"First Rocker Experience" 2/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Capita Sierrascope FK
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Soft and forgiving,
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   This was the first time I got to ride a reverse camber board for an extended period of time. I got a chance to demo the SScope at Bruizzapalooza in CO and had an awesome time with it. It was soft and forgiving but surprisingly it held an edge better than I expected. Overall I would say it is a great all-mountain freestyle board that suits all rider levels. If you're looking to try out reverse camber for the first time check out the Sierrascope.
"Cheap and easy" 1/12/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Adjustable Tuning Iron 110v
  • Pros:  a nice upgrade from my clothing iron that i used before. Wax specific temperature settings so you don't overheat. The beveled edges are a nice feature.
  • Cons:  None

Experience:   Maybe an improvement for future design is to have a Teflon/non-stick coating.
"Nice Bag for your gear" 1/8/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Pipe Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Overall its a great bag for your gear. Plenty of room for your board and bindings as well as the rest of your gear including boots. A great way to carry all your stuff in one bag and to prevent dinging up the inside of your car.
  • Cons:  The bag is not padded just a sleeve but you get what you pay for.

"Can't go wrong" 10/19/2008
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: 2007 Burton Promo Wings
  • Pros:  Nice and warm. The audio sleeve is pretty cool too, fits my iPod perfectly without sliding around.
  • Cons:  The fit is pretty slim. I'm 5' 11" and pretty skinny, medium fits me fine but I think a large might've been better
