Pros: Carves like Camber board, Easy to press/butters, Great in pow
Cons: er let me think, well it's, just a minute, nope sorry it's gone!
I've managed to get 4 days on the Sierra Crew Reverse Camber 155cm and it's pretty much become my go to board. The first thing that surprised me is how well it holds and edge on groomers – much better than the Burton Hero which is my regular board. But it's till got all the pros of a 'rocker' board – easy to press and butter, handles well in pow, spins really easily, great in the park.
I had one day when i rode resort pow and tree runs with little cliff drops and pillows, then went through the park and finished just blasting some black run groomers and this board handled it all easily.
People get hung up on rocker boards being 'just for park' or 'better in pow' but I think this is legitimately and all-mountain stick that anyone form a low intermediate to a pro could rock and enjoy.
One of the reasons is that it's slightly stiffer than a lot of Burton's Park Rocker boards which gives you a bit better stability on groomers and a little more pop which is always helpful.
Anyway I'm off to wax it now, gonna be riding park with it tomorrow at Northstar, might even take it into the trees, just because it can.
