"Saved me from a trip to the hospital." 2/13/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 RED Hi-Fi
  • Pros:  Light, Good Protection,
  • Cons:  Chin Strap Padding, Chin Strap Buckle,

Experience:   Overall, it's a good helmet. It's light and comfortable. I took a bad fall and cracked the inner styrofoam shell. If I didn't wear it, I probably would have been knocked out. The only things I don't like are the buckle and the chin strap padding. When the buckle is fastened all the way, the male half sticks out too much. The chin strap padding is too bulky and flips outward, so you have the nylon strap rubbing against your chin and neck. Those features on the newer models have been improved.
"Nice Shorts" 7/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Combat Sushi 2
  • Pros:  Good Price, Nice Design, Good Quality
  • Cons:  Some transparency in the yellow fabric when wet,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  They fit good

Experience:   These shorts have such a great design. I like how it has a zipper under the laces instead of the usual velcro. The pocket is a good size. The only con is that the yellow shorts have a little bit of transparency in them. If you were wearing a pair of black boxers underneath, you could see a little bit of it when wet.
"My Wife Loves These Boots" 7/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2010 Gravis Camelia Boots Women's
  • Pros:  Color, Comfort, Style

Experience:   At first, I got my wife a pair of the green ones. She liked them so much that she also bought the Black ones. She said they feel really comfortable. They look really cool, and she got a lot of compliments on them.
"Cool Boots" 4/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Jeremy Jones
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Nice Colors, Small Footprint
  • Cons:  Color Doesn't Match Photos,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  soft
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  11.5

Experience:   This is my first season snowboarding, and I've worn these boots 3 times. Got them online not long ago. I bought them because of the price and the shrinkage feature which makes footprint smaller and allows me to use normal width snowboards instead of having to buy only wide boards for my shoe size. I bought a pair of 11.5 and compared them to my cousin's size 11 boot of another brand and they were noticeably more small than my cousin's. Even though they were smaller, they still fit like a 11.5 shoe. I got the AK Subterfuge which is much cooler than boring black or brown. The color on the product image, however, doesn't match how they really look. The bright colors look correct on the photo. The camouflage in the photo is a green color. In real life it's brown camouflage. The tongue is also brown camouflage not the grayish color you see in the photo. As for comfort, I have no complaints about these. The inserts are really good quality and are more comfortable than other boots I've tried.
"Cool Looking Sock" 4/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Party
  • Pros:  Nice Design, Keeps your feet warm, Comfortable
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   I got the pair that looks like Native American Boots. They look really cool. They keep your feet nice and warm and keep the moisture out too. They're nice and thick so they add more comfort to my boots.
"Great Pants" 4/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton TWC Transmission
  • Pros:  Fits Good,
  • Cons:  Very Long,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   These pants are really great except they are really long for me. I'm 5'10 and size 34-35. I bought it in large because medium is too tight at the waist. I really like the jacket to pants zip connection. I have the Analog Chapel Jacket, and it connects just right. The vents are really good on those days where it is really warm. It has plenty of pockets. Most I don't even use.
"Great Pair of Goggles" 4/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Von Zipper Sizzle
  • Pros:  Good Quality, Fits Good,

Experience:   I bought the white ones for my wife. They fit well with her Red Prime Helmet. I borrowed them once for a night session, and they worked fine because the lenses are not too dark for low light. Even though we have different face shapes and sizes, the goggles fit well on both of us.
"Great Value" 4/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Custom
  • Pros:  Low Price, Comfortable,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   I bought the Acid Green color for my Burton Operator Mountain Dew Stephen Bliss Board. They go really well together. This is my first season snowboarding, so I don't have much experience other bindings. Before I got my own gear, I borrowed my cousin's old snowboard and bindings. From riding a couple of times with these bindings, it was easy to notice a higher level of comfort and performance. The Customs were well worth the $60 I spent on them. One con is the pleather edges around the toe strap. It rubbed up against the bottom of a rail and scraped off a bunch of the neon yellow material on the edge of the toe strap, but that doesn't effect the performance.
