"good board" 1/6/2014
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2014 Lib Tech T.Rice Pro HP Snowboard
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  holds wax well, very durable,
  • Cons:  too heavy,

Experience:   the board is what you would expect. everything is nice except the weight. if you are at a small resort and find yourself spending as much time on a lift as you are going downhill, this is not the right board. everyone wants to go out to the big mountains but it is not a realistic reality for some of us. we all spend some time on small mountains and for that, i would recommend a different board
"best bindings " 1/6/2014
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2014 Ride Capo Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  very responsive, toe straps are nice,
  • Cons:  durability of straps in question,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   i love everything about this binding but the straps seem as though they are about to break. hasn't yet, but i would hope not. i only have about 10 days on these bindings. they just seem cheaply made though. the plastic looks as though if i step on the strap on accident, it's bye bye anyways, everything else about this binding is perfect. got them for the canted footbeds and love them. got the 2.5
"best binders evar!!" 12/8/2010

  • Name: 2011 Union Force
  • Pros:  perfect flex, perfect fit, awesome colors
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   i finally had a chance to test out my new forces. they are awesome. they put my more expensive burton bindings to shame. not saying the burtons are bad but for the price, these are amazing. i can't believe i never tried unions before. i've tried flow, gnu, and burtons and these are pretty much tied with my burton infidels. i just like the look on the infidels, otherwise i like the unions more
"driver x" 12/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Driver X Snowboard Boots - Men's
  • Pros:  very responsive, nice fit, speed lace
  • Cons:  almost too stiff,
  • Fit:  soft
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   i rode for about 8 hours and my shins are blistered up. the boot does not bend at all. the blisters burst and the blood dried to the sock and taking the socks off were a pain literally but otherwise good bood. i hope it all works out after they are broken in competely. my foot and ankle were fine after riding. not cold, not hurting. just the shins from where i was leaning into the boot

Comments & Questions

ejaeyoon
not a soft fit. i must have clicked the wrong box. the entire boot is stiff. imagine putting on a solid piece of plastic. tone it down a tiny bit and you have the driver x boot

bluedot_snow
yea they are stiff but its like a neck tie don't strangle yourself! the tightening of these boots takes some adjusting I put them on walk around for half an hour then re tighten them to ride

"wow" 8/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Rome Marshall
  • Pros:  no heel slip, laces don't get shredded,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   i just got these. while i haven't had a chance to hit the slopes yet, i've been wearing them around the house to try to break them in. it's odd they don't hurt at all. one of my feet is bigger than the other so it's always weird to buy boots but these fit me perfect. usually one boot fits better than the other but it's weird, not the case for these boots
"awesome warm weather gloves" 8/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Rome Blast
  • Pros:  light, easy on/off,
  • Cons:  not very waterproof,

Experience:   it's an awesome glove, and doesn't get too wet even when falling and getting back up. don't even think about throwing snowballs though. your hands will be frozen soon if you do
"awesome" 8/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Skullcandy Icon Soft

Experience:   best headphones i've had for the price. and they look awesome too
"sizing question" 8/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Giro G10 Mx
  • Pros:  sizing,

Experience:   for those of you who ordered the huge sizes, how did you know what size to get? because in a motorcycle helmet, i wear a xxxl. i only wear a size 7 5/8 ball cap but i guess my head is shaped funny. the biggest size i see is only a double x. is that the biggest size they make?
