freestyle board that is decently stuff and preferably centered. Thanks guys!
4/28/2011 4:36:58 PM Anyone get anything good? Things I'm stoked on this season were a BS 3 off a cliff drop in pow, landing my first corked spin, and landing my first 5 on a good sized kicker. Also did my biggest cliff drop yet (~35 foot) and learned 270's onto down boxes. Competed in my first contest as well, which was a very interesting experience.   Anyone progressed or learn anything cool this season?
1/30/2011 12:04:46 AM It's that time of the year once again! I've sold a TON of boards on here and I've never had a bad experience, and I'm motivated so you won't be waiting around for some bum to ship your board!   2011 Capita Green Machine size 154 (REGULAR CAMBER!) - BRAND NEW IN PLASTIC   Our goal with this series was to engineer a progressive, bad ass, true twin freestyle snowboard with a sincere commitment to responsible manufacturing. A Green “Machine” with progressive graphics and top tier performance made for an educated consumer looking for an environmentally conscious product. Reforestation Certified Sustainable DUAL Core Biodegradable Bean Derivative Top Sheet 95% Recycled Beeswax Modified Sintered Speed Base 100% Recycled Sintered ABS Sidewalls Special Blend – EVO TECH Fiberglass Configuration Carbon Load Bars 360 Degree Steel Edges 4x2 Inserts Here's a video of Capita's founder, Blue Montgomery, talking about this sick stick. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5R_jn5GZBV8&feature=player_embedded   325 shipped for the board + bindings 250 for just the board   Also included in the sale are a pair of M/L 2011 Union Force SL's in the black/red color way. I've used these all season and the condition reflects that. Few scratches here and there, but overall in good condition.   Alright guys, so there you have it. If you're interested the best way to get a hold of me would be my email (dustinberman@gmail.com) because I don't check this site as frequently as I probably should.   I accept basically any form of payment, but I would prefer to use Paypal.
11/25/2010 2:06:20 PM Alright decided I don't need two pairs of bindings this year. I've used these bindings one time on Mt. Baker's opeining day. They're in basically brand new condition, no scratches or scuffs or anything wrong with them.   They come with lime green force ratchets and gaspedal and last years team highback. Also comes with all the stock parts so you can mix and match as you see fit!   I'm looking to get $150 after the deal is all said and done. So $150 plus whatever shipping/paypal fees.   I'll throw some pictures up in a bit here.
7/17/2010 6:22:49 PM Alright guys, the new season is fast approaching and you know what that means! That's right, it's time to get rid of last years gear!   So this is what I've got: 2010 Capita Indoor Survival FK 156... best board I've ever ridden hands down! I started last season with the idea that I was going to want 3 boards to do everything I wanted: one to jib, one to jump, and one for big mountain / pow riding. I didn't realize that one board could cover all my bases so well! I rode this thing EVERYWHERE and not once was I dissappointed with how it rode!   2009 Burton Mission bindings (size MEDIUM color BLACK) ridden for one season, they're in GREAT condition and are some surprisingly nice bindings. Get the straps dialed in to your boot and you'll be amazed how comfortable these things can be!   2010 Union Contact bindings (size M/L color BLACK) I got these to ride with my Horrorscope last year, but I ended up selling the board so these just sat around collecting dust. Has less than 2 days on them and are in great shape.   Not sure what I'm looking for price wise on anything... just throw out some offers (but don't be an idiot) and we'll work from there. I've probably sold more boards than any other member on here, and I've never had a single complaint or problematic transaction.   I accept just about any form of payment you can come up with, I prefer PayPal but know that you'll be paying the fees and shipping costs.   Pictures to come.
