"Decent scraper" 12/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Tri Scraper Snowboard Tool
  • Pros:  6 edges (3 sides, 2 edges each side),
  • Cons:  Dulls quickly, Can get uncomfortable to hold,

Experience:   At first I liked the fact that this scraper was shaped like a triangle, but then after waxing my board a few times realized it gets quite uncomfortable to hold while scraping off wax. I also found that it dulled relatively fast compared to other plastic scrapers. Perhaps the plastic they used on this is softer?
"Great for all conditions" 12/29/2010

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Midweight Ridge Crew Pullover Men's
  • Pros:  Breathes relatively well, Good for a wide range of temperatures,
  • Cons:  Sleeves should be slightly longer,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Slightly smaller than normal, but hey it's a thermal

Experience:   I picked this up a week and a half ago and have already ridden in it three times. The first day the conditions were terrible with gnarly winds, but all I needed to stay warm was this and my boarding jacket. At the same time, the other two trips up the weather was much more fair, but yet again I was quite comfortable with only this thermal and my jacket. I got hot once and opened up my pit zips and was good to go! Good all around thermal for varying conditions. In spring time I will probably only wear this for my top.
"Great for the price" 12/9/2010

  • Name: 2009 Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Cheap, Different size ear pieces,
  • Cons:  Flimsy jack,

Experience:   The MSRP for these is relatively high for what you get, but on numerous occasions I have found these for as cheap as $9. IF you get get them for under $20 I think they are definitely worth it. I tried out the smokin' buds and like these ones more. THey have pretty good sound quality and are comfortable if using your correct rubber ear piece size. As far as the quality to price ratio goes, these are excellent. Clearly they wont outperform a $100 pair of buds, people need to realize that. But for as cheap as these are, good luck finding anything better.
"Three years going strong" 12/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Dakine Scout Short Gloves
  • Pros:  Durable, Spacious XL size, Goggle Wipe
  • Cons:  Lack of different patterns/colors,

Experience:   I bought a pair of Scouts three years back, and unfortunately left them too close to my fireplace and one of them melted on the fingers. Without question I went and purchased another pair. These gloves are champs. I rode about 70 times with my last pair and they never tore or lost stitching anywhere. I use the goggle wipe daily as well. Way to go Dakine!
"Comfortable and snug fit" 12/9/2010

  • Name: 2011 Thirty Two Lashed Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Warm, Comfortable after extended period,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  13
  • Boot Size:  13

Experience:   These boots will keep your feet from getting sore after a good long day of riding. Super comfortable and no weird pressure points on your feet
"Epic bindings for the price" 11/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Union Force
  • Pros:  Durable, Super comfortable straps, Adjust ability
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   My buddy snagged a pair of these this year and I tried them out on his Horrorscope and let me tell you, I was impressed. Union has been growing in the past few years and I believe they have gotten to the point where just about everyone knows about them. Union Forces aren't worn by so people people on the mtn for no reason. Keep it up Union.
"Bonfire - Keepin it real" 11/30/2010

  • Name: 2010 Bonfire Radiant Snowboard Jacket Men's
  • Pros:  Breathes Well, Keeps you nice and toasty,
  • Cons:  Wish sleeves were slightly longer for taller guys,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Slightly baggy

Experience:   I tried this jacket out on a mild weather day up at Mt. Hood. All I wore under it was a t-shirt and it kept me plenty warm on a 30 degree day with mild wind. Pit zips are sweet, and it gives plenty of pockets to stash stuff in.
"Amazing quality" 11/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Smith IO Snowboard Goggles - Men's
  • Pros:  Horizontal and vertical view, Lens clarity, Fit on face
  • Cons:  Spendy,

Experience:   I tried a pair of these on at my local sporting goods store, as I have been looking at them for quite a while now. First off, just looking at them in person made my jaw drop. They are one one the most stylish goggles on the market period. Upon putting them on my face, I knew right away that these were what I wanted. The lens is large and amazingly clear, and the fit is great. I did not get to try them on with a helmet, but it seems most goggles nowadays fit fine with most helmets. I will be purchasing these goggles with my next paycheck.

  • Name: 2011 Sierra Headphones TShirt Men's
  • Pros:  Awesome graphic, Supporting Sierra!, Great Price
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  A little longer than a normal shirt, but not by much.

Experience:   I bought a few shirts off Sierra, all of which I liked. This one definitely stands out the most, and I love wearing it. It is one of those shirts you have to hide away occasionally to refrain from wearing too much. Very comfortable, great fit, and heavier high quality tee. Definitely recommend
