"AWESOME SKTICKS!" 4/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 K2 Domain Skis
  • Pros:  Very Lightweight, Very Low Swingweight, Flexy, Durable
  • Cons:  Not super poppy, Not the greatest edge hold in the world,

Experience:   I just rode these skis for the first time this last weekend and they are an awesomeeeee pair of park skis. For anything else not really because they are flexy and actually quite rockered. At high speeds and really getting on the edges the skis tend to wash out a little because I think K2 gave them a little too much jib rocker. But as they say butters and presses are super easy with the rocker. Other than that these are super light skis and do amazing on rails and pretty well on jumps. Gave a 4 out of 5 just because they dont exactly hold and edge as well as my anthems did. But if your a park rat like me this is the ski for you!
"Good Boot" 12/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Salomon Kreation Ski Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Light, Reasonably warm, Comfortable

Experience:   These are a great pair of boots if you are looking to ski park. They do work for the rest of the mountain as well, but if you are looking for a stiffer boot, these probably are not the boot for you. They are very light and comfortable, the 2 buckles still provide enough stiffness to carve out turns and provide stable landings off big jumps. The only downside is that on cold days they are not quite as warm as I would like, but they still do well in the warmth side of things. The nicest aspect of these boots is definitely that they look fresh and weight very little.
"Good shoes" 4/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Etnies Faction Mid Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Long lasting soles,
  • Cons:  A little too tight in the toes,

Experience:   These are a pretty nice pair of shoes...my only complaint is that at first they are a little too tight and uncomfortable in the toes...but once worn in a little they fit nice and snug. Other than that the soles last a pretty long time and they have tons of padding for your soles which is nice for hard impacts
"Great Shoe" 4/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Ipath Reed Mid Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Very Comfortable,
  • Cons:  Soles don't last super long,

Experience:   These are on of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned...especially once they are worn in. Wide in the toes which I like cause I have a wide foot. The only con I would say is that the soles dont last that long...so if your looking for a comfy shoe to walk around in style in I would highly suggest this...but not for skating. But other than that they look sweet and would let you down
"Sick beanie!" 3/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Folsom Beanie
  • Pros:  Steezy, Comfy, Warm
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Snug

Experience:   Although this beanie has sag in the back, it still fits relatively snug which is nice when its windy so the thing isnt just flapping around all the time. Super steezy beanie, comfortable, warm. Yet another dakine product that I am very pleased with!
"Awesome goggle" 3/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Dragon Mace Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Light, Pretty Scratch Resistant,

Experience:   The Mace are an awesome goggle...I own a pair of Rogues as well (which are nicer and if your gonna go dragon go Rogue), but if you like the look of the mace more they are basically the same goggle...very comfortable, the only problem with the mace that i dont experience with the rogues is that the mace make my nose itchy sometimes. Not sure why that is but its not that bad trust me. Other than that one flaw I love em, very comfortable lightweight, steezy and great vision. If you buy the ionized dont expect to see much on foggy/flat light days trust me I have the gold ionized lense and its pretty dark on flat days
"Awesome Scraper!" 3/4/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dakine 10" Scraper
  • Pros:  Keeps a good edge,
  • Cons:  cant think of any,

Experience:   If you are looking for an awesome scraper this should definitely be your choice. Dakine makes great products and this is no exception, it keeps a good sharp edge on it for many wax jobs, I still havent dulled it and I have have to wax my skis every 4 times skiing because of the extruded bases. So if you are looking for a cheap, durable, sharp scraper buy this!!
"Pretty Sweet" 2/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Oakley Europe Bon Beanie Men's
  • Pros:  Looks great,
  • Cons:  Because its white it gets dirty easily,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Just a tad loose

Experience:   This beanie looks great and is very comfortable...fits a little big with a little bit of sag which is nice...the only problem I have with white beanies is that they get trashed very easily but overall I would definitely buy this beanie again, just in a different color
"Great binding" 1/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Marker Griffon Schizo 12 Ski Bindings - Men's
  • Pros:  Lightweight, Can move when you get snow,

Experience:   Sick binding...never had a problem coming out when I have not needed to. So nice to have the binding move back when it snows and your not in the park. Only problem alot more expensive than the original griffon...but I would say its worth it for the convience
"Great binding" 1/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Marker Baron 13 Ski Bindings - Men's
  • Pros:  Durable, Lightweight for its size,
  • Cons:  the unlock mechanism can jam with snow,

Experience:   I have these bindings on my Atomic benchetlers and they are wonderful. They are great when I want to skin up a hill because of how easy it is to change from downhill to telemark mode. You simply step out of the bindings flip the little unlock mechanism and wahla your good to go. the only problem with these is that when your in deep, wet snow the snow can kinda jam the unlock mechanism if it is packed in the binding. So as long as you keep the bindings relatively snowless your good
"Decent pole" 1/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 K2 V8 Ski Poles
  • Pros:  Looks good, Nice, minimalist grip design,
  • Cons:  not the most durable,

Experience:   The V8 is a pretty good ski pole, looks good, weights nothing and has a very minimalist grip design which makes grabs much easier. The only downside to this pole that I have found is that it bends a little too easily for my liking (probably mostly from me falling all the time in the park)
"Solid Binding" 1/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Rossignol SAS2 0 Wide Ski Bindings
  • Pros:  Very durable, Look nice,
  • Cons:  Heavy,

