"Great pack" 5/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Zoom 28L
  • Pros:  board carrier, tons of functional pockets, rear/back entry
  • Cons:  all weather cover?,

Experience:   If you are looking something subtle and secure but yet functional enough to bring both your board/ski and DSLR, this is the bag for you! I'm a beginner so probably gonna take a while for me to haul up my DSLR in this bag and drop down those black diamond runs...waterproofbility is excellent with splash of powder but never get tested in snowy day, read the review somewhere commenting to be good, but could throw an all weather cover just in case....next year improvement plz!

Hi, Can you please confirm that the photo compartment at the back is in fact fully removable on as one piece? Can it be used as a separate shoulder bag to carry equipment aground? Many Thanx

bigtshot
Yes, the photo insert is removable!

"Gooood slim" 5/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Foursquare Smith Slim Fit
  • Pros:  flexable, slim fit, sexy
  • Cons:  none,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • Description:  slim/ straight leg fit

Experience:   These pants r amazing. i got the darkness rip gird and they look sick. the reason why i said they fit like slim/ straight is becuz i ordered a Large when im a Medium. but i like to sagg alittle in my pants so its all good :) anyways, great pants, but i suggest to order one size up cuz u then they would be way tooo tight.
"Awesome pants" 5/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sessions Achilles Snowboard Pants Men's
  • Pros:  warm, lots of pockets, cheap
  • Cons:  none,
  • Description:  a little baggy

Experience:   Really cheapest pants & best quality. keeps you dry for being so thin and is reasonably warm. i usually wear a single thermal layer underneath. the only thing is that the buttons on the bottom of the legs tend to be fragile. bent them up the first time wearing them to the point where they wouldn't re-button.
"Real pants" 5/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 686 Smarty Original Cargo
  • Pros:  Multiple Pockets, Inner Liner , Super Comfortable
  • Cons:  none,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • Description:  Medium Baggy but true to fit

Experience:   Incredibly comfortable, fits true to sizing charts, and not overly baggy, but baggy enough. They keep you very warm on the cold days, and just cool enough on the warmer days by removing the liner. These pants are some of the best pants I've ridden yet. Lots of pockets for all your goods, and the BOA cover in the pants leg make adjusting your boa boots super quick and easy without pulling up your pants much at all. A lot of nice features and build quality for the cash!
"soccer socks" 5/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Fox River Mills Med Volume Anatomical Fit Mid Weight
  • Pros:  contoured to your foot, thin,
  • Cons:  might be a bit cold for some,
  • Description:  fitted and thin

Experience:   I love how the contour fits your foot. awesome sock for my everyday riding. OK, so they are skier socks. Tell your boys to stuff it. Also love how they have different L/R for arch fit. Might be cold if you are constantly cold in your feet, but I rarely have that problem, even riding in VT.
"boa its great" 5/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow One Boa Coiler
  • Pros:  Warm, snug fit, Quick and easy
  • Cons:  Colors?, Velcro strap on liner,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   I got these boots for half price and I am very pleased with them. I have the black ones, and I'm not crazy about the little bits of brown on them, but the Boa system is awesome. They are true to size and putting them on and taking them off is quick and easy. The liner's velcro strap is awkward and annoying, but overall I like and would recommend this boot.
"awesome bindings" 5/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow Quattro
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Fit well, Easy in and out
  • Cons:  kind of heavy, You'll have to wait for your friends at the top!,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   Great bindings for a great price. I bought these bindings with a Burton Bullet and so far they're great. Easy in and out (majority of the time) and feel very comfortable. The only downside for me was that my boots size is borderline with the bindings so I have to readjust occasionally to get the right fit but all in all.
"flow is good" 5/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow Merc
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  High Speeds
  • Pros:  versatile, pretty cheap pro style board, durable

Experience:   This freestyle main board is durable for all kinds of maneuvers. The Flow Merc is a really versatile board. The nose and tail have a very tapered sidecut and comes really responsive when carving the slope. The edge holds really well and offers plenty of feel. Soft about 3.5/10 with nice flex. I'd run this for the beginner to intermediate boarders. 7/10 stars.
"Great cheap goggles" 5/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Smith Fuse Goggles Matte Black
  • Pros:  Never Fog, Scratch Resistant , Tons of padding
  • Cons:  NONE,

Experience:   Good lense selection. Great goggles, never fog.High-end goggle for a lower price. Great quality all around. Fits Great. It feels like you were born with theses goggles on your face.
"great all-mtn" 5/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Triad
  • Pros:  Comfort, Shock Absorption, Repsonsiveness
  • Cons:  Foam in high back gets jacked up,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I love this bindings for this all mtn versatility. i used them on a couple different boards from the sierra crew to the burton blunt for messing around in the park. worked well in both areas and had great responsiveness while still not feeling way too stiff on bigger runs
"Excellent board!!!" 5/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton The Hero Ltd
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Jibs,Jumps,Switch Riding
  • Pros:  nice flex, rocker, doesnt catch edges
  • Cons:  nothing special,

Experience:   super durable taken gnarly falls this season, but board looks brand new. sick board with good pop from the scoops. est system makes u feel like ur riding right on the snow being that close to your board. super responsive. has enough flew to get some pretty legit presses in. all around good board. definitely consider buying. youll be glad you did.
"good fit" 5/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Lucky Snowboard Pants
  • Pros:  Fit, Comfort, Price
  • Cons:  Low Waterproof/Breathability Rating,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  S
  • Description:  Slightly loose

