Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dragon D1.XT Goggles
  • Pros:  doesnt fog, pretty durable, many colors to choose from, decent price
  • Cons:  couldn't find any yet,

Experience:   the dragon goggles are awesome. my friend let me demo his after mine kept fogging up. it's a hassle when u can't seen out them…but i didnt have a problem with these. the thing about these though is if ur looking for decent goggles for a decent price. these would probably be the one's ur looking for.

  • Pros:  comfortable, great bass, sound quality

Experience:   awesome headphones has amazing bass and the sound quality is phenominal if you're wanting headphones that sound great and are a decent price…these would be it. i actually prefer these over in ear headphones cuz the sound is just that clear.

Comments & Questions

Trevinpendry
I have some of those they sound awesome with hip hop and rap, but they are not the best headphones for listening to metal-core type stuff.

mazzmatt89
ya agreed. metal and stuff doesnt sound as well. i bought another headset for that and i forgot what they're called but they are awesome. manual bass adjuster

"cute and awesome jacket" 11/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Grenade Rilo Down Snowboard Jacket Women's
  • Pros:  awesome snow skirt, very warm, very cute/good price
  • Cons:  non ipod accessable, really tight fit,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  XS
  • Description:  very tight

Experience:   it's my girlfriend's first season snowboarding and noone had a jacket so i logged on here and looked up the most affordable jacket that was actually going to be pretty decent. i got her to end up buying this snowboarding jacket so if she ended up not liking snowboarding and at least she would get a cute jacket out of it....got it in the mail and she tried it on and it was a really tight fit. i run small in men's and that ran a little looser than i expected so i thought it would be the same(wrong..lol) but we went up to the mountain and tried it out and it kept her very warm and dry, the snow skirt is also pretty awesome which i wish i had and it buttons together to keep it real tight. the cons though was that it's not ipod accessable so me and my buddy probably will make our own little correction to it so she can listen to some music. but overall it's not half that bad for a jacket.

"great binding" 11/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings Men's
  • Pros:  durability, responds well, price
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   my friend bought these bindings last season after he sold me his and when he tried them out we both noticed he got great response whether he was going for some freeriding or doin some tricks at the park. it is midflex so it is pretty much good for both. can hold itself up on some pretty aggressive rides and the durability of this thing is awesome. the burton cartel's is like a one-up from burton custom's. you'll love these bindings as well as the price
"great binding" 11/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Custom
  • Pros:  price, style, smooth ratcheting
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   i couldnt find anything negative to say about the burton customs. i bought mine from a friend who wore his for two seasons. i payed way less of course but if i liked what i like now about this binding i probably would pay full price for it. it's really good for someone that's still learning. the style of the binding is also a plus as it looks really cool and cranking down on the ratcheting or w.e it's called is really smooth unlike most of the other bindings that i've come across.
"just okay" 11/23/2010

  • Name: 2009 Sessions Epic Bandana
  • Pros:  looks great, price,
  • Cons:  soaks quickly/freezes,

Experience:   if u need something to cover your face and is cheap or just going for the look i would advise getting a bandana...you cant beat how cheap a little cloth is with a cool graphic style on it. but they do tend to soak quickly and freeze. so if u dont mind spending more money....get something with a little tougher material

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Vans Aura Snowboard Boots - Men's
  • Pros:  comfortable, warm, pricing
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  9 1/2-10 1/2 (depending)
  • Boot Size:  10 1/2

Experience:   i bought these boots last season and they are awesome. i borrowed i believe they are called k2 scouts and these were way more comfortable for one and my feet stayed warm...the price is good especially for getting a double boa system which again is awesome. if you're looking for a comfortable boot even this for beginners is real nice. it has some flex and can be a tad stiff but you dont notice it.

"awesome " 11/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Dakine Pyramid Studs Snowboard Stomp
  • Pros:  great grip, manually designable,

Experience:   i bought 2 packs of these and i love them. you can manually design them however u'd like, i put them together with 3 leftover and designed a big diamond and it's easily found under my foot and gripping it is no problem either. so if i like them i'm sure you'll like em as well
"great helmet" 11/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Red Trace Snowboard Helmet Men's
  • Pros:  comfortable, keeps head very warm,
  • Cons:  audio accessible, goggles clip tends to slide off,

Experience:   my friend bought these last season at a retail store. and the style of these looks great. (i prefer charcoal over white but what the heck wasn't my choice..) my buddy and i both tried it out and the thing i noticed most about this helmet was it was very comfortable and at the same time my head stayed very warm. the thing that sucked was there was no audio accessibility to this helmet so what we instead ended up doing was going to the store (dick's sporting good) and bought the red audio + the red ear padding. so that took care of one of the cons. the other thing that bugged the living daylight out of the both of us was the goggle clip tends to slide off every once in a while so we ended up gluing it down and for safe measure stapling it down (not a small stapler, but like the stapler gun) and we haven't had problems since. so if you're looking for a helmet..with a decent but not so expensive this would be it. but if u want the audio accessibility this wouldn't be it, or u can just spend the extra money to just improve it. your call
"sweet jacket" 11/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Quiksilver Hypnotized Shell
  • Pros:  has mp3 pocket, comfortable/warm,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XS
  • Fits Like:  S
  • Description:  has some leftover space, but nothing bad

Experience:   i bought this jacket last season to complete my gear and i came across this because it had a decent price and the style i was looking for. i was hoping for mp3 accessability and this has it. also it kept me really warm throughout my entire ride.if you're looking for your first jacket this would be it. the only downsize though is im 5'3 and im a little thick...and normally jacket's would be a perfect fit is a XS but this fit like a small jacket size. so i dont know if that's the same for all but keep that in mind...

  • Fits Like:  S
  • Description:  comfortable

Experience:   i bought these last season and i have no bad things to say about them....incredibly comfortable, they fit awesome, and for the price you can't go wrong. specially if these are the 1st pants u get (they were for me) the price and style/feel of these pants are awesome.
"bada** helmet" 11/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Giro Bad LT Audio Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  solid, goggles dont slip up, good sound, good price
  • Cons:  sound is sometimes hard to hear when boarding,

Experience:   i bought this helmet last year on sale at i think GI Joes (before they went bankrupped) and im not sure if every one of these has the speakers in them but mine did… they sound awesome but when ur boarding u have to tighten them down more to actually hear them. it fits great, comfortable. goggles dont slip up when ur using them because of the lip which is awesome. great price for an awesome helmet
"anon goggles" 11/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Anon Figment Snowboard Goggles
  • Pros:  doesn't fog, decent price, decent goggles
  • Cons:  easily scratched,

Experience:   these are my 1st goggles that i've owned but i've demoed several others.. i like the anon goggles cuz when i snowboard they never fog. but just like the last review when rain comes down it tends to freeze to my lense….which results in scratching when i go to wipe it off…(mind that i have the rubber piece like a windsheild wiper on my gloves) but for the price that i paid they are pretty decent goggles for the price u pay. if money's an issue these would do you well
