"Gotta Love Sales" 4/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Tech Flannel
  • Pros:  Soft,
  • Cons:  Can be considered too baggy,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL

Experience:   I've read other reviews of this shirt about how it is baggy. I have really broad shoulders so usually I have to get bigger sizes. This shirt is great for me as it does run a little on the baggy side for most but perfect for me. For the price its perfect. Don't know if I would pay full price though but I'm cheap.
"Quick and Easy...after a while" 4/5/2010

  • Name: 2010 Flow NXT AT
  • Pros:  Quick strap in, Comfortable , Good looking
  • Cons:  ratchets sometimes slip , takes a while to setup , Have to wait up for friends to strap in
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   The Flow NXT AT are much more conducive for all-mountain riding then my previous Burton Mission bindings. Once you get the bindings set up for your boots, they are very comfortable but be patient and do as much tweaking as possible before you get up to the mountain. With that said, it is easy to make small changes with these bindings because of the 4 mini ratchets on each binding. However sometimes these ratchets slip when riding and sometimes tighten on their own when I slap the board to get the snow out of the binding prior to strapping up after getting off the chair lift.
"Too Good To Pass Up" 4/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sierra Reverse Crew Snowboard
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  High Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Sweet Graphics, V-rocker, Burton Technology, Pop
  • Cons:  Top scratches easily,

Experience:   Previously I just had a bottom line board, once I strapped on the RC I couldn't believe what I could do. This board handles like I champ in the pow. I went up to Mt. Hood Meadows during their last snow storm of about 3 ft in 2 or 3 days and I can't even describe how amazing the float of this board was in the back-country. In the park I never caught so much air before which was awesome. The only negative of this board for me is that the top scratches very easily. Just from one day of use it was more scratched up then my other board. This board you can't pass up. Especially with it only being $179. Buy it now, you won't regret it.
"Awesome Tool" 3/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Dakine Mega Blaster Snowboard Tool
  • Pros:  Multiple bits, Ratchet,
  • Cons:  somewhat bulky,

Experience:   This is a sweet tool that has every bit that you may need for your bindings. One negative thing other then being too bulky to keep in your pocket when riding is that somethings the bits not being used may fall out when using it, so be careful if in the snow so you don't lose anything.
"Gotta Love Goretex" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton AK 2L Cyclic
  • Pros:  Jacket-Pant Zipper, Goretex , Plenty of air vent
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Baggy but not excessive

Experience:   Hate it when with a group on a wet snow day, they have to go in to warm up so I have to board alone for a bit. Board all day without getting wet. These pants are awesome. Pair them up with a AK series jacket and your set for an awesome dry day of riding even in the wettest conditions.
"Love to Stay Dry????" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton AK 2L Stagger
  • Pros:  Jacket-Pant Zipper, Air Vent, Lightweight
  • Cons:  Hood doesn't fit over helmet, full-time hood,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  A little baggy

Experience:   Don't settle of snow in you pants. Pair this jacket up with some AK series pants, zip them together and your good to go. You won't be getting wet with this jacket.
