"Love these bindings" 5/8/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Raiden Phantom
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Mini Disc, Look Great
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   These bindings are great! I have a pair of 2011s and a pair of 2012s and they both ride like a dream. They are super comfortable with the heel and toe air cushions. The straps hold my feet in snuggly and I never get any heel lift. I like that the straps have the wire run through them for that extra strength and durability.

  • Name: 2009 Ride Fleetwood
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Off Trail,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Wide, Soft, Stable

Experience:   There is too many good things to say about this board. The price is great. The board is pretty forgiving. I wear size 14 boots and have no toe or heal drag. The graphics on the board look great. I keep this board as my go-fast board.
"Horrible Boots" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Moto
  • Pros:  cheap,
  • Cons:  Narrow, Lacing system sucks, hurt the feet
  • Fit:  soft
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  14
  • Boot Size:  14

Experience:   These boots were bad. I bought them as a first boot and had nothing but problems. The lacingsystem is horrible. You can't ever get them tight enough and a friend of mine had the same pair that the lacing system broke on. The boot had to be cut off, because the lacing thing was so messed up. These boots run super narrow and are way uncomfortable. After a few runs, my feet would be screaming. Save yourself the pain and get a pair of 32s.
"Good Jacket" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Analog Boundary
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Looks Good, Long
  • Cons:  No wrist gaiters,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XXL
  • Fits Like:  XXL
  • Description:  Comfortable

Experience:   This jacket is pretty comfortable. It fit right with enough room to layer up underneath. the goggle pocket is big enough for my EG2s and comes with a handy goggle wipe. The quality of the construction is excellent, and the jacket is a little long which I like being a taller guy.
"Great Pants" 8/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 686 Mannual Militant
  • Pros:  Warm , Storage, Comfortable
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XXL
  • Fits Like:  XXL
  • Description:  Baggy

Experience:   These pants are great. They have a slightly baggy fit, which I like for cold days as they are insulated and I can layer up under them for more warmth. They have the 3-loop jacket to pants system that works well with my Vans Jacket. If they get too warm, you can unzip the vents and feel the breeze in all the right places.
"Decent beginner goggle" 8/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Spy Targa II
  • Pros:  price,
  • Cons:  Ridges on nose piece, fog easily, not vented well

Experience:   Bought these as a first goggle and after a few trips, I bought some EG2s and never looked back. These were poorly vented, fogged easily, and when I fell on my face, the ribs on the nose piece cut my nose open. I would recommend these for someone who only rides once in a while and just wants a cheap goggle.
"Great Gloves" 8/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Scout
  • Pros:  Warm, Long, Nose Wipe
  • Cons:  Liner Ripped, Hold Water, Big

Experience:   These are great gloves for cold days in the pow. The long cuff keeps the snow out, but doesn't work well under sleeves if you rock gloves that way. The liners are handy for colder days, but mine ripped after wearing them only a few times. The nose and goggle wipes come in pretty handy. These things are pretty damn waterproof, but once water gets in, it never gets out.
"Dayum!" 7/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Standard Films Black Winter
  • Pros:  Torstien, Music, Shots

Experience:   This is a great flick. The footage is insane and Torstien kills it showing that he is the next big thing in snowboarding. Can't wait to see what this guy does next.
"Wow" 7/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Absinthe Films Neverland
  • Pros:  Pow, Nico, Riders

Experience:   This is a damn good movie. The opening shots of Nicolas Muller in Japan blew my mind. The rest of the movie doesn't dissappoint either. Definitely keeping this one near the top of the pile.
"AMAZING!!!" 7/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Travis Rice and Quiksilver Thats it Thats All
  • Pros:  Riding, Music, Filming
  • Cons:  nothing,

Experience:   This movie is the best thing that ever happened to my face. Travis Rice pushes everything to a whole new level. The riding in this movie is insane. The Music goes amazing with the shots and the footage and cinematography are second to none.
"Great boots" 7/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 32 Prospect
  • Pros:  Light, Soft, Awesome Liner
  • Cons:  Durability,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  soft
  • Shoe Size:  14
  • Boot Size:  14

Experience:   These are good lightweight boots. I love laces and will never go back to a quick-lace or Boa system. They have a good tread for hiking and the softer flex helps too. I've been riding them for just one season and they are starting to show some wear on top from the bindings (Flows). The liner system works flawlessly and keeps the feet warm. I would recommend this boot for anyone.
"Love 'em" 6/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow The Five
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Quick, Awesome
  • Cons:  set up, ratchets, Fitting in a bag
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I used to ride standard strap in bindings and would have to quit half way through the day because my toes would hurt too much. Foot pain is a thing of the past with these. Once you get the strap set up, they are the quickest thing in the world. I got the XL size and they fit great with my size 14 32 Prospects. The only problem I have is that getting on and off the lifts, the ratchets flip up sometimes causing you to gradually tighten the strap. It is also hard to find a board bag to fit these in without taking the strap apart. All in all though, these are awesome bindings and I would totally recommend them.
"SCHWING!!!" 6/15/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Ride DH
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Carving,Chop,Crud,Groomers,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Powder
  • Pros:  Flexy, Poppy, Forgiving

Experience:   I bought this board as my second board ever. I was looking for a lightweight flexy twin and I got it! I'm 6'1 285 lbs and got a 159W which works perfect with my size 14 boots. The biggest surprise with this board was the slimewalls. They are so forgiving, that it really helped me progress my riding. The graphic is amazing and the ride is great. I would recommend this board to anyone.
