"Not the Best Idea" 9/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2020 E- Gift Certificate
  • Pros:  Store Credit,
  • Cons:  Linked to your account,

Experience:   Althought having a gift voucher is a great idea.. its not always the best method. I found that if you spent $50 of a $100 voucher you dont get a credit for the remaining voucher

"Believe the Hype?" 2/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2010 Von Zipper Feenom
  • Pros:  Big, Good View, Good Colours
  • Cons:  Fragile,

Experience:   Picked up a pair of these a few weeks back, pretty common goggles on my home mountain. Lens come in a range of colours, the clear/blue if great for seeing on an over cast day. There too big for my head, however I dont get fogging problems. The only downside to these is the quailty isnt the best, Lens scratch easily and Ive already cracked one of the hinges after one fall, which was on a groomed run at slow speed.

  • Cons:  Not stable, Tools flip around too much,

Experience:   Picked this up on sale for $2. Glad thats all i payed for it as its pretty useless.. best part about it i the bottle opener function. thats about it!

  • Name: 2010 Capita Horrorscope FK
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  flexy , light,

Experience:   Picked up this board at the end of the season, only got to ride it around town and not on a hill due to the late season pick up I find it more fun to ride then my burton custom, the 2011 version is ment to be a little stiffer
"Handy little Tool" 4/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Dakine Cool Tool
  • Pros:  Small enough to take all over the mountain,

Experience:   Handy little tool for when you need to tighten them nuts when your on the middle of the mountain. For $3 you kinda cant go wrong :)

  • Name: 2010 Burton P1.1
  • Pros:  Good build, Forgiving, ,
  • Cons:  Non EST ,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   Picked these up in black on sale a month ago, only rode them for the end of the season, Held good all over the mountain and I had no problems with straps. Shame they never brought these out in a EST version
"Good Boot as a good price!" 2/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Forum Destroyer
  • Pros:  Great Design, Minimal Heel Lift, No Pressure Points
  • Cons:  Will proberly only last you 2 seasons,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  9.5
  • Boot Size:  9

Experience:   For the price this is a decent boot, especially for anyone who is new to Snowboarding, I ride and work in these every day, I found them pretty responsive and the sizing is good. Lacing holds up all day as well. The only problem I've had with these is the rubber undersole of the boot had started to peel away, this is due to my tight and cheap bindings though. If your looking of a cheap boot to get you through your first season, grab yourself a pair of these..
"Big and Baggy" 11/1/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Foursquare Q
  • Pros:  Lots of Features.., Pull Tight Hem / Gussets , Hidden Glove Holder / Thigh Vents
  • Cons:  Sizing is Big,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Big and Baggy

Experience:   Got these Dants delivered today, First impressions are good. I'm a 33 waist normally and I've put on a little bit of weight recentally, The Pair I purchased was a Small, Tried them on with Nothing Underneath. The size felt a little big. I wouls suggest you size down 1 size at least, Even with the straps on the sides that allow for you to to pull them tigher I still had a good inch gap. I'm going to have to wear a belt With these. Small Would be a good size for someone who is a 34, I would consider even going smaller again if your anything Under. Although If your wearing thermals and shorts underneath Small mayber ok. .. It's a bit of a fine line. Oh, they feel a bit thin, but thats because they are a Shell style type of Pants. Olive leaf Maze Is Actually a very pale Matt light Green kind of colour, with a faint Leaf print Through it, Which isnt clearly pictured. Overall The Pants sizing is bigger then Normal, and the fit is baggy. These Pants have heaps of features including Vents on the inner Thighs. Going on first impressions, I would definatly recommend them. Only down side for me is I purchased them not realizing they were part of the Shell Series. But thats my own fault :) This is my first Purchase from Sierra and my First Review, I hope it helps!
