"Roller carry on" 3/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Over Under Travel Bag Men's
  • Pros:  Roller, Carry on, Dakine

Experience:   Finally went on my first flight ever and this bag was able to carry 2 pants, 5 shirts, sox, boxers, my laptop with charger, shaver, camera and a few other misc items with some room to spare....all while keeping it in the legal carry on size. Its padded all the way around in the main compartments and has a few other pockets to store your shaver, toothbrush, chargers or other little misc items you may want to bring. The zippers are smooth and the bag rolls nicely so overall I am happy with my first carry on travel bag and would suggest it to anyone whos looking for a carry on with the option of extending it to a checked bag for those longer vacations.
"Chigurh" 3/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Restricted Chigurh Snow Pants
  • Pros:  Lifetime warranty, Dryride, Warm
  • Cons:  No zippers on cargo & rear pockets,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL

Experience:   Ive put about 3-4 days on these and they do great keeping me warm and dry. Id say theyre a lil on the thicker side which is good for those cold winter days or for someone who natural runs a lil colder and would like to stay warm. The pants seem to be durable but ive only wore them a few times so I really cant comment much yet. Only real negative to me is that the cargo and rear pockets are just velcro and I like having the extra security of a zipper/velcro pocket. Id say these run a lil big but if thats what youre looking for, get them in your size and call it a day.
"GRAILS" 3/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Grail
  • Pros:  Super comfy, Shrink tech, Articulating cuff
  • Cons:  Expensive,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   I started developing a pressure point in my old boots so I decided to shop around and as soon as I tried these on it was heaven for my feet, they are extremely comfortable. I was able to go a half size down from my previous boots and with the footshrink that put me at a full 1.5 sizes smaller and let me get into a smaller binding which is nice if youre looking at smaller boards for the park. This boot has lots of other great features and Id suggest anyone looking for a new pair of boots give these a try!

"Comfy and warm" 4/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sessions Suburban Softshell
  • Pros:  Warm, Built in mitts,
  • Cons:  Fits slightly smaller than advertised size,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Slightly smaller than advertised size

Experience:   I used this jacket once on a warmer day but had to take it off cause I was still toasty with it. I usually ended up using it as a layer on really cold days/nights when I wanted to stay warm and my thermals werent cutting it. I went up to wearing larges only because I prefer a bigger fit now but when I purchased this I was wearing everything in medium and to me this fit good but a little on the smaller size IMO, so I may suggest going up a size. Overall I liked this jacket and loved the vivid blue color and print.
"Comfort, breathability and dry!!" 3/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sessions Diffusion Crew Top
  • Pros:  Lightweight, 100% Polyester, Colors
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   I really liked the colors of this so I got it and Im glad I did, the material feels so nice when compared to some thermals Ive had that were kind of irritating to wear after a while. Its very breathable and keeps me nice and dry, even after sweating all day. I dont use them too often but it also has thumbholes for those of you who like that.
"Transmission Print" 3/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton TWC Transmission
  • Pros:  Dryride, Lots of pockets, Steezy
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   So far this jacket seems like a good quality piece, it has lots of pockets and features (actually took me sometime to find everything on it), I got the transmission print which looks so sick! Its a sig fit and while im 5'10 160lbs I got the large and think it fits perfectly, I was looking for something with some room but not overly baggy and this worked out nice. Its kept me warm and dry so far but I havent really been in any snowfall just me falling in some powder, lol. Last words: im loving this jacket!
"Butter" 3/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sierra Ready to Butter
  • Pros:  Price, Sweet design,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   Nice shirt for a great price, love the toaster design, ready to butter!
"Good affordable pants" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Bonfire Radiant Snowboard Pants Men's
  • Pros:  Available colors, Nicely priced, Gets the job done
  • Cons:  Had a velcro patch come unstitched,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   I have two pairs, one in emerald and one in sapphire. They fit nicely, Id say theyre inbetween a baggy and regular fit. They have definately held up to some tumbling falls I have taken, only problem I have had was the stitching on one of the velcro strips started fraying out (not really a big deal but can be a little annoying while opening the pocket). Id suggest these to people that are looking for a nice pair of pants thatll get the job done and wont break the bank.
"Cozy and warm" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Lightweight Thermal Pant
  • Pros:  Comfy, Light weight, Warm
  • Cons:  Design I want was sold out ,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Got in medium fits like a medium

Experience:   I got these to replace my cheapo wally-world thermals and what a nice upgrade. They fit actual size, are lightweight but still give good warmth, are comfy to wear, they stay dry and dont stink after a full days session!
"Its a bandana" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Forum Destroyer Bandana
  • Pros:  Only a buck, Nice design,

Experience:   Its a bandana, has a pretty cool design and is only a dollar so nothing to complain about. I dont use it over my face but around my neck to cover the little area my UA hood leaves.
"Your go anywhere park board" 3/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Capita Sierrascope FK
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Flexy, Carbon stingers, Sintered base
  • Cons:  Limited production, Only available in two sizes,

Experience:   This is a great go to board to take all over the mountain. Its super flexy on the tips for easy presses and butters while the carbon stingers help keep those high speed runs under control. Ive took this board through powder, trees, moguls, groomed and ungroomed runs as well as off of small-medium sized kickers and done some jibbing too, its very versatile and fun to play around on. Only cons I see are its limited so not everyone may get a chance to ride one and it was only available in two sizes. Hopefully Capita and Sierra will team up again for 2011 and produce another hit!
