  • Cons:  little long,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  good fit a little long

Experience:   So I dont know how but my first post got spammed but heres the low down this is a pretty legit deal 8 bucks for a long sleeve. I found that it fits well its just a little long for my liking. I wear a large and im a stocky build at 5'9 if thats any indication for sizing. i would tack it on to any order so that u can have it shipped for free
"Good for the price" 2/27/2011

  • Name: 2009 Technine Icon Series Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  Light weight , Flex , durable
  • Cons:  not to poppy, edges to sharp for rails,

Experience:   I purchased this board after I needed a cheap replacement while my burton dominant was getting warrantied. Now I was used to using a 0 cambered board so switching to a cambered board was a lil different. I like the flex that this board has even for being cambered. The board is extremely light weight yet strong as well. Now regarding being a park board I recommend you modify the edges a bit because they were almost to sharp and will catch every bur you come across in all good board. Recommendation use the money you save on the board and get some decent bindings with decent bindings this board will be kick ass

  • Name: 2010 2XL Spoke Earbuds
  • Pros:  decent sound, free with order,
  • Cons:  to big , wont stay in,

Experience:   so i guess because i got these free with an order i had but they were far to big for my ears and incidentally wont stay in for crap. the sound is good when they are in but they fit worth a damn.

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings Men's
  • Pros:  light weight, responsive,
  • Cons:  almost to soft of flex,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   Just got these in the mail and tried them out asap. they felt awesome. i upgraded to these after i bought a cheaper pair that were piss poor. i ride mostly park and they felt awesome and for just down hilling on a groomer they were very responsive to transitioning. i like that they are light weight yet feel quailty made. they are very forgiving with the soft flex so great for beginners. personally thought they were a little to soft for my liking. so my other suggestion would be to look at burton exiles which i have on my other board and love

  • Pros:  light weight , comfortable,
  • Cons:  a little tight,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  not for people with big legs

Experience:   I didnt find these socks to be anything out of the ordinary. I have larger legs and found in the calves area that they were really tight and streched out fairly easy. Im a wigwam person threw and threw. over all they were whateve nothing to brag about

  • Name: 2010 Burton Dominant Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Boxes,Halfpipe,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  Flex , Pop, P-rocker 0 camber
  • Cons:  Not and all mountain board,

Experience:   I have had the chance to ride this all season along with another board. I started with the dominant and the 0 camber tech made learning very easy. Though for someone with more experience this would probably be a park only board. With the amount of flex its not as forgiving as say a cambered board while going at higher speeds. Im a park rider and I love this board so yea. When buying you need EST bindings FYI

  • Name: 2009 Burton Apres Snowboard Pants
  • Pros:  waterproofing , warranty, pretty light weight
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  your regular modern snowboarding pant

Experience:   I had a chance to demo these pants this year and they were pretty kick ass. They fit well and were fairly light weight. tru snow has the old models in some wacky colors so if your all about that by all means go nuts otherwise the gray looks good. waterproofing on them was good and the material is stong enough to resist abrasion. check out the spec of these and other pants for the same price these are a good deal
"ok " 2/27/2011

  • Name: 2009 Technine Icon Series Snowboard Bindings White/Gold Mismatch Men's
  • Pros:  durable,
  • Cons:  heavy , straps dont hold great,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I put these on a technine board that i bought waiting for my burton board to be warrantied. These bindings are built to last a long time but they are over built and heavy. The actual latching portion of the straps i have found to not hold that will coming undone from time to time. These bindings also come with toe straps which I have never used before and really dont care for. In all I would buy something else next time
"nice pair of gloves" 2/24/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton GoreTex Gloves
  • Pros:  warm , waterproof, inner linear
  • Cons:  need tighter fit around the wrist,

Experience:   I got these gloves for Xmas and they have worked very well. My hand never get cold and if they do i put the linears in them which i have only done one when it was -7 so yea i would buy them again just a lil pricey. only minor problem i found was sometime snow got in them from not having the wrist tied

  • Name: 2009 Burton GMP Cargo Snowboard Pants
  • Pros:  water proof , durable , cheap
  • Cons:  wear a layer underneath,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   For the price on these pants you really cant go wrong look at the specs and find something comparable for the same price its tough to do especially a name brand like burton. These pants very water proof and easy to move in. Like with almost any snow pant you will need a layer underneath

  • Name: 2009 Grenade Fiend Snowboard Jacket Men's
  • Pros:  Lift ticket holder, Waterproof, warm
  • Cons:  nothing ,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Super warm, Waterproof as hell, Elastic around the bottom to keep the snow out

Experience:   I bought this on a wim after my original jacket was just getting to be to heavy. This jacket is light weight and durable. I snowboard in WI and lets just say it get cold sometimes. I had it out in -7 with a 20mph gusts, and I was fine the whole time. I was wearing 2 layers underneath but when do you not. This jacket out perfomed everything I thought it would do and for $80 you cant go wrong

  • Name: 2008 Burton Dominant Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Stiffness, Easy to ride,
  • Cons:  Not as durable as I thought,

Experience:   I just started this year and bought this board. For the price is was an excellent deal. Though for the break down of what I thought. I liked that it was stiff which made learning to carve easy as well as taking on boxes and rails in the park. What I didnt like is I thought it would hold up a little better I already had a crack at the point where the begins to rise up from buttering around. Basically good board to start on, good price, but Im going to get something with a bit more flex next year. DONT FORGET EST BINDINGS ONLY

Comments & Questions

kikko