2/7/2010 11:40:05 AM I've got a brand new, never used only tried on 2010 REI Shuksan jacket featuring the revolutionary eVent waterproof material. I own a Gore-Tex Pro Shell jacket and I can honestly tell you that this jacket leaves even the top Gore-Tex material in the dust. If you're into back country riding, mountaineering, alpine climbing, standing in the shower without getting wet, boarding in the harshest conditions, then this jacket is for you. I've got another one of these and it is my go-to jacket for literally everything! I used to work outside all day long in the worst of Seattle's rainy season and this jacket kept me dry every time. Not only is the waterproof rating amazing (definitely over 30k), but the most amazing part of this jacket is the breathability! I sweat a LOT during physical activity and with my Gore-tex, the breathability was never enough. I always ended up wet at the end of the day because my sweat had no where to go. The eVent material has totally eliminated this problem. Size is XL and it's orange (or Amber as REI calls it) Specs (courtesy of REI) http://www.rei.com/product/785692 eVent fabric has a unique membrane structure that allows sweat vapor to escape to the outside of the fabric easilyNo matter how hard you work, overheating is unlikely due to this Direct Venting™ TechnologyAnd because you remain dry on the inside, the likelihood of an uncomfortable, post-exercise chill is eliminatedeVent technology works so efficiently, no pit zippers are needed; all seams are sealed for complete waterproof protectionRecco reflector embedded in the right sleeve can help searchers find you in snow; it complements, but does not replace, the use of avalanche transceiversIntegrated, helmet-compatible hood is drawcord adjustable and offers full visibilityFeatures adjustable hem drawcord and snow-resistant rip-and-stick cuff tabs2 mesh-lined front pockets are placed to clear shoulder straps and hipbelt; also features 2 mesh-lined chest stash pockets that double as vents2 inner stretch-mesh pockets hold skins and one has an earphone cord portWindproof to 60 mph It currently has a 4/5 rating on REI, and the main reason for the was because previous versions had zipper problems and no chin guard for the zipper. Both of these issues have been addressed, making this jacket completely flawless in my mind. This jacket is BRAND NEW and retails for $299 from REI. I'm looking to let it go for somewhere in the area of  $200 shipped If you buy this jacket, you will be amazed at how waterproof it is. I may have to get a video of me in the shower with this thing on just to prove how insanely waterproof it really is.
1/19/2010 8:59:29 AM Another board sold thanks to all you fine Sierra members! Thank guys!
1/19/2010 8:51:50 AM Got a pair of BLACK 2010 Union Contacts for sale here. Size is M/L. If you like a nice soft setup that is easy to twist and tweak then you should be all over this setup. The bindings make very little contact with the board, which allows you to dial into the board's natural flex pattern and allows you to unlock the true potential hidden in reverse camber decks. Want $100 shipped on these bad boys. They've only seen the mountain three times, and two of those were powder days. Besides a small scratch on the back of the right binding these are in brand new condition.
12/13/2009 9:02:16 PM Hey hey hey That's right, I'm selling another board. We've got a brand new 2010 K2 WWW 148 here. Traditional camber, miiight be able to exchange it for a rocker'd version but I'd prefer to sell or trade it as is. Brand new, tags and labels still on it. I really want a Sierrascope 152. But I'll look at other trade offers. Cash offers should be in the area of $275 I only accept payment via PayPal. I've sold tons of boards on here and I consider myself a very trustworthy guy, so to potential buyers know that your board is in good hands!
12/13/2009 7:09:31 PM Just got back from a day of riding at Snoqualmie. I am VERY happy to report that I saw three, count em THREE Sierrascopes on the hill! I gave props to everyone rockin them, it's awesome to see that your collaborations are getting some good public interest! Keep it up guys, you're spot on with the Capita collaboration! Is there still going to be a Union binding collab in the future?
11/13/2009 4:36:51 PM Read the title. How can they only open with a 15" base though??
10/20/2009 1:45:13 AM Okay guys, so I've got a brand new 2010 Ride Society 157 for sale here. Just took it out of the plastic today to inspect it. Has some weird markings on it that appear to be 100% cosmetic. I've also got a pair of medium Ride Cad's and an XL pair of Ride Cad's which I could put on there for you, if you were to buy both I would give you an awesome package price. So yea, let's see some offers! I'll get pictures in the next few days here.
10/16/2009 7:39:21 PM http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140352056767&_trkparms=tab%3DSelling There you go guys and gals. They're mediums. Few scuffs on them and no box, but for this price can you really complain? Snag these suckers before someone else does! I also have a pair of Larges, but both the highbacks were broken and so I replaced them with new highbacks. Either bid or PM me if you're interested in either pair.
10/6/2009 8:54:12 PM I've got a 2010 Horrorscope 151 w/ Union Contacts and a 2010 Indoor Survival FK 156 w/ Burton Missions. I ride in Washington, which definitely has heavy snow the majority of the time when it dumps. Should I get a Charlie Slasher 158? I want to do a lot more powder/back country riding this year and I don't know if the Indoor will be enough for that. Opinions please?
