"Not a bad buy" 8/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Lightweight Badlands VNeck Pullover Men's
  • Pros:  Looks good, Not bad material,
  • Cons:  There are better thermals out there,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Good cut, fit's great

Experience:   Not a bad thermal to buy for the price. If you're only riding in average temperatures as far as mountains then it's not bad but if you're looking for high quality stuff then there is much better out there
"Sweet jacket" 8/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Bonfire Arc
  • Pros:  Good waterproofing, Very comfortable, Nice and warm
  • Cons:  Not enough pockets,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Plenty of room with good length

Experience:   Very comfortable and warm jacket. Rode with it on a horrible rain and sleet day and found the waterproofing held up well. Has a good length and the sleeves are more than long enough. My only complaint is the lack of pockets. There are only the two on the outside and a pocket for your lift ticket. The outside ones won't keep your gear as dry as the inside either. But for the price it's still worth picking up.

  • Name: 2010 Quiksilver Scorps Snowboard Pants
  • Pros:  Looks good, Very comfortable, Decent level of waterproof
  • Cons:  Small pockets,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Little baggy, but with a belt on they're great

Experience:   I'm a skier (boooo, etc.), so I'm spending less time sitting on the snow than boarders but so far their waterproofing has held up well. I bought the green pants and they're great on overcast days (never lose the group!). Very happy with the purchase especially given the price. My only gripe is the size of the pockets. I tend to carry a lot of stuff with me (goggle lens, bandana, etc) and they're a little smaller but other than that they're great!
"Great Ski" 7/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Line Sir Francis Bacon
  • Pros:  Great in Pow, All Mountain, Great Design
  • Cons:  Not for traditional riders,

Experience:   I've used this ski on a couple of pow days and they were great fun. Even taking them onto the groomed runs and into some of the rubbish at the base of the hill they held their own. My only complaint was they were 100% for long cruising turns down groomers. But that said I will be picking up a pair int he next couple of weeks

  • Name: 2008 Analog Yuma Reservation
  • Pros:  Good boardies,
  • Cons:  None really,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Good fit for my waist (34 to 36)

Experience:   If you're just after a new pair of boardies these are a good buy. They're aren't anything amazing but at the same time there's nothing wrong with them
"Good buy!" 7/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Aero Down Snowboard Jacket
  • Pros:  Warm as, Looks good,
  • Cons:  Not the most waterproof, Can get very warm,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  What you'd expect and very puffy

Experience:   I borrowed this jacket from a friend for a couple of weeks when mine ripped last season. It's very warm and comfortable which was great for the conditions I was in. My only complaints were that it isn't the most waterproof of jackets and on warmer days you will cook in it. Other than that if you can pick it up for 50% off it's worth getting!
"Waste of $$" 7/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Burton Audex Ipod Rf Control
  • Pros:  Nada,
  • Cons:  Still have to take gloves off, pointless middleman,

Experience:   I used this in conjunction with a Burton mp3 player for a few days. It felt kind of pointless having this when I still had to take my gloves off and reach into my pocket to change track/volume. Unless you have some kind of media device that is really expensive and you don't want to touch, I wouldn't bother.
"Solid Helmet" 7/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Giro G10
  • Pros:  Strong, Comfortable,
  • Cons:  Little ugly, Goggles won't sit on top,

Experience:   I used this helmet last season and it was great. Comfortable, took a good beating and was warm without causing your head to sweat. My only gripe was the fact that your goggles don't sit right when you have them resting on the forehead of the helmet. Other than that a good buy. Also with some duct tape, coathanger wire and thin tubes it makes a great beer helmet!

  • Name: 2008 Burton MP3 Player
  • Pros:  Zilch,
  • Cons:  Bulky, Small Capacity, Annoying buttons (when wearing gloves)

Experience:   I lost my Ipod last Winter and borrowed my friends Burton mp3 player. A serious waste of money. Small capacity for songs, unlike an ipod you'll need to take your gloves off to press buttons and given how small the memory is it's quite bulky. Buy a refurbished Ipod from a registered trader, it'd be a much better investment
"Big Ski" 7/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dynastar Legend Pro Xxl Skis
  • Pros:  Cuts through crud, Fast,
  • Cons:  Work required,

Experience:   I only used these for a day, I was riding with my old man who had them for a few days and he loved them. In our opinion they are a ski you have to work for but the reward is worth it. They cut through the crud, fly down groomers and aren't half bad on the powder (we didn't get much powder to can't give a full opinion on that!). A good ski for an experienced rider. That said I wouldn't have these as my only pair, you would have some crazy-sore legs if you did!
"Awesome Sweatshirt" 7/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Lineation Ltd
  • Pros:  Thick and Warm, Looks good,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Great fit

Experience:   This is a great sweatshirt. It looks good and goes with just about anything. The material is thick and is great at keeping you warm. The design is subtle so you can get away with wearing out to nicer places that your local bar.
"Comfy Hoodie" 7/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Standard Basic
  • Pros:  Nice and Warm, Looks good, Good fit
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Good fit!

Experience:   I bought the Optic style and love this hoodie. It's comfortable and thick so it'll keep you warm. The basic style means you can wear it with just about anything. The hoodie isn't fitted so it's nice and big on you.
"Great goggles" 7/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Smith Prodigy
  • Pros:  Good fit, Extra lens, Nice design

Experience:   Only used them a couple of times so far on bluebird days. They fit comfortably on my face (medium - large) and with my helmet (RED HI-Fi II i think its called). I bought the set with the Red lens and it came with a free yellow tint lens as well. I'm pretty happy with the set and given they're cheap as, it's definitely worth picking up.
"Awesome design" 7/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton TWC
  • Pros:  Nice Leather, Looks good, Free waterproofing
  • Cons:  Tight,

Experience:   They are a great set of gloves. My only warning is they are a little smaller than other gloves giving the same design. I bought a large and they just fit whereas normally large gloves fit me fine. They look good and are comfortable. They come with free waterproofing (DIY) and work well on the slopes. I just wouldn't wear them on the really cold days. On warmer days and typical riding they're on the money.
"Sweet Jeans" 7/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Analog Arto Jean
  • Pros:  Good fit, Nice Colour,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Right siza

Experience:   Nice jeans, comfortable and a good fit. My only issue with them was they were a bit itchy in the seams at first, more so than usual new jeans. Other than that they're a great pair of jeans!
"Banana-rama" 7/11/2010

  • Fit:  Just right

Experience:   Cool and fun t-shirt. Light material so it's good on a summer day. One of my favourite Analog designs

  • Pros:  Cool design, Comfortable fit,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Perfect size for me

Experience:   Good design on the shirt. I've been wearing it out to bars and clubs and have been getting compliments from it. Good buy at a good price.

  • Name: 2009 Analog Helmut Fitted S/S Shirt
  • Pros:  Good fit, Nice design,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Right on the money

Experience:   Love this t-shirt. The material is light and thin so it's a good summer shirt. I'm 6'3 and reasonably thin so the large fitted is perfect for me
