"Good boot for the price" 10/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (3) No

  • Name: 2008 Lange Free Ride 130 Hp Fit Ski Boots Men's
  • Pros:  fit, flex, style
  • Cons:  price, liner, wear

Experience:   I purchased this boot because it was on sale, and it shouldn't be hard to find cheap now, but it had a good fit and flex that I liked, since I mainly board, and don't really wear ski boots that much anymore...the liner is nice at first, same with the boot, but the liner and boot had uneven wear, and it's not like I use them all that much, but they do provide good response on the mountain for my occasional runs, I am by no means hard core but I feel this boots would provide plenty of support and control do more serious skiing.
"won't anyone think of the children?" 10/15/2010

  • Name: 2010 Smith Holt Youth
  • Pros:  removable earmuffs, venting, fit
  • Cons:  no visor, color selection for girls, chin strap can be chaffing

Experience:   I purchased this helmet for my 6yr old, and I have to say, it is an impressive lid for the little ones. Solid design, with good venting, which is a problem if you have kids, they tend to over-heat, and they dont really know it, so it's good to have the vents. The removable earmuffs are cool, because she can multi-sport it, which she does when she can't find her bike helmet. It has very good fit out of the box, and plenty of adjustability, as long as your in the size range. She gets a little chaffing with the strap, but she doesn't own a helmet that doesn't bother her, that and the color selection for girls is limited, and at Sierra right now, very limited. Over-all a good lid to protect your kid.

  • Name: 2009 Fox River Mills Adventure Mid Weight
  • Pros:  good fit, warm, cheap
  • Cons:  none that i can think of,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  snug, and perfect

Experience:   i got into wearing fox, when a buddy of mine got a pro deal on them, and was surprised how good they were. They are warm, fit well, and are cheap, even without a pro deal.

  • Name: 2010 Burton Cargo Snowboard Pants Men's
  • Pros:  nice design,
  • Cons:  too baggy in the hips,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  it is way baggy in the hips

Experience:   I dont typically buy the big B products, but i got a continuum down jacket last year and it was really sweet, so i thought i try the pants as abackup to my 686's, Looking at the sizing chart the large seemed short, so i went with an extra large and they were huge...but i will still wear em, they seem solid enough.
"Coal-warm, but big and itchy" 12/26/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Coal Yukon
  • Pros:  fleece ear band, warmth,
  • Cons:  a little itchy, especially at the ears, runs a little large,
  • Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  It is a little larger than expected

Experience:   Got this beanie for xmas, always heard good things about coal, like the look, and the fleece liner, but the wool is a little itchy around the edges, and the hat is a little large, but still fits alright...so i will live with it, being its from my wife and all. The weather has been cold, wet, and miserable, but my head is warm, and thats what matters most.

  • Name: 2010 32 Tm-Two

  • Cons:  need time to break in, tongue a little short, stiff
  • Fit:  soft
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  12
  • Boot Size:  11.5

Experience:   I've wanted a pair of 32's since i first saw em, now that i have em i am so stoked they're light super snug and give me excellent control, no heel lift, ever,( a prob that i had with other boots) and my feet never get cold
"perfect 4 my wife" 11/17/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2010 Ride VXn Womens
  • Pros:  lite, comfortable, nice flex,
  • Cons:  ratchets a little to flimsy, base plate loosens-up,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I got these bindings 4 my wife and she loves em. She is in the park and in the trees she wears a stiff(er) boot and says the flex works well together.
