"All it says it will do......AND MORE!" 11/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Custom X Wide Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  SPEED,
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   What an awesome board! I bought this board last year and I couldn't be happier!! This is not for a begginer but if yu are an intermediate to experienced rider and are looking for speed and response......this is your board! I ride with the CO2 EST bindings and it is like my feet are directly on the board! Excellent design with the lightning bolts picking up easily from the rider. This board is for all mountain whether you are in the terrain parks or just cruising down the mountain. Highly recommended.
"Excellent Boots" 2/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Ambush Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Very Light, Laces STAY tight, Good response
  • Cons:  None,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  soft
  • Shoe Size:  13
  • Boot Size:  13

Experience:   After riding with Motos for about 2 years I just got these Ambush boots for Christmas. Love them. They are very light and have a great Gel system to keep your feet from getting tired from numerous runs. I noticed that the lacing system is easy to use, and more importantly STAYS TIGHT throughout the day. I didn't have to constantly stop and tighten them like previously. I would highly reccommend this boot to anyone who is looking for something light and comfortable. Compared to what i was used to, they make a world of difference in your fatigue and ability!
"Warm Jacket" 11/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Patagonia R2 Ski Fleece Men's
  • Pros:  Very warm , Comparable to Northface without the high price, Fits as stated on the tag/ true fit
  • Cons:  none,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Jacket fits just as it should.

Experience:   I have an R2 jacket and love it. It fits and keeps you warm just like a Northface Jacket with a fraction of the price!! Good jacket for brisk mornings. Would highly reccomend.
"Good, simple, CHEAP" 11/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Truckstop Beanie Men's
  • Pros:  Big selection of colors, CHEAP, Will keep you warm in moderate conditions.
  • Cons:  Can be a little relaxed,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Fit was a little loose but not restricting

Experience:   If you are looking for just a simple, cheap beanie to keep you warm in moderate conditions look no further. For the price this beanie holds up as well as any other. The fit is kind of relaxed so if you are looking for something to fit tight, this isn't it. Otherwise, for $12 you can't beat it!
"Great Stomp Pad" 11/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Medium Spike Snowboard Mat
  • Pros:  Clear Color, Easy to Adhere, Cleans off ice easily
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   Great Stomp pad. This pad will help you with control off the lifts and is clear so you really don't see it on your board. Very easy to adhere and works great to get ice out of your boot.
"Excellent DRY Glove" 11/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton GoreTex Gloves
  • Pros:  Keeps you dry, Easy to tighten bindings with,
  • Cons:  Expensive,

Experience:   This is an excellent glove that will keep your hands warm and dry all day long, with oe without the liner. They are easy to manuver around with tightening your bindings. Some gloves are bulky and hard to deal with but these are not. The only con I have for them is that they are pretty expensive but now Trusnow has them on sale so buy them while you can! Good time to buy!!
"Great Boot Great Price" 11/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Moto
  • Pros:  Good tight fit, Economical, Easy Speed Lace system
  • Cons:  Easy to frey laces,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  13
  • Boot Size:  13

Experience:   I love my Burton Motos. The speed lace system is easy to use and you are able to get in and out of your boots quickle. The laces actually stay tight throughout your runs so you don't have to worry about constantly tightening them up. You can't ask much more from this boot especially for the price. The only thing I'm not wild about are that the laces on the bottom of the boot will frey if you prop your board on your foot going up the lift. I understand that Burton has since put a rubber protector over the bottom laces to prevent these. In summary, Great bang for the buck!!
"Not as good as my wool socks" 11/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Keeps you dry,
  • Cons:  Not as warm as my wool socks,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  XL
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  Sock fits as it should

Experience:   These are great socks for not so cold weather. The socks will keep you dry but wool socks will keep you warmer in colder conditions. They fit true to size. I wear a 13 boot and I wear XL. Still they are great quality by a great company! I've never had problems with anything from Burton.
