"Great Board for any level"
- Name: 2010 Sierra Team Snowboard
- Skill: Intermediate
- Use: Groomed,Off Trail,Park,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
- Pros: forgiving flex, stable carving dynamics,
I have been riding for almost 17 years and this was my first board i didn't buy hoping to grow with. my old 146 board lasted a while but it was time for something faster and more stable. (i'm 5' 9 now). my sierra team 153 is perfect for anything i throw down 99% of the time. yes, their are better powder boards, yes, their are better park boards. but if you were to only have one board in your quiver, I would take either the Sierra Team or Sierra Crew. I have always been a fan of FLOW and love the flex in their boards, so went with the Sierra Team. (two of my friends being more fans of Burton, went Sierra Crew)
The board craves nice and smooth, stable, and even holds speed better than i expected a 153 to do. it rides and pops very predictably, and came through the first season of riding with only your normal small scoffs, (must likely do to me wandering off trail. )
a great board for any level. I wont replace it till it falls apart.
