"Ride Agenda" 10/12/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Ride Crush Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Graphics, Steady/Stable, Great Edge
  • Cons:  A little heavy, somewhat stiff,

Experience:   I borrowed this board from a friend for a couple of runs. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to carve. This board is super steady, super stable, especially compared to my own Ride Agenda. I felt, however, that it was a little stiff, which makes for great carving, especially on ice, but it was a little harder to get onto rails and into the air off jumps. That said, I'd still recommend it to anyone.

"Awesome Fit, Great Price" 12/14/2010

  • Name: 2010 Analog Asset Snowboard Jacket
  • Pros:  Awesome. Just Awesome., Pitzips,
  • Cons:  None,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Fits perfect even if it looks a little baggy

Experience:   Love the fit and the look. Like everyone else has said, it's plenty warm and lightweight. The bonus is the stylishness of it. It looks a little baggy, but fits perfectly. If it's freezing out, I'd wear an underarmour + thermal under. Otherwise it's good in just about any snow conditions.

  • Name: 2010 Dragon D1.XT Goggles
  • Pros:  Cheap, Looks Nice,
  • Cons:  Feels a little cheap,

Experience:   Got a pair of coal colored with amber lens. Thus far it's been a sweet look, especially for the value. I wouldn't recommend it to a pro but for a beginner to intermediate looking for something suitable, i recommend it. It's not particularly warm so that's something to consider. Hasn't fogged up yet but it's also pretty new still. I do want to note that Trusnow customer service was courteous enough to call me and let me know that while the frame was in stock, the lens I wanted (blue) was not and made their own recommendation, which I wholly trust. Thanks Trusnow!
"Must Buy Boots" 11/24/2010

  • Name: 2010 Ride Anthem
  • Pros:  Great Look, Great Feel, Snug Fit
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   Just bought these boots and I feel bad that it's out of stock now. The moment it comes back, I highly recommend them. The Boa-type system is unmatched on this boot in terms of price. I was debating between several DC boa boots and this one but finally chose this one because I like the Ride Brand more, and the other reviews I read inclined me to this one. That said, they have been pretty true. It's a great fit, mildy stiff, the sole molds to your foot (so don't necessarily buy it used) and it looks great. Highly recommended to intermediate level boarders!
"Good stuff" 11/24/2010

  • Name: 2011 Burton Bandito Facemask - Men's
  • Pros:  Lightweight, Adjustable, Simple Design
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Adjustable so fits well

Experience:   This is a pretty good face mask. I like the simple design (Trublack) and the fact that the back is an adjustable spring gizmo thing and not something you have to tie and retie all the time. It's suprisingly warm but on those extra cold days you may need something to tuck the bottom of the bandana into or a thicker face shield altogether.

  • Name: 2009 Sessions Epic Bandana
  • Pros:  Cheap,

Experience:   This is a cool simplistic bandana that serves well as a facemask. Of course, as with all bandanas, you gotta tie it yourself out of the corners. That said, if your face is huge, it may be slipping off. Otherwise I'd recommend it just because it's cheap and decent looking.
"Lamar Intrigue" 11/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Lamar Intrigue Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  Cheap (or used to be), Stiff, Cool Looking
  • Cons:  Heavy,

Experience:   I owned a Lamar Intrigue for about a year before selling it. I was looking for an intermediate level board at the time and to me, this was not what I should have gotten. It seemed too stiff for the things I wanted to try but that said, it was good for just riding and carving down mountains. At the same time, there are better and cheaper beginner boards out there.
"Ride Rx Bindings" 11/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Ride RX Snowboard Bindings - Men's
  • Pros:  Sturdy Build, Metal Clasps, Cool lookin
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I own a pair of Ride RX bindings which are on my Ride Agenda Board. From personal experience, these are a great pair of bindings that I've never had any problems with. They're a sturdy build (none of that cheap plastic junk) and slide easy on and off, in powder, ice, etc. Adjustments are pretty standard. I highly recommend this set of bindings to anyone trying to move from beginner to intermediate (not doin flips or crazy stuff in the terrain park)

  • Name: 2010 Ride Agenda Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Cool Design, Light, Good Intermediate Board
  • Cons:  Not as stiff as other boards,

Experience:   I love my Ride Agenda board paired with Ride RX bindings. I've been riding on it for more than a year and it's been perfectly responsive, light enough to skip around with and flexible enough for the intermediate level I am. My only complaint is that sometimes it may not be stiff enough, so I get caught up in powder sometimes. Also, I got a ding in my board, not sure if it's because someone hit it or it got chipped on ice or something. I don't think it has to do with the build of the board, but thought I'd throw it out there. Overall, I recommend this board to someone trying to move out of the beginner and towards the intermediate, but isn't trying to go nuts in the terrain park or anything.