Experience:   I bought these pants for my wife. She's a shorty and has a hard time fitting into women's pants - usually wearing girls' snowboarding. The fit is slightly loose but not baggy and not too tight to be uncomfortable. The technical specs are on the low end but she could care less.
"Great Googles" 5/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Smith Phenom Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Fits perfect with smith helmets, comfy foam, Size
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   The goggles do not place gaps in between the helmet that I wear. I just wore these goggles for the first time today and they are awesome, I love the fire mirror on these and the comfy fit. The goggles fit perfect on my face and is not too large or too small, they are a medium size fit. I would totally recommend these to those that want to buy. The easy straps are also a plus.
"great pack" 5/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Treble Yell
  • Pros:  Great features, Durable, Stylish
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   This is a great backpack that I purchased for my cousins for the holidays. There are some great features on this bag: skateboard holder, chest strap, stash pocket on the shoulder strap, padding and a great bandana type look. For $9.95 you really can't go wrong. I can see some parents not being particularly happy with the graphics, but I like to be a bad influence on the children in my life.
"The best soks" 5/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Euro Board Supreme Sock Men's
  • Pros:  Breathable, Fit well, Comfy
  • Cons:  none,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Great fit

Experience:   If you want a great fitting sock for a nice day up the mountain look no further. If you prefer a warmer sock then go the supreme's for the same price! These socks aren't as warm as the supreme's I bought for the same price but they are a different thickness!
"nice jacket" 5/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Slub Snowboard Jacket
  • Pros:  snow proof, loser proof, wind proof
  • Cons:  everybody is jealous,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  a little baggy and just nice

Experience:   A nice jacket, the only thing is that its a shell. if you just toss a few layers you are fine. i have rode with this in dumping snow and -15 degrees. so nice. it fits nice and big, so you feel nice and steezy and have enough room for the layers
"my first flow" 5/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow NXT AT
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Convenient, Quality
  • Cons:  longer setup , time, slightly less responsive than reg. straps
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   They're easy to get into and out of but I feel that you lose some responsiveness compare to regular straps. Overall these bindings are pretty good. I normally wear these when I'm riding because of convenience. When I'm in the park I feel more comfortable with the regular straps.
"first ride" 5/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton LTR-L
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Low Speeds
  • Pros:  light, good beginner board,
  • Cons:  not ideal for high speeds,

Experience:   This board is great for anybody just starting off slow and looking to learn the basics. Just got my board with freestyle bindings today, set it up, and went and started to ride it. This is only the second time ive snowboarded, and this board with the freestyle bindings(2010) was more comfortable then rentals. The only trouble i had was trying to control at higher speeds.
"easy to hero" 5/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton The Hero Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Boxes,Rails
  • Pros:  reasonable price, high tech, super easy to ride
  • Cons:  softer than your average wet cardboard,

Experience:   This is a soft board! Bought it just for fun to experience the v-rocker feel and relax ride. Didn't let me down though. It turns on a dime and manuals down the entire mountain. This board really needs it's PDE's because of the flex. Still, comparing it to other soft parkboards I found it relatively alround. Edgehold; not bad. What surpized me the most is the fact that even though it's just a 152 and with park setup stance, it handled the pow better than my Custom 156! Conclusion; entertaining board made for the park - but also quite suitable for the entire lot! Great board for the all mountain beginner or intermediate/advanced park boarder. Can get boring for the all mountain advanced boarder - purchase a custom v-rocker instead, I did!.
"Warm jacket" 5/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Foursquare Adams
  • Pros:  Easily buttons up to FS pants, Waterproof, Warm
  • Cons:  Sleaves were longer than expected, A little on the baggy side,
  • Jacket Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL

Experience:   The fur lining looked a little out of place for me, so I was glad that it was easy to remove. Overall this jacket is pretty good. It's really warm... so much so that I only wore one layer underneath and was plenty warm on the mountain. The only complaint I really have is the jacket is a little on the large side... if you only plan on wearing one layer like me, go a size smaller than you're used to. If you plan on layering a lot, then go with your regular size.
"Excellent" 5/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Q Womens
  • Pros:  good support, speed lacing,
  • Cons:  none,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   My girlfriend is already riding in these boots for three months, and every day speaks of them getting better and better. They are made from high quality materials, and all thoroughly thought through. They are very comfortable to wear and take off, and most importantly fast. Excellent foot and heel support, good record pace. Perfect for Powder and all-mountain But cautioned that in the park, these bots will be harsh.
"Heat & warm" 4/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Gore Mittens
  • Pros:  Warm insulation, Waterproof,
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   These mittens seem to do no wrong. They are waterproof and warm. The inside feels comfortable and soft. They come equipped with goggle wipe (left mitt), wrist tighten straps, sleeve tighteners (you pull on, they cinch), and wrist strings (to let the mittens dangle from your wrists when you take them off so you don't have to hold them). Also looks like they made the thumb a different material on the exterior, if you're into nose wiping. And there is a zipper on the top that opens up an area on top of the mitt. Could be utilized as a vent or a place to put a heater pack if you need it. Overall, well done.
"Huuuuuuuge" 4/28/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Wheelie Sub Luggage Bag
  • Pros:  Huge with lots of storage,
  • Cons:  Might be too big,

Experience:   I bought this thing thinking it was going to be a tad bit smaller but when it arrived, this thing is HUGE! You could fit 2 weeks worth of everything in here if you really wanted too. It's nice because u can unzip one side and use it as another bag.
"The king of park" 4/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton P1.1
  • Pros:  great cushoining, mid flexing, just enough suppor
  • Cons:  not really any,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   So far Ive ridden them in everything from slush, ice, hardpack, to pow, and they perform great in all those, and are great in the park. They have a flex right in between soft and stiff so there perfect for every style of riding. There really comfortable, and also durable. These are probly about the nicest bindings ive strapped into, alothough ride does have some good bindings out there. Only thing ive found wrong so far is that since my boots are really rough, they kinda wear away at the highback foam, which isnt really a problem at all. Get urself a pair
