  • Name: 2011 Skullcandy Lowrider Headphones w/ Mic
  • Pros:  cheap, good sound, comfortable
  • Cons:  bulky,

Experience:   when i went my snowboard shop to pick up my board i started to look at the headphones cuz mine had been broken for awhile and there was some beats by dre for like $150 and then these skullcandys for like $40 i was like nice! and when i got home to use them i was just blown away by how great the sound is for the price but i was a lil bit dissapointed that they fall off when you ride unlike the $20 one that go under your goggles but other that great headphones

  • Name: 2013 Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Halfpipe,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Flexible but still holds in speed, Carving,
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   I switched to the flying V version of the custom from the regular camber version and they are the exact same board except this one bends just a little bit more. This board rides like no other and my god you can take this into the trees, park, backside, it excels anywhere you take it. This board really improves your skills weather you a beginner or have been riding your whole life. the first season on this board you will soar to a whole new level of riding. i Highly recommend this board

  • Name: 2013 DC Judge BOA Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  BOA lacing, LIGHT, Durrible
  • Cons:  Sizing issues,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  11.5

Experience:   These are the greatest boots ive ever owned. I am bummed that i only got to use them for about half a season but for the time i had them i was amazed. DC's boots run about 1 size smaller so if youre a size 10.5 like me then you should get size 11.5 boots. thats the only problem I had with them other then that I HIGHLY reccomend these boots
"Best board EVER" 4/11/2012

  • Name: 2012 Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Squeezebox, Flying V, Channel system

Experience:   I just upgraded to this board from the 2010 custom regular camber and i have to say im glad i did. The 2010 had great pop and this had more. the 2010 had great edge hold even when i had them detuned them and i havent done that yet to this board but when i do i hope its the same. the 2010 had decent flex and this board had more with more pop and was just so playful and i love jibbing with it and didnt know what to expect with the flying v and squeezbox but it just was amazing. everything i asked for and MORE. I wont be surprised when this wins good wood and all the other awards for board because this is just the best board Ihave ever ridded. i have only had problems in slush when going off a jump and just started rotating foward all of a sudden and landed upside down and still havent figured out why but the base doesnt really let anything get to the core except jagged rocks and i am sad to say had to get it repaired but doesnt matter i cant tell the difference with it REI did a good job with the PTEX but ive run over trees rocks roofing grass dirt anything and the sharp rocks the only thing thats gotten in. BUT i did run into a tree and i got a slight crack in the base layer but nothing big and i hit it pretty hard so just a durrable board worth more than the $500 that i paid for it without a doubt. I realize why almost every burton rider switched to the custom this year because it is a BEAST! Also i HIGHLY reccomend getting EST bindings with it. this is easily the best feeling i have had with a board/binding combo youy just get unbelievable feel, response and control

  • Name: 2010 Burton Custom
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  great landings, great feel, easy to turn
  • Cons:  cant really ride switch, cant get nice presses,

Experience:   i got this board for a great deal in like may and i just road it for the first time and from coming off a begginer board this thing was AMAZING!! although it is hard to press boxes and rails, the way it lands and carves makes up for it. at northstar this opening weekend the landings weere so shity u had to land perfectly in the ditch to have a chance, i switched boards with my cousin for his reverse camber technine board and it was alright but on mine i could spin easily on the boxes and if i didnt land perfectly in the ditch it didnt matter i landed with eaze. there were only two runs open but it got a pretty good feel of everything and i can only complain about its ability to butter. it handled amazing on ice even landing sideways on it and carving goin down at a bout a 70 degree angleon ice. just again an amazing board that i highly recomend to someone trying to progress their riding or just shred everything for fun get this board
