"Love in + skullcandy - Locust chrome" 5/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Vonzipper Chakra Goggles
  • Pros:  A true all light condition indeed, Spherical lens decreases blind spots, Not too small or too big on the face
  • Cons:  There's a tiny gap at the nose bridge, Not recommended for anyone with a really flat nose,

Experience:   This goggle fitted me perfectly despite the fact that there was a tiny gap at the nose bridge. I think it's because my nose is quite flat, => asian. I know asian have a flatter nose bridge but apparently i was told that mine isn't as flat compared to other asian. I usually wear a beanie which pushes the goggle down onto my nose and the gap basically disappeared. Besides this, the foam is really comfortable on the face and so far i had no problem of any fogging. Just don't touch or wipe the lens which could rub off the anti-fogging layer. The lens is just beautiful in different lighting possible, i even tested by walking around in the dark to find my black dog and i could easily spot her =)
"Awesome jacket" 5/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Bonfire Aura Snowboard Jacket
  • Pros:  Well insulated, Velcro sealing instead of magnets, Comfortable materials
  • Cons:  Such a long sleeve on me, Hood is quite huge, completely wraps my head in, No gazillion pockets, about 4 pockets in total
  • Jacket Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Quite baggy but i like it because it's not figure hugging

Experience:   This jacket is really comfortable, it's baggy for those who like it that way but its definitely on the bigger side. I measured myself and i apparently was meant to fit the XL, i was unsure if i should go with my instinct and go with L or go with the fitting guide. I wished i went with my instinct hehehe. Sleeve is really long on me, i'll find a way to overcome this. I would recommend just wearing a shirt or a thermal underneath the jacket, it can get quite warm in a few minutes.

Sorry make that 6 pockets. I found another 2 more hidden behind the 2 front pockets =)

"Bonfire" 5/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Bonfire Destiny Snowboard Pants Women's
  • Pros:  Good insulation, Materials are soft and comfortable on the skin, Baggy, just how i like them
  • Cons:  Quite long for me (160cm), No adjustment velcro for the waist,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Boot cut, baggy

Experience:   I went with the sizing guide and it said i should go with Large, well i wish i went with medium instead. It stays up when i use a belt but i'm just going to pinch in at the waist myself through sewing. I'm 160cm tall and this pants is quite long on me, however, when wearing a boot it does help to avoid any material dragging around. This pants is a boot cut, so its perfect for those who want bagginess from the bum down to the ankle.
"Dalbello boot" 5/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dalbello Electra 9 Womens
  • Pros:  Perfect fit for wide feet, Ankle weren't crushed like some other brands, Comfortable materials around the egde
  • Cons:  Bottom linen isn't as great,

Experience:   I'm a size 7 (24.5 mondo) and this boot fitted the length of my feet perfectly. I'm usually size US8 when wearing casual shoes. It's definitely different when it comes to boots, make sure you get them checked before purchasing boots and always RESEARCH. This boot has a wide width which didn't create any painful pressure on the side of my feet. My ankle didn't get crushed either and the pressure on the top of my feet were just snug. My feet has a width of 101mm, it felt perfect in this shoe. If you have about 98mm or smaller width, it's not recommended since it means your feet will constantly move and rub against the boot.
"Dakine goggle case" 5/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Goggle Case
  • Pros:  Foam padding, Pocket for spare lenses,
  • Cons:  Soft case, Single goggle only,

Experience:   I bought this to store my Chakra goggle in, i wouldn't say that this case will give you the ultimate protection during travel but it will protect your goggle from bumps and scratches. I would have preferred a hard case over this but for this pricing, might as well grab yourself one for minor travels. Not recommended for traveling oversea though, higher risk of getting squashed.
"Roxy" 5/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Roxy Carriage Snowboard Jacket Women's
  • Pros:  Unique style compared to the rest, Comfortable around the stomach,
  • Cons:  Tight under the breast if you're the busty type, Felt like it was a pregnant jacket,
  • Jacket Fit:  Too small
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Quite tight around the rib just under the breast

Experience:   I'm not as skinny as those models in the picture so after trying this jacket on, it was definitely made for the skinny and lean type of girls. My body torso isn't as long so the material just puffs up making me look like i was pregnant or bloated hahah... however, it was really comfortable.
"Lange boots" 5/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Lange Exclusive 60 Ski Boots
  • Pros:  Comftable around the calves, Easy to wear and take off,
  • Cons:  Quite narrow,

Experience:   I usually wear a size US8 but when i had this boot fitted, i was a size 7 (24.5 mando). Length of the boot fitted me perfectly but the width was quite narrow and it created painful pressure on the sides of my foot. My foots width is 101mm (probably on the wider side), perfect for anyone with narrow feet. Other than this, the boot is quite comfortable.
