• Pros:  Lightweight materials used, Easy to put on and off, Performance with some comfort
• Cons:   adjustable only on one side of the cuff,

Experience:   Bought them because they promise some forgiveness to your feet. And they really do. I' ve been with them on 9 am - 4 pm non-stop with just a short lunch brake - no sign of fatigue. So if you really looking for comfort or normally have difficalty finding a boot that would fit I woul recommend to try these. The boots are made of several types of plastic (different hardness in different zones) and also carbon steel buckles makes them light weight. Adjustment of caff catches is good but only one one side of the cuff which is dissapointing. Loop on boot tounge - positions it right as you slide in your foot but probably is a nice to have.

• Name: 2009 Volkl Unlimited AC 20 w/ 3 Motion 11.0 TC
• Pros:  Turning, light weight, durable, Edge holding on icy slopes, Stability on higher speeds

Experience:   I am an intermediate (5'9, 164 lbs). Mostly on groomers, trying myself on higher speeds, last season started to go a little more on some off-pist. Before I got them I had a pair of old begginer-intermediate Rosignols Actys 200 which I bought second hand. The difference was really big. Firstly the skis felt much stiffer and it took me half a day to adjust my carving. It seems like 3Motion on integrated rails really works when I go faster I get more of a stability. Turning is really easy. Was out on the icy slope twice and was surprised on how much confidence you can have with AC 20's - they really edge well. I bought them with a room for progress - so this is the second season and I still have a learning curve to go through with these skis. So far I have no regret about this choice. Another this they seem to be quite durable (not as many scratches by the end of the season as I was getting on my Rosignols).
