"Great goggles" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Spy Soldier Snowboard Goggles
  • Pros:  Style, Fit,

Experience:   I have the Spy Soldiers in all black with a black reflective lens. I love these goggles however I only use them on sunny days due to the lens. However I do use them every chance I get because of how much I like them. They fit great, better then my Crowbars and just overall love the style. Vision is great through these and I would recommend them to anyone
"Oakley Crowbars" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Goggles
  • Pros:  Sturdy, Well Made,
  • Cons:  Airy, Fits face weird, Vision

Experience:   Was really excited to get these goggles at the beginning of the season. I have them in red with a persimmon lens. I got these to be my daily goggles for low light days since my all black Spy's weren't doing the job. They are great goggles but just 2 problems with them. I do not know if they are just mine but they are very airy and let a lot of air through at high speeds. Also they do fit a little weird about my cheek bones, this may just be my face because I always hear how great they fit for medium/large faces. Still a great goggle and the goggle I wear a majority of the time because of low light
"Great Board" 2/9/2011

  • Name: 2011 Burton Restricted Hate Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Switch Riding
  • Pros:  Soft, Great for buttering, Price
  • Cons:  Gets banged up easy, 3D hole pattern,

Experience:   This is a very soft board specifically made for jibbing and park as part of the 'Restricted' line that Burton has out. I use it everyone, long black trails, glades and park. I prefer a soft board with flex so this fit perfectly for me. I really enjoy riding it, there is some quiver at high speeds but I am also a little big for the 152. Other then that the downside in the stupid 3D hole pattern Burton puts on it, so choose your bindings wisely, and it get banged up pretty easy- the topsheet isn't the highest quality and durable. Great board would recommend it to most..
"Great Boot" 2/9/2011

  • Name: 2010 Burton Shaun White
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Heat Molding Insole,
  • Cons:  No air bubble,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  11

Experience:   Went into a local shop looking to buy the 10/11 Rulers, found this sitting off to the side. Tried them on and preferred the laces to the speed zone system, these fit perfectly and felt great. The heat molding insole molds to your feet every time you ride so you never have to be uncomfortable. Not the biggest Shaun White fan but I felt these were a better fit for me, and getting older model made it that much cheaper then the new Rulers. Really enjoy these boots and would recommend them to most.
"Perfect Backpack" 1/28/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dakine Heli Pro DLX 16L
  • Pros:  Many pockets, Hydration Compatible,
  • Cons:  Long straps,

Experience:   This backpack is perfect, I always were a backpack when I ride. I usually carry keys, phone, wallet, tools, food, extra shirts/hats and much more. This backpack definitely fits everything perfect. It is hydration compatible and I got the pack from Dakine and works great, the tube goes through the armband so its very convenient and accessible, however on a cold day or if you don't use it often the tube may freeze. Other then that I really like the waist and chest strap, the waist strap pocket if perfect for my snowboard lock and then the fleece lined goggle pocket is great to carry any goggles.
"RED Mutiny Helmet" 1/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Red Mutiny Audio Snowboard Helmet Men's
  • Pros:  Brim, Comfortable, Audio Capable

Experience:   This is a great helmet, bought it last year and loved every aspect of it. The brim looks great with a pair of goggles on and matte black gives it a great look. The audio capability is also great even without the RED capable headphones, you can still use regular earbuds in it. The helmet came with plenty of different options to size it, different inserts and areas that you can remove to help better fit.
"Great Bag" 1/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton Space Sack Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Fits everything, Burton, Shoulder Strap
  • Cons:  No padding,

Experience:   This bag is great, after buying two other bags that wouldn't fit my 152 board I bought the 166 Burton Space Sack. It has tons of room for my board, bindings, boots, helmet, pants and I could probably fit more. Looks great in the corner holding all your gear, plan on packing this thing for a nice flight to Canada, only downside is no padding but I bought this bag knowing there was no padding.
"Exactly what every rider needs" 1/6/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cable Lock
  • Pros:  small, compact, easy to use
  • Cons:  breakable,

Experience:   Got this as a no brainer when I got a new board. Very easy to use, lock and reset combo. I would recommend this to any rider to keep their most prized board safe. Honestly a no brainer and Burton made a great dependable lock for a very inexpensive price. Like I said it is very very easy to work with.
"Runs Small" 1/4/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Pockets, Cheap,
  • Cons:  Runs Small, No Padding,

Experience:   Got a 157 for my 152 board with bindings and didn't fit, I would definently recommend going up two sizes for that extra room for bindings, helmet, jacket, pants etc. This will not only help in convenience but since this bag wasn't made for plane rides sizing up a lot will give you that extra space to pack in some cushion for a long flight. Other then that it offers pockets for little things which is a change from other inexpensive bags out there. Sent this one back for a different bag that was much bigger to fit more items in.