Experience:   I have these bindings mounted on my sir francis bacons and I love them! They are a very sturdy and durable binding that works great...because of the angle of the heelpiece I have never had to crank the din any higher than 8 to stay in them through almost everything. I weight 170 lbs so im not a super small dude either. Also, these bindings look great in white and match most skis well. The only aspect of these bindings which I do not enjoy is the weight...they are a very heavy binding...but the tradeoff of the extra weight is durability. Overall, if you are looking for a sturdy, durable binding that won't let you down...this is your ticket!
"Extremely playful ski" 1/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Line Anthem
  • Pros:  Very flexy, looks great, durable
  • Cons:  topsheet chips easily,

Experience:   The anthems are by far the sickest ski I have ever owned and have ridden. They are very flexy and buttery, yet still have enough stiffness to bring off large jumps and give the skis great snap. Very light for how wide they are and even though they are soft, they are not soft to the point where you can not carve, so don't let people tell you you cant carve on these cause I can carve out turns on ice all day. Also, great durability with the edges on rails. I have been slaying rails on these for over a year and the edges are still very good. The only downside is if you love the topsheet on your skis, the anthems do chip easily but whatever you should expect that with a park ski anyhow. Also, when it snows these skis are great because they are 93 underfoot and do well in soft snow even center mounted. Overall, if you are looking for a fatter, but playful and poppy ski the anthems should definitely be your choice.
"decent " 1/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Line Ski Destroy TShirt - Men's
  • Pros:  looks cool, comfy,
  • Cons:  runs a bit short,
  • Fit:  Too small
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  short

Experience:   great lookin, comfortable shirt. my only problem is that I love tall tees, and this tee definitely runs on the shorter, more normal fit size, so if you are looking for a new tall tee, be sure to buy this shirt in a much larger shirt than you think you will need!
"sweet lookin" 1/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Line Traveling Circus TShirt Men's
  • Pros:  looks fresh,
  • Cons:  a little small,
  • Fit:  Too small
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  a little too short

Experience:   this t shirt is very legit looking, but beware the shirt runs a little small especially in the length department. so buy bigger sizes!other than that it is very comfy and i get compliments all the time
"Great Pants" 1/5/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Holden Zoe Snowboard Pants - Women's
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Stylish, Reasonably water resistant
  • Cons:  Not enough pockets, Gets chilly when windy,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  S
  • Description:  They are skinny and tight on your legs and they flare out at the bottom

Experience:   My girlfriend owns these pants and likes them alot. As an outsider I have to say they look great. She tells me however they get a bit chilly when it is windy on the lift. Also, these pants have very good water resistance and fit true to their size (just a little bit baggier than small jeans). Another complaint is that there are not enough pockets to put stuff in. There are only four pockets two on the front hip and two butt pockets, but the pockets are so small that you can barely keep anything in them.
"Good Beanie" 1/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Neff Daily Beanie - Men's
  • Pros:  Light,
  • Cons:  A little too loose,
  • Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  A little loose

Experience:   I got this beanie a year ago and it is a good beanie, but I have found that it gets little tears in it easily and it fits a bit loose. But if you like a light beanie and for it to fit loose and looks good, this is your beanie
"Good" 12/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Enjoy Ski DVD
  • Pros:  Good cinematography,

Experience:   Same. I didn't get that great of a vibe from this movie, but nonetheless the cinematography was still pretty dope.
"Pretty Good" 12/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Pacific North West Ski DVD
  • Pros:  Good,

Experience:   A little too much backcountry for me, but still a good movie if your totally into backcountry skiing.
"Great Movie" 12/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 High Life Ski DVD
  • Pros:  Lots of Pow,

Experience:   Great movie...TGR has by far the best cinematography
"Ok..." 12/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Fox River Mills Exposure Socks - Men's
  • Pros:  Thin , Comfortable,
  • Cons:  Not very warm,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  These socks fit a medium sized foot (size 9) fine...they are just very long on the shin

Experience:   When I first bought these socks I expected them to be warmer than they are dude to the fact that they are supposed to be medium weight. Honestly, I think these should be considered light because they are wayyy too thin to be medium. With that said these socks are not very warm and I am bummed I didn't buy them on here so I could have returned them. The only nice thing about these socks is the extra padding on the shin does help take some shin bang out thankfully.
"Simply Amazing" 12/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dragon Rogue Goggles
  • Pros:  Super comfortable, Incredibly steezy, Amazing antifog
  • Cons:  None that I have found,

Experience:   The rogue is an amazing goggle...super comfortable and stylish. The antifog on these goggles is amazing as it should be for the price. Even when I come in the lodge from a very cold day the goggles barely fog up. (same thing when I go out). I have the gold ionized lense and its a bit dark on cloudy/flat light days, so take the lense color into consideration when buying these. By far the sickest goggles I have ever owned however!
"Smith Holt is the best!" 12/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Smith Holt Snowboard Helmet - Men's
  • Pros:  Super lightweight, Looks sooo steezy!, Very comfortable
  • Cons:  Brim causes helmet to lift at high speed,

Experience:   The holt is an awesome helmet. I have had it for 2 seasons so far and the helmet is still in great shape after saving me from many hard falls. It is extremely light to the point where I honestly do not notice it is there anymore and it is very comfortable as well. I got the helmet on sale and it was the best investment ever! The only downside to this helmet is that at very high speeds has a tendency to pull on the strap (on your neck) because of the brim catching wind. By far the steeziest helmet out there.
